SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before use make sure to read all of the below instructions in order to avoid injury or damage, and to get the
best results from the appliance. Make sure to keep this manual in a safe place. If you give or transfer this
appliance to someone else make sure to also include this manual.
In case of damage caused by user failing to follow the instructions in this manual the warranty will be void. The
manufacturer/importer accepts no liability for damages caused by failure to follow the manual, a negligent use
or use not in accordance with the requirements of this manual.
1. Read and save these instructions. Attention: pictures in the IM are for reference only.
2. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
3. Children shall not play with the appliance.
4. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
5. Children of less than 3 years should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
6. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the appliance provided that it has
been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children
aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and clean the appliance or perform user
maintenance.
7. CAUTION —Some parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular attention has
to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
8. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
9. Before inserting the plug into the mains socket, please check that the voltage and frequency comply with
the specifications on the rating label.
10. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications.
11. The heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas or similar indoor locations. Never place the
heater where it may fall into a bathtub or any other water container.
12. Do not use outdoors. Do not use to dry clothes or any fabric.
13. The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
14. Do not use the heater if the power cord is damaged.
15. Do not use the heater in areas where flammable liquids are stored or where flammable fumes may be
present.
16. WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
17. WARNING: The heater must not be used if the panel is damaged.
18. Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a swimming pool.
19. Means “DO NOT COVER“.
20. Keep combustible material such as furniture, cushions, bedding, paper, clothes, curtains etc. at least
100cm away from the heater.
21. This heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in the areas where gasoline, paint, or
flammable liquids are used or stored.
22. To prevent overloading a circuit, do not plug the heater into a circuit that already has other appliances
working. Do not install the heater under the wall socket.
23. Always unplug the appliance when not in use.
24. The appliance is hot when in use. Do not touch the heater panel when it switches on.
25. The heater is designed to be wall mounting, do not mount it on the ceiling.

26. Always switch the heater off, unplug it and leave to cool down before:
-cleaning the heater
-carrying out maintenance on the heater
-touching or moving the heater.
27. Keep away babies and children from all packaging material such as plastic bags to avoid danger of
suffocation.
28. The appliance (incl. cord and plug) may only be opened and/or repaired by properly authorized and
qualified persons.
29. Only use this heater for its intended purpose and as described in this instruction manual.
30. Regarding the information pertaining to the installation, please refer to the below paragraph of the
manual.

a) Day icon (Synchronize with the current day after Wi-Fi connection. For example, today is Monday. After
Wi-Fi connection, it displays “1”. When it becomes Tuesday, it displays “2”.)

Remote control
This unit has a remote control. Please use 2x1.5V AAA batteries for this remote control. Please insert the
batteries to the remote control tightly. The functions of the remote control buttons are the same as of the
buttons on the control panel. If it is not in use for a long time, please take the batteries out of the remote
control.
The remote control should be pointed at the signal receiver on the digital display to maximize the remote
control signal. The remote control will not work if the receiver is blocked. Effective distance: 3-4M
WALL MOUNTING
There is a pack of accessories provided with the appliance. Please use them for wall mounting according to
below illustrations. Before installation, make sure the appliance is turned off and disconnected from power.
1. Use the supplied installation template (a) to mark the position of the holes on the wall.
2. Drill holes using a 8mm drill.
3. Insert the plastic expansion bolts into the holes.
4. Screw the 4pcs screws into the plastic expanison bolts.
5. Mount the appliance on to the screws.
6. Move the appliance to the right and then down unitl it’s secured.
NOTE: The kit supplied in the package is designed for mounting vertically on a solid wall. The heater must be at
least 20 cm removed from all objects, walls, etc.; the distance to the floor must be at least 20 cm and there
must be at least 20 cm above the heater.

