Remove rear base cover. Remove front base cover.

Turn o all mounted equipment. Disconnect Power System
from power source.
Turn power system o by
holding down the AC Outlet
Power button for 1 - 3 seconds.
Power light will shut o.

To prevent equipment damage, discharge body static before handling
the printed circuit boards or any module containing a printed
circuit board. To discharge body static, use a conductive wrist strap
attached to a good earth ground or discharge body static by touching
a grounded bare metal surface. Handle printed circuit boards or
modules by their edges once removed from protective antistatic bags.

Remove basket and handle.

13 Unlock CPU and remove all contents in the storage area.
14 Unplug all cables from the USB hub.

Remove drawer controller cover.
Unplug cables from drawer controller interface
cPull cable up into storage area. dDisconnect drawer power cable.

Slide bottom cabinet o.

Remove the bottom drawer cabinet. If you do not have a bottom drawer
- continue to step 17.
Unscrew the bottom cabinet 2x

Remove the top drawer(s).

Remove ball end of cable from brake.
Loosen nut.

19 Remove the bottom 2 screws
from the head unit and ground
wire if present. If removed, save
the star washer from the ground
wire for reattachment.

Remove screws.

Insert two screws and leave
them protruding to allow
head unit to hang on them.
Attach the two bottom screws and if removed, attach the ground wire with star washer, then
tighten top two screws.

Insert new lift engine and screw in.

25 Engage brake cable.
Insert ball end of cable into brake.
Tighten cable tension
(do not tigthten nut at this time).
tighten nut.
Replace brake cover.

Slide the bottom drawer cabinet only halfway onto the bottom tracks of the top
drawer. If you do not have a bottom drawer - skip to step 28.
