Îáùèå ñâåäåíèÿ ïî ýêñïëóàòàöèè ïðèâåäåíû â èíñòðóêöèè ê èñòî÷íèêó
ïèòàíèÿ.
Ïðè ïîäà÷å ñåòåâîãî ïèòàíèÿ íà óñòðîéñòâî íà÷èíàåòñÿ
ñàìîïðîâåðêà ñâåòîäèîäíûõ èíäèêàòîðîâ è äèñïëåÿ, ïðè
ýòîì íà äèñïëåå îòîáðàæàåòñÿ âåðñèÿ ïðîãðàììû; â äàííîì
ïðèìåðå ðàññìàòðèâàåòñÿ âåðñèÿ ïðîãðàììû 0.18.

2.2 Îáúÿñíåíèå ñèìâîëîâ è ôóíêöèé
Ñâàðêà ìåòîäîì TIG
Ïðè ñâàðêå TIG ïðîèñõîäèò ðàñïëàâëåíèå ìåòàëëà ñâàðèâàåìîé äåòàëè ñ
ïîìîùüþ ýëåêòðè÷åñêîé äóãè, âîçáóæäàåìîé íà âîëüôðàìîâîì ýëåêòðîäå,
êîòîðûé ñàì íå ïëàâèòñÿ. Çîíà ñâàðêè è ñàì ýëåêòðîä çàùèùåíû àòìîñôåðîé
èç çàùèòíîãî ãàçà.
Ïîñòîÿííûé òîê
×åì áîëüøå òîê, òåì áîëüøå ðàçìåð çîíû ñâàðêè è ëó÷øå ïðîíèêíîâåíèå â
ñâàðèâàåìóþ äåòàëü.
Èìïóëüñíûé òîê
Èìïóëüñíûé ðåæèì èñïîëüçóåòñÿ äëÿ óëó÷øåíèÿ óïðàâëåíèÿ ñâàðî÷íîé
âàííîé è ïðîöåññîì çàñòûâàíèÿ. ×àñòîòà èìïóëüñîâ óñòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ
íàñòîëüêî íèçêîé, ÷òîáû â ïðîìåæóòêå ìåæäó èìïóëüñàìè ñâàðî÷íàÿ âàííà
óñïåâàëà çàñòûòü, ïî êðàéíåé ìåðå, ÷àñòè÷íî. Äëÿ òîãî ÷òîáû óñòàíîâèòü
èìïóëüñíûé ðåæèì, íåîáõîäèìî çàäàòü ÷åòûðå ïàðàìåòðà: òîê èìïóëüñà,
äëèòåëüíîñòü èìïóëüñà, òîê ïàóçû è äëèòåëüíîñòü ïàóçû.

Ôóíêöèÿ íàðàñòàíèÿ îçíà÷àåò, ÷òî ïîñëå âîçáóæäåíèÿ äóãè TIG, òîê ìåäëåííî
ïîâûøàåòñÿ äî çàäàííîé âåëè÷èíû. Ýòî îáåñïå÷èâàåò áîëåå ”ìÿãêèé”
ðàçîãðåâ ýëåêòðîäà è äàåò âîçìîæíîñòü ñâàðùèêó ïðàâèëüíî ðàñïîëîæèòü
ýëåêòðîä äî òîãî, êàê áóäåò äîñòèãíóòî çàäàííîå çíà÷åíèå òîêà.

ïîíèæàåòñÿ â òå÷åíèå çàäàííîãî âðåìåíè, ÷òî ïîçâîëÿåò èçáåæàòü
îáðàçîâàíèÿ êðàòåðà è/èëè ðàñòðåñêèâàíèÿ ïðè çàâåðøåíèè øâà.
Çàêëþ÷èòåëüíàÿ ïîäà÷à ãàçà
Ðåãóëèðîâêà âðåìåíè ïîäà÷è çàùèòíîãî ãàçà ïîñëå ãàøåíèÿ äóãè.
HF
Ôóíêöèÿ HF âîçáóæäàåò ýëåêòðè÷åñêóþ äóãó ñ ïîìîùüþ èñêðû ñ
âîëüôðàìîâîãî ýëåêòðîäà íà ñâàðèâàåìóþ äåòàëü, êîãäà ýëåêòðîä
ïðèáëèçèòñÿ ê äåòàëè.