OPERATION
Plug the appliance into an appropriate electrical outlet. Power on the appliance by pressing the power switch
to position “I”. The power switch will be illuminated. LCD display lights up and shows “OFF”. The appliance is
standby. Press the on/off button “” to turn on your appliance.
1. Temperature calibration
Long press the button “+” for 5 seconds to enter the temperature calibration, adjusting the number by
pressing button “+” or “-“. The calibration ranges from -5 to +5 degrees.
2. Set the temperature.
1) Press the button “+” or “-” to set your desired temperature. You can choose from 0℃to 37℃.
2) The display will flash the set temperature a few seconds and then turn back to show the current
temperature. It means the temperature has been set.
3) If the set temperature is higher than the current temperature, the appliance will start to heat, and the
heating light will be illuminated. If the set temperature is reached, the appliance will automatically
switch off and then switch on again when the room cools down. The heating light will be off and
illuminated again accordingly.
3. Timing function
Short press button “ ”, the timer “00 H” shows in the display. Press button “+” or “-” to set the desired
working time from 0 to 24 hours. The appliance will shut itself off automatically when the time is up.
4. Turn off
Press button “ ” again to turn off the appliance. Turn off the power switch and unplug the power cord
from the outlet.
Wi-Fi CONNECTION GUIDE (This guide for the APP may not be up to date due to software version upgrade or
other reasons. This instruction is used as a guide only. Below mobile phone interface uses English version in
iOS as an example.):
1. Search “Smart Life” in App Store (for iOS) or Google play (for Android) to download the application.
2. Sign up or log in to your account on the APP. Tap the “+” at top right corner or button “Add Device” to add
your device. (Fig.1) Notice: when the Bluetooth of your phone is on, the device will be detected
automatically as Fig.8; tap “Add”. Enter the Wi-Fi information in Fig.9 and then tap “Next”. Wait until you
get Fig.10 and then tap “Done”. Now you can operate your device in the control interface. Tap buttons to
set your appliance. Alternatively, continue to follow below steps to manually add the device.
3. Find “Small Home Appliances” and tap the icon “Heater (Wi-Fi)”. (Fig.2)
You will get the prompt that asks you to use 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network and enter password. (Fig.3) Tap “Next”
to get Fig.4.
Note: When setting up Wi-Fi function you need to select an available 2.4 GHz network and connect the
appliance. Your mobile needs to be connected to the same network in order to set up Smart Life in the
phone. When this is done you can access the appliance from your phone on any network.
There are two ways to do the net pairing. Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the control panel for approx.
5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator light blinks quickly (way 1). Continue to press and hold the Wi-Fi button
until the Wi-Fi indicator light blinks slowly (way 2).

It is recommended to use way 1; if failed please use way 2.
Way 1:
1) Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the control panel for approx. 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator
light blinks quickly.
2) Tap “Confirm the indicator is blinking” in Fig.4. You will get Fig.5 that asks you to select the status of
the indicator light. Tap “Blink Quickly”.
3) Wait until you get Fig.7 and then tap “Done”.
4) Now you can operate your device in the control interface. Tap buttons to set your appliance.
Way 2:
1) Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the control panel for approx. 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator
light blinks quickly. Continue to press and hold the Wi-Fi button until the Wi-Fi indicator light blinks
slowly.
2) Tap “Confirm the indicator is blinking” in Fig.4. You will get Fig.5 that asks you to select the status of
the indicator light. Tap “Blink Slowly”.
Continue to tap “Go to Connect” in Fig.6 to connect your mobile phone to the device’s hotspot
“SmartLife-XXXX”. After the hotspot has been connected, go back to the App.
3) Wait until you get Fig.7 and then tap “Done”.
4) Now you can operate your device in the control interface. Tap buttons to set your appliance.

Note: to set the weekly timer function, press the schedule button to add schedules one by one. Remember to
tap “Save”after schedule is set.
Open-window detection function
The appliance is equipped with an open-window detection function. If our control system detects that the
room temperature decreases dramatically in short period when the heater is in the heating status, it will
recognize that a window is open. The window sign on the screen will start to flash and the heater will be
powered off for 30 minutes and get back to the previous setting automatically after 30 minutes.
Long press button “-” for 5 sceonds to turn on/off this function, and the icon “ ” will appear or disappear
accordingly.
SAFETY SYSTEM
The appliance has a safety system which automatically switches the unit off when overheated.

CLEANING THE HEATER
Always unplug the heater from the wall socket and allow it to cool down completely before cleaning. Clean the
outside of the heater by wiping with a damp cloth and with a dry cloth. Do not use any detergents or abrasives
and do not allow any water to penetrate the heater.
STORING THE HEATER
When the heater is not used for long time, it should be protected from dust and stored in a clean dry place.

defective product, you can directly go back to the point of purchase.
Defects which arise due to improper handling of the device and malfunctions due to interventions and repairs
by third parties or the fitting of non-original parts are not covered by this guarantee. Always keep your receipt,
without the receipt you can’t claim any form of warranty. Damage caused by not following the instruction
manual, will lead to a void of warranty, if this results in consequential damages then we will not be liable.
Neither can we hold responsible for material damage or personal injury caused by improper use if the
instruction manual is not properly executed. Damage to accessories does not mean free replacement of the
whole appliance. In such case, please contact our service department. Broken glass or breakage of plastic parts
is always subject to a charge. Defects to consumables or parts subjected to wearing, as well as cleaning,
maintenance, replacement of said parts or shipping and transportation costs to and from any place of repair

26. Heizgerät immer ausschalten, den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen und abkühlen lassen, bevor:

a) Wochentags-Anzeige (wird nach der Herstellung der WLAN-Verbindung mit dem aktuellen Tag
synchronisiert. Zum Beispiel: Heute ist Montag. Nach der Verbindung mit dem WLAN wird „1“angezeigt,
wenn es Dienstag ist „2“.)

