using Bench Leg Extensions and yield
the maximum distance between your
Bench Shelf and Additional Shelf. Bench
Additional Shelves may be installed be-
low the primary Bench Shelf using the
same assembly procedure.

All Screw quantities listed here are the mini-
mum needed for your Bench assembly. There
may be a few extra Screws included, which
are not counted in the Parts List.

Step 3
Position the Bench Pan between the Rear Extension Supports;
aligning the two tabs on each Rear Support with the two holes
in the lower corners of the Pan. Insert a Pan Screw through the
Pan and Support Tab, capturing it with a Keps Nut (only hand
tighten the Keps Nut).
Repeat this procedure for the remaining end of the Pan,
but do not fully tighten the Keps Nuts.

Step 2
Place one Front Extension Support into position on the Leg Ex-
tension. NOTE: Make certain the top hole of the Front Extension
Support is in alignment with the top hole of the Rear Extension
Support for a level shelf surface.
Install the Front Support using two Self Threading Screws.
Repeat procedure for the remaining Front Extension Support
on the Right Leg.

Step 1
Determine the location for your Additional Shelf. The
holes along the Leg Assembly are spaced at 1”incre-
ments.
Position the Left Rear Extension Support to the Leg Ex-
tension and install using four Support Screws.
NOTE: Make certain the tab is facing towards the inside of
your bench as shown.
Repeat entire procedure for the Right Rear Extension
Support.

Step 5
Place the Shelf onto the Pan and Supports, aligning the holes
on the Shelf underside with those on the Pan and Supports.
Secure the Shelf to the Pan and Supports using a total of seven
1” Button-hd PB Screws.
Step 4 (requires a 3-Way Wrench)
Align one Buttress with one opening on the Pan and insert a Pan
Screw through the Buttress and Pan; capturing it with a Keps Nut.
Position one Cross End on the remaining Buttress hole and secure
using a Pan Screw and Keps Nut, but do not yet fully tighten.
Rotate the Buttress to align the Cross End with two openings on
the Leg and secure using two Support Screws. Repeat for remain-
ing Buttress and Cross End, then tighten all Screws and Keps Nuts.