íàæàò êóðêîâûé âûêëþ÷àòåëü, è íà÷èíàåò òå÷ü íåáîëüøîé òîê. Øàã 3: ñâàðùèê îòâîäèò
ñâàðî÷íóþ ãîðåëêó îò äåòàëè: âîçáóæäàåòñÿ äóãà, è òîê àâòîìàòè÷åñêè ïîâûøàåòñÿ äî
çàäàííîãî çíà÷åíèÿ.
2-øàãîâûé ðåæèì
Ïðè 2-øàãîâîì óïðàâëåíèè ïðåäâàðèòåëüíàÿ ïîäà÷à çàùèòíîãî ãàçà (åñëè
èñïîëüçóåòñÿ) íà÷èíàåòñÿ ïðè íàæàòèè ïóñêîâîãî âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ ñâàðî÷íîãî
ïèñòîëåòà. Ïðè ýòîì íà÷èíàåòñÿ ïðîöåññ ñâàðêè. Êîãäà ïóñêîâîé
âûêëþ÷àòåëü áóäåò îòïóùåí (4), ïðîöåññ ñâàðêè ïîëíîñòüþ ïðåêðàùàåòñÿ è
íà÷èíàåòñÿ çàêëþ÷èòåëüíàÿ ïîäà÷à çàùèòíîãî ãàçà (ïðè âêëþ÷åíèè
ñîîòâåòñòâóþùåãî ðåæèìà).

ãîðåëêè TIG çàïóñêàåòñÿ ïðåäâàðèòåëüíàÿ ïîäà÷à çàùèòíîãî ãàçà (åñëè ýòà
ôóíêöèÿ âêëþ÷åíà), à çàòåì âîçáóæäàåòñÿ ýëåêòðè÷åñêàÿ äóãà. Òîê âîçðàñòàåò
äî çàäàííîãî çíà÷åíèÿ (â ñîîòâåòñòâèè ñ ôóíêöèåé íàðàñòàíèÿ, åñëè îíà
âêëþ÷åíà). Ïðè îòïóñêàíèè êóðêîâîãî âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ (2) òîê ïðåêðàùàåòñÿ (èëè
íà÷èíàåò ñïàäàòü, åñëè âêëþ÷åíà ôóíêöèÿ ñïàäà), è äóãà ãàñíåò. Íà÷èíàåòñÿ
çàêëþ÷èòåëüíàÿ ïîäà÷à ãàçà, åñëè ýòà ôóíêöèÿ âêëþ÷åíà

4-òàêòíûé ðåæèì
 4-òàêòíîì ðåæèìå ïðåäâàðèòåëüíàÿ ïîäà÷à ãàçà íà÷èíàåòñÿ, êîãäà êóðêîâûé
âûêëþ÷àòåëü íà ñâàðî÷íîì ïèñòîëåòå íàæèìàåòñÿ, à âîçáóæäåíèå äóãè
ïðîèñõîäèò ïðè åãî îòïóñêàíèè. Ïðîöåññ ñâàðêè ïðîäîëæàåòñÿ äî òåõ ïîð,
ïîêà ïåðåêëþ÷àòåëü íå áóäåò ñíîâà íàæàò. Êîãäà âûêëþ÷àòåëü îòïóñêàåòñÿ,
äóãà ãàñèòñÿ è íà÷èíàåòñÿ çàêëþ÷èòåëüíàÿ ïîäà÷à ãàçà (ïðè âêëþ÷åíèè
ñîîòâåòñòâóþùåãî ðåæèìà).

Ïðè 4-òàêòíîì ðåæèìå óïðàâëåíèÿ ïðè íàæàòèè êóðêîâîãî âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ (1)
çàïóñêàåòñÿ ïðåäâàðèòåëüíàÿ ïîäà÷à çàùèòíîãî ãàçà (åñëè ýòà ôóíêöèÿ
âêëþ÷åíà) . Ïî èñòå÷åíèè âðåìåíè ïîäà÷è çàùèòíîãî ãàçà òîê ïîâûøàåòñÿ äî
íà÷àëüíîãî óðîâíÿ (íåñêîëüêî àìïåð) è âîçáóæäàåòñÿ ýëåêòðè÷åñêàÿ äóãà.
Ïðè îòïóñêàíèè êóðêîâîãî âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ (2) òîê âîçðàñòàåò äî çàäàííîãî
çíà÷åíèÿ (ñ ïîñòåïåííûì íàðàñòàíèåì, åñëè âêëþ÷åíà ñîîòâåòñòâóþùàÿ
ôóíêöèÿ). Ïðè ñëåäóþùåì íàæàòèè êóðêîâîãî âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ (3) òîê ñïàäàåò äî
çàäàííîãî íà÷àëüíîãî çíà÷åíèÿ (ïëàâíî, åñëè âêëþ÷åíà ñîîòâåòñòâóþùàÿ
ôóíêöèÿ). Ïðè ñëåäóþùåì îòïóñêàíèè êóðêîâîãî âûêëþ÷àòåëÿ (4) äóãà ãàñíåò,
è ïðîèñõîäèò çàêëþ÷èòåëüíàÿ ïîäà÷à ãàçà.
Òîëùèíà ìàòåðèàëà
Ñèëà òîêà óñòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ àâòîìàòè÷åñêè â çàâèñèìîñòè îò òîëùèíû
ìàòåðèàëà (ìì/äþéìû).
×òîáû óâåëè÷èòü èëè óìåíüøèòü ñèëó òîêà, íàæèìàéòå êíîïêó äî òåõ
ïîð, ïîêà ñèìâîëû òîëùèíû ìàòåðèàëà, ñïàäà è çàêëþ÷èòåëüíîé ïîäà÷è ãàçà
íå áóäóò äåàêòèâèðîâàíû; ïîñëå ÷åãî çàäàéòå ñèëó òîêà.