Fernbedienung
Dieses Gerät verfügt über eine Fernbedienung. Bitte benutzen Sie 2 x 1,5 V AAA-Batterien für die
Fernbedienung. Setzen Sie die Batterien nebeneinander in die Fernbedienung ein. Die Funktionen der
Fernbedienungstasten entsprechen der Tastenbelegung des Bedienfelds. Wird die Fernbedienung längere Zeit
nicht genutzt, nehmen Sie die Batterien aus der Fernbedienung.
Die Fernbedienung sollte auf den Signalempfänger im digitalen Display gezeigt werden, damit das
Fernbediensignal gezielt eintrifft. Die Fernbedienung funktioniert nicht, wenn der Empfänger blockiert ist.
Effektiver Abstand: 3-4 m
MONTAGE AN DER WAND
Das Gerät wird mit Montagezubehör geliefert. Anhand der folgenden Abbildungen das Gerät mit dem Zubehör
an der Wand montieren. Vor der Montage ist sicherzustellen, dass das Gerät ausgeschaltet und von der
Stromquelle getrennt ist.
1. Mit der mitgelieferten Montageschablone (a) die Position der Bohrlöcher an der Wand markieren.
2. Mit einem 8-mm-Bohrer Löcher bohren.
3. Die Kunststoffdübel in die Bohrlöcher stecken.
4. Die vier Schrauben in die Kunststoffdübel schrauben.
5. Das Gerät an den Schrauben befestigen.
6. Hierzu das Gerät nach rechts bewegen und dann nach unten, bis es sicher angebracht ist.
HINWEIS: Das im Karton mitgelieferte Set ist für die senkrechte Montage an einer Massivwand vorgesehen.
Zwischen dem Heizgerät und allen anderen Gegenständen, Wänden usw. muss ein Abstand von mindestens 20
cm sein. Der Abstand zum Boden muss mindestens 20 cm betragen und über dem Heizgerät muss mindestens
20 cm Platz sein.

BETRIEB
Gerät an eine geeignete Steckdose anschließen. Zum Einschalten den Hauptschalter auf Position „I“ stellen.
Der Hauptschalter leuchtet. Das LCD-Display leuchtet auf und zeigt „OFF“ an. Das Gerät ist auf Stand-by
geschaltet. Zum Einschalten des Geräts den Ein-/Aus-Schalter drücken.
1. Temperatur-Kalibrierung
Die Taste „+“ 5 Sekunden gedrückt halten, um in den Kalibriermodus für die Temperatur zu gelangen. Der
Wert wird durch Drücken der Taste „+“ oder „-“ kalibriert. Die Temperatur kann von -5 bis +5 Grad
kalibriert werden
2. Temperatur einstellen.
1) Die Taste „+“ oder „-“ drücken, um die gewünschte Temperatur einzustellen. Der Wertebereich liegt
zwischen 0 °C und 37 °C .
2) Auf dem Display blinkt für einige Sekunden die eingestellte Temperatur. Danach wird die aktuelle
Temperatur angezeigt. Das bedeutet, dass die Temperatur jetzt eingestellt ist.
3) Wenn die eingestellte Temperatur höher als die aktuelle Temperatur ist, beginnt das Gerät
aufzuheizen und die Heizleuchte ist eingeschaltet. Wenn die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht ist,
schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch aus. Es schaltet sich wieder ein, wenn es in dem Zimmer kühler
wird. Die Heizleuchte schaltet sich dementsprechend ein und aus.

