4Remove the dividers in the
section where the damaged
Ethernet cable(s) are to
be replaced. NOTE: to remove dividers,
press release tabs in back of
divider and push divider back.
Disconnect the cables and remove
the laptops in the top section of
the Cart.
Please recycle or discard the
damaged parts responsibly!

Make sure the Cart power cord is
disconnected from wall power before
proceeding.
Unlock and open front doors.

Replacing the Upper Ethernet
Cables

Loosen the screws
holding up the
cable routing tray
and lower it to
access the Ethernet
cables.
Unlock and
remove the
rear panel of
the Cart.
Pull the faulty Ethernet cable(s) through the Cart (from the front
section to the back) and disconnect from the Ethernet switch.
Unwind the damaged Ethernet cable(s) from around the tabs.
in the cable routing tray.
11 Pull the new
Ethernet cable(s)
into the front section
of the Cart. Wind the new
Ethernet cable(s) around the
routing tabs in the cable tray.
Connect the new Ethernet
cable(s) to the Ethernet
switch and push through
corresponding hole(s) to the
front section of the Cart.
Close and lock
the rear panel
of the Cart.
Recycle
or discard
damaged
Ethernet
cable(s).

Raise the cable tray
back into position
and secure with
screws.
Reinsert the laptops
removed in Step 3
and reconnect cables.
Close and lock the
front doors.

Reinsert the dividers removed in Step 4.
a) Push each divider down into place.
b) Then slide forward until it locks in place.
16 Connect the Cart power cord and Ethernet cables.
