Please read this instruction carefully. It is advisable to keep this instruction
manual in a safe place for future reference.
1.0 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Keep electrical appliances out of reach from children. Do not let them to
operate the appliances without supervision.
2. To protect against the risk of electrical shock, do not immerse the product,
power cord or plug into water or any other liquid.
3. This product is for household and indoor use only.
4. This product is not intended for use by person (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.
5. If the power cord or plug is damaged, it must be replaced by the service
centre or a qualified service technician to avoid hazard.
6. Before installation, check if the mains supply voltage is matched with the
voltage stated on the rating plate of the cooker hood.
7. There must be adequate air ventilation of the room when the cooker hood
is used with the cooking appliances with burning gas or other fuels.
8. Ensure that the installation of exhaust complies with the standard of local
building, gas and electrical authorities.
9. Do not ignite flames in the pans.
10.There is a risk of fire if cleaning is not carried out in accordance with this
instruction.

2.0 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please check the following before installation:
Installation of cooker hood must be carried out by an authorized or qualified
technician.
Remove all packaging materials from the cooker hood. Check and make sure
that the cooker hood is not damaged.
Please ensure the power supply has switched OFF when installing the cooker
hood.
For optimum air extraction, avoid having too many windows surrounding the
cooker hood which will cause air convection.
The optimum height for the installation is between 350 to 400mm which is
measured from the bottom of the cooker hood to the top of the hob.
Make sure the hood is in level after installation to avoid oil spill over from the oil
cup.
Before installing, determine the height between the bottom of the cooker hood to
the top of the hob. Mark on the wall to suit the bracket locations.
Drill 3 holes with diameter of Ø8mm and 60mm deep. Insert the screw anchors
into the holes. Fix the mounting bracket and tighten the screws.
Remove the horizontal oil cup. Hang the cooker hood on the mounting bracket
and make sure the cooker hood is in level.
Fix the exhaust ducting on the cooker hood. Install the oil cup on the cooker
hood.
Install the telescopic exhaust cover to the height required.
Before connecting to the mains supply, ensure that the mains voltage
corresponds to the voltage on the rating plate of the cooker hood.

Press to turn on appliance. The main menu appears in the display with a list of options.
Select the program by touching the screen. If the desire program is not appear in display
screen, please scroll up or down to search for the programs.

4.0 PROGRAMS AND FUNCTIONS
4.1 Selecting the Cooker Hood Programs
To select the cooker hood programs, touch the screen and select the desire
programs. The detail of the programs as below:

4.2 Setting for the first time
To enter the basic settings for the first time use, in the main menu, scroll down until
“Setting” menu.
The list of options will show as follow:

DATE
Click date setting and enter the actual date by touching the keyboard input. The date
sequence will display as “YEAR / MONTH / DATE” (YYYY/MM/DD).
Click “OK” to save and return back to setting interface.
TIME
Click time setting and enter the actual time by touching the keyboard input. The time
sequence will display as “HOURS : MINUTES”(12:59). The real time display will show on
the top right corner.
Click “OK” to save and return back to setting interface.
(If clock format in 12 hours, the maximum for time setting is 12:59, if clock format in 24
hours, the maximum for time setting is 23:59)
CLOCK FORMAT
Click clock format setting and select the clock format by touching the screen. The clock
format selection are 12 hours or 24 hours. Click the desire clock format and your selection
will show as “√”behind the option.
Click “OK” to save and return back to setting interface.
LANGUAGE
Click language setting and select the language by touching the screen. The language
selection are Simplified Chinese and English. Click the desire language and your selection
will show as “√”behind the option.
Click “OK” to save and return back to setting interface.

BRIGHTNESS
Click brightness setting and select the brightness by sliding the screen. Slide left to turn
the screen brightness to darker and slide right to turn the screen brightness to brighter.
Click “OK” to save and return back to setting interface.
VOLUME
Click volume setting and select the volume by sliding the screen. Slide left to turn the
volume to lower and slide right to turn the volume to higher.
Click “OK” to save and return back to setting interface.
FACTORY DEFAULT SETTING
Click factory default setting if you wish to restore all the setting into default setting. Select
the factory default setting and “YES” button will appear. Click “OK” to conduct the restore
to default setting.
(Please be remind that all the data entry that previously saved will be deleted)
THEME
Click theme setting if you wish to change the theme color. The theme color selection are
Orange and Cyan. Click the desire color and your selection will show as “√” behind the
option.
Click “OK” to save and return back to setting interface.
4.3 Speed Function
Press the button or select from the menu display to select the fan speed. The glass
cover will open and the motor will start after press the button. Slide the desire fan speed
fan by slide to right for high fan speed, slide to left for low fan speed. When the fan speed
is turn to turbo mode, the motor will run in maximum speed and return to speed 4 after 2.5
minutes.
During the operation of the motor, press the button to stop the motor. Press the
button again to resume operate.
Press the button to cancel and return to the main menu interface.

During the operation of the motor, press the “Duration” button to set the delay shutdown.
Set the duration “HOURS : MINUTES”and click “OK”. The cooker hood will turn off
automatically after the duration.
4.4 Light Function
Press the button to turn on/off the light.
Click the “Light” function in main menu interface to select the light brightness. Slide the
desire brightness by slide to right for brighter and slide to left for darker. Click “OK” to save
the setting.

4.5 Timer Function
Click the “Timer” function in main menu interface to set a timer. Select the “HOURS :
MINUTES”to set the delay shutdown and click “OK” to save the setting. The cooker hood
will turn off automatically after the timer.
4.6 Filtering system alarm
Click the “Filtering system alarm” function is main menu interface to set a reminder of the
cleaning service to be conduct. Select the “HOURS : MINUTES”and then click “OK” to
save the setting. When the cooker hood operation hours achieve the pre-set time, the
cooker hood will alert user to conduct the cleaning service.

4.7 Child Lock
Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to activate the child lock function. The panel
will be lock except for the child lock button. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds to
deactivate the child lock.
5.0 CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The cooker hood must always be disconnected from the electricity supply before
carrying out the maintenance.
Clean the cooker hood with damp cloth, hot water and mild detergent. Do not
use chemical, steel, wooden or abrasive cleaners to clean the cooker hood.
Remove the oil cup in horizontal direction, wash in hot soapy water, dry and fit
back into the cooker hood. Do not use the cooker hood without the oil cup
installed.
Avoid spilling water into the motor and electronic component.
REPLACING THE LIGHT BULB
Disconnect the power supply, slightly insert the screwdriver at the edge of the
LED light and pry downward to take out the LED light (1.5W).
Disconnect the connecting cable of LED light (1.5W) and replace a new LED
light unit (1.5W). Connect the power supply to ensure LED light (1.5W) is
functioning.
※The LED light bulb shall not be greater than 1.5W.