3. Timer-Funktion
Einmal kurz die Taste „ “ drücken. Auf dem Display wird für den Timer „00 H“ angezeigt. Taste „+“ oder
„-“ drücken, um die gewünschte Betriebszeit zwischen 0 und 24 Stunden einzustellen. Wenn diese Zeit
abgelaufen ist, schaltet sich das Gerät automatisch aus.
4. Ausschalten
Die Taste „ “ noch einmal drücken, um das Gerät auszuschalten. Am Hauptschalter ausschalten und
den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
WLAN-VERBINDUNGSANLEITUNG (Die APP-Anleitung wird unter Umständen nicht regelmäßig aktualisiert.
Das kann mit einer Aktualisierung der Software-Version oder mit anderen Gründen zusammenhängen. Diese
Anleitung dient nur als Leitfaden. Das nachfolgende Beispiel zeigt die englische Version der Smartphone-App
für iOS.
1. Suchen Sie im App Store (für iOS) oder bei Google Play (für Android) nach „Smart Life“, um die App
herunterzuladen.
2. Registrieren Sie sich oder melden Sie sich in Ihrem App-Konto an. Tippen Sie oben rechts auf „+“ oder auf
die Schaltfläche „Add Device“, um Ihr Gerät hinzuzufügen. (Abb.1) Hinweis: Wenn Bluetooth auf Ihrem
Telefon aktiviert ist, wird das Gerät automatisch erkannt, wie in Abb. 8 gezeigt; tippen Sie auf
„Add“ (Hinzufügen). Geben Sie die WLAN-Informationen ein, wie in Abb. 9, und tippen Sie dann auf
„Next“ (Weiter). Warten Sie, bis Sie Abb.10 erhalten und tippen Sie dann auf „Done“. Nun können Sie das
Gerät über die App-Oberfläche bedienen. Tippen Sie auf die Schaltflächen, um Ihr Gerät einzustellen.
Alternativ können Sie den nachfolgenden Schritten folgen, um das Gerät manuell hinzuzufügen.
3. Suchen Sie nach „Small Home Appliances“ und tippen Sie auf das Symbol „Heater (Wi-Fi)“. (Abb. 2)
Sie werden aufgefordert, das 2,4-GHz-Wi-Fi-Netzwerk zu verwenden und das Passwort einzugeben. (Abb.3)
Tippen Sie auf "Next", um zu Abb.4 zu gelangen.
Hinweis: Wenn Sie die WLAN-Funktion einrichten, müssen Sie ein verfügbares 2,4-GHz-Netzwerk
auswählen und das Gerät verbinden. Ihr Handy muss mit demselben Netzwerk verbunden sein, um Smart
Life im Telefon einrichten zu können. Wenn dies erledigt ist, können Sie von Ihrem Telefon aus in einem
beliebigen Netzwerk auf das Gerät zugreifen.
Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, die Netzkopplung durchzuführen. Halten Sie die Wi-Fi-Taste auf dem Bedienfeld
ca. 5 Sekunden lang gedrückt, bis die Wi-Fi-Anzeigeleuchte schnell blinkt (Möglichkeit 1). Halten Sie die
Wi-Fi-Taste weiterhin gedrückt, bis die Wi-Fi-Anzeigeleuchte langsam blinkt (Möglichkeit 2).
Es empfiehlt sich, zunächst Möglichkeit 1 auszuprobieren und bei Fehlschlag Möglichkeit 2 zu probieren.
Möglichkeit 1:
1) Halten Sie die Wi-Fi-Taste auf dem Bedienfeld ca. 5 Sekunden lang gedrückt, bis die
Wi-Fi-Anzeigeleuchte schnell blinkt.
2) Tippen Sie auf „Confirm the indicator is blinking“ in Abb.4. Abb. 5 wird angezeigt. Stellen Sie nun das
Verhalten der Kontrollleuchte fest. Tippen Sie auf „Blink Quickly“.
3) Warten Sie, bis Sie Abb.7 erhalten und tippen Sie dann auf „Done“.
4) Nun können Sie das Gerät über die App-Oberfläche bedienen. Tippen Sie auf die Schaltflächen, um Ihr
Gerät einzustellen.

Möglichkeit 2:
1) Halten Sie die Wi-Fi-Taste auf dem Bedienfeld ca. 5 Sekunden lang gedrückt, bis die
Wi-Fi-Anzeigeleuchte schnell blinkt. Halten Sie die Wi-Fi-Taste weiterhin gedrückt, bis die
Wi-Fi-Anzeigeleuchte langsam blinkt.
2) Tippen Sie auf „Confirm the indicator is blinking“ in Abb.4. Abb. 5 wird angezeigt. Stellen Sie nun das
Verhalten der Kontrollleuchte fest. Tippen Sie auf „Blink Slowly“.
Tippen Sie in Abb. 6 weiter auf „Go to Connect“, um Ihr Mobiltelefon mit dem Hotspot des Geräts
„SmartLife-XXXX“ zu verbinden. Rufen Sie die App. wieder auf, wenn der Hotspot verbunden ist.
3) Warten Sie, bis Sie Abb.7 erhalten und tippen Sie dann auf „Done“.
4) Nun können Sie das Gerät über die App-Oberfläche bedienen. Tippen Sie auf die Schaltflächen, um Ihr
Gerät einzustellen.