Èçìåíåíèå ïàðàìåòðîâ êóðêîâîãî ïåðåêëþ÷àòåëÿ
Ýòà ôóíêöèÿ ïîçâîëÿåò ïåðåéòè îò îäíîãî íàáîðà ñîõðàíåííûõ ïàðàìåòðîâ
ñâàðêè ê äðóãîìó, ïóòåì äâîéíîãî íàæàòèÿ íà ñïóñêîâîé ìåõàíèçì
ñâàðî÷íîãî ïèñòîëåòà. Ïðèìåíèìî òîëüêî äëÿ ñâàðêè ìåòîäîì TIG.
Áëîê äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ
Íàñòðîéêè äåëàþòñÿ ñ áëîêà äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ.
Ïåðåä ââîäîì â äåéñòâèå áëîê äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ äîëæåí áûòü
ïîäêëþ÷åí ê ðàçúåìó äëÿ áëîêà äèñòàíöèîííîãî óïðàâëåíèÿ, êîòîðûé
èìååòñÿ íà ìàøèíå. Ïîñëå ââîäà â äåéñòâèå áëîêà äèñòàíöèîííîãî
óïðàâëåíèÿ, ïàíåëü óïðàâëåíèÿ ñòàíîâèòñÿ íåàêòèâíîé.
2.3 Ñêðûòûå ôóíêöèè TIG
Íà ïàíåëè óïðàâëåíèÿ èìåþòñÿ ñêðûòûå ôóíêöèè.
Äëÿ äîñòóïà ê ôóíêöèÿì óäåðæèâàéòå íàæàòîé êíîïêó â òå÷åíèå 5
ñåêóíä. Íà äèñïëåå ïîÿâèòñÿ áóêâà è ÷èñëåííîå çíà÷åíèå. Âûáåðèòå

ïàóçû â íîðìàëüíîì ðåæèìå óñòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ â ïðåäåëàõ 0,01 2,50 ñåêóíä.
Ïðè ìèêðîèìïóëüñàõ ýòî âðåìÿ ìîæåò áûòü ñîêðàùåíî äî 0,001 ñåêóíä. Ïðè
âêëþ÷åííîì ìèêðîèìïóëüñíîì ðåæèìå ïðîìåæóòêè âðåìåíè ìåíåå 0,25
ñåêóíä îòîáðàæàþòñÿ íà äèñïëåå áåç äåñÿòè÷íîé çàïÿòîé.

Êàïåëüíàÿ ñâàðêà
Ìåòîä êàïåëüíîé ñâàðêè ìîæåò áûòü èñïîëüçîâàí ïðè ñâàðêå ýëåêòðîäàìè èç

ïðîèçîøëà íåèñïðàâíîñòü.
Íîìåð êîäà îøèáêè è íîìåð óñòðîéñòâà îòîáðàæàþòñÿ ïîî÷åðåäíî.
Åñëè îáíàðóæåíî íåñêîëüêî íåèñïðàâíîñòåé, íà ýêðàí áóäåò âûâåäåí òîëüêî

1 INTRODUCTION
The manual describes the use of TA33, TA34 control panel.
For general information about operation see instruction manual for the power source.
When mains power is supplied the unit runs a self diagnosis of the
LEDs and the display, the program version is displayed and in this
example the program version is 0.18.

2.2 Symbol and Function explanations
TIG welding
TIG welding melts the metal of the workpiece, using an arc struck from a tungsten elec-
trode, which does not itself melt. The weld pool and the electrode are protected by
shielding gas.
Direct current
A higher current gives a wider weld pool, with better penetration into the workpiece.
Pulsed current
Pulsing is used for improved control of the weld pool and the solidification process.
The pulse frequency is set so slow that the weld pool has time to solidify at least
partially between each pulse. In order to set pulsing, four parameters are required:
pulse current, pulse time, background current and background time.

Slope up
The slope up function means that, when the TIG arc strikes, the current rises slowly
to the set value. This provides ‘gentler’ heating of the electrode, and gives the welder
a chance to position the electrode properly before the set welding current is reached.

time, to avoid craters and/or cracks when a weld is finished.
Gas post--flow
This controls the time during which shielding gas flows after the arc is extinguished.
HF
The HF function strikes the arc by means of a spark from the electrode to the
workpiece as the electrode is brought closer to the workpiece.
