To view content or schedule recordings from ROVER via your mobile device, you will
need to access your mobile app store (Google Play for Android or App Store for
IOS) and download the "ARRIS Follow Me TV" app. (To accurately complete this
process, it is important that you remain in close proximity to your ROVER unit as you
will be prompted to enter information from your ROVER and connected TV.)

Once the "ARRIS Follow Me TV" app download is complete, you will need to go
to your phone settings tab and select the appropriate ARRIS Wi-Fi network
prior to opening the app. Once you select the local ARRIS Wi-Fi connection, you
will be prompted to enter a passcode which can be found on the back right corner
of the
ROVER unit. It is listed as the ‘Preshared Key’ code.
Enter this code as the Wi-Fi password and select CONNECT.

Once you are connected, go back to the "ARRIS Follow Me TV" app and select
OPEN to access the menu. The first time you complete this step, you will be
prompted to select your Cable TV provider. Scroll and select ETC.

Once you have selected ETC from the scroll menu, the app will search and confirm
your specific media players. You will then be prompted to enter an 8 digit code
that can be found in your ROVER settings on your home TV.
Pair Mobile Device to Rover
To access the 8 digit code, select MENU on the ROVER TV remote. Using the
top arrow keys on the remote, scroll left or right to the SETTINGS menu and
press OK. Next, scroll down until you reach MOBILE APP and select OK. A
menu page will be shown which will allow you to select ADD on the right side on
the screen.
Using your arrow keys, select ADD and then press OK. The 8 digit code will be
displayed on your TV screen. Enter this code into your mobile device.
Once this step is complete, you will be directed to the ROVER menu page.

From this menu, you now have access to your ROVER content and can begin watching
or recording your favorite programs from your selected mobile device!
Scroll up or down to locate the channel/program you wish to watch and tap the program
to view show details.
