I. VORWORT
Diese Anleitung gilt für LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX. Die Gebrauchsanweisung dient
fachgerechten Handhabung. Bitte lesen Sie die Gebrauchshinweise vor erstmaliger
Anwendung des Produkts sorgfältig durch!
II. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH
Das LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX ist ein Befestigungssystem für die tägliche Nutzung von
HME Filterkassetten oder Tracheostomaventilen mit jeweils einem 22 mm Adapter.
III. WARNUNGEN
LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX sind Einpatientenprodukte und für den einmaligen
Gebrauch bestimmt.
IV. KOMPLIKATIONEN
Tracheostomadurchmessers verursachen, und so zu einer Verminderung der Luftzufuhr
reversiblen Hautirritationen kommen.
V. VORSICHT
Bei Anwendung von Tracheostomaventilen sind die jeweiligen Gebrauchsanweisungen zu
beachten.
VI. KONTRAINDIKATIONEN
Während der Strahlentherapie sollte die Benutzung des Tapes aufgrund des Risikos
von Hautirritationen vermieden werden. Verwenden Sie nach der Strahlentherapie
LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX nur nach Rücksprache mit ihrem behandelnden Arzt.
Beginnen Sie frühestens 2 Wochen nach der Strahlentherapie mit der Anwendung.
VII. PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG
LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX ist ein Befestigungssystem für die tägliche Nutzung von HME
Filterkassetten oder Tracheostomaventilen. Die selbstklebenden Tapes werden nach den
anatomischen Gegebenheiten des Tracheostomas sowie dem Hauttyp ausgewählt, um eine
lange Tragedauer und optimale Befestigung zu erreichen. Die Filterkassette wird in dem

VIII. ANLEITUNG
1. Reinigen Sie die Haut um das Tracheostoma mit warmen Wasser und einer pH-
neutralen Seife oder mit OPTIFAHL®Stomareinigungstüchern (REF 33200) vor einem
Spiegel. Trocknen Sie die Haut ab. Vor der Reinigung ggf. Kleberreste mit OPTICLEAR®
(REF 33500) von der Haut entfernen.
2. Zum Schutz der Haut vor Irritationen tragen Sie OPTIGARD®auf den zu versorgenden
Hautbereich auf.

3. Die LARYVOX®Basisplatten sollten vor der Anwendung zur Entfaltung der optimalen
Klebeeigenschaften sowie für die Anpassung an das Hautareal zwischen den

6. Positionieren Sie LARYVOX®
Finger, um sicherzustellen, dass die Grundplatte richtig positioniert ist.

8. Für den optimalen Halt und zur Vermeidung von Lufteinschlüssen streichen Sie das
Tape sorgfältig mit den Fingern für 5 Minuten auf der Haut aus.
9. Eine optimale Hautverbindung ist nach 20 Minuten erreicht und beginnen Sie erst dann
mit dem Einsetzen der Filterkassette. So werden ungewollte Lufteinschlüsse zwischen
Basisplatte und Haut vermieden.
10. Zur Entfernung einer Filterkassette das LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX mit 2 Fingern
und die Filterkassette vorsichtig herauslösen, um eine lange Verweildauer des
Tapes zu erreichen.
11. Um das LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX zu entfernen, greifen Sie vorsichtig eine Klebelasche.
Ziehen Sie diese vorsichtig von einer Seite, wenn notwendig mit OPTICLEAR®
ACHTUNG!
Verwenden Sie keine fetthaltigen Cremes! Ein sicherer Halt des Tapes ist sonst nicht
mehr gewährleistet.
IX. NUTZUNGSDAUER
Durch das hautfreundliche Material ist eine Tragedauer von 24 Stunden oder länger möglich.
Das Tape sollte so lange benutzt werden, bis es sich von der Haut löst. Bei Auftreten von
Hautirritationen ist das LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX sofort zu wechseln. Abweichungen
von der zu erwartenden Tragedauer resultieren aus individuellen Tragebedingungen und
ACHTUNG!
Eine Reinigung, Desinfektion oder (Re-) Sterilisation sowie Wiederverwendung kann
die Sicherheit und Funktion des Produkts beeinträchtigen und ist daher unzulässig!

These instructions for use are valid for LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX. The instructions for use
correct handling. Please read the instructions for use carefully before using the product
II. INTENDED USE
LARYVOX®
tracheostoma valves with a 22 mm adapter.
III. WARNINGS
LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX is a single-patient product and is intended for single use
only.
IV. COMPLICATIONS
The circular connector opening can under certain circumstances reduce the usable diameter
of the tracheostoma, resulting in a reduction of air supply. The particular properties of the
adhesive used for the medical tape can in individual cases cause skin irritations.
V. PRECAUTIONS
Observe the respective manufacturer‘s instructions when using tracheostoma valves.
VI. CONTRAINDICATIONS
Use of the tape should be avoided while undergoing radiotherapy due to the risk of
skin irritations. After undergoing radiotherapy, only use LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX
after consulting your treating physician. Start using the tape at the earliest 2 weeks
after completing radiotherapy.

VIII. INSTRUCTIONS
1. Clean the skin around the tracheostoma in front of a mirror using warm water and pH-
neutral soap or OPTIFAHL®stoma cleaning cloths (REF 33200) . Dry the skin. Before
cleaning, remove residues of adhesive from the skin if necessary, using OPTICLEAR®
(REF 33500).

VIII. INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION
1. Avec de l’eau chaude et un savon au pH neutre ou des lingettes nettoyantes spéciales
OPTIFAHL® (REF 33200), nettoyez la peau autour du trachéostome face à un miroir.
Séchez la peau. Avant le nettoyage, le cas échéant, retirez les restes de colle en utilisant
OPTICLEAR®(REF 33500).

LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX è un prodotto monouso, pertanto destinato ad un solo
utilizzo.
IV. COMPLICANZE
L‘apertura circolare del connettore potrebbe eventualmente causare una riduzione del
diametro utile del tracheostoma e, di conseguenza, ridurre l‘apporto di aria. Date le particolari
reversibile.
V. MISURE PRECAUZIONALI
Se si utilizzano valvole tracheostomiche vanno rispettate le corrispondenti istruzioni per l‘uso.
VI. CONTROINDICAZIONi
Si raccomanda di evitare l‘uso del nastro durante la radioterapia a causa del rischio
di irritazioni cutanee. Dopo la radioterapia utilizzare LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX solo
dopo aver consultato il proprio medico curante. Cominciare ad utilizzare il nastro
almeno 2 settimane dopo la radioterapia.

VIII. ISTRUZIONI PER L‘APPLICAZIONE

IX. DURATA D‘USO
Grazie al materiale delicato sulla pelle è possibile una durata d‘uso pari o superiore a 24
irritazioni cutanee, sostituire immediatamente LARYVOX®Tape. Eventuali discrepanze nella
prevista durata d‘uso sono dovute a particolari condizioni di utilizzo e caratteristiche cutanee
individuali.
ATTENZIONE!
La pulizia, disinfezione o risterilizzazione e il conseguente riutilizzo del prodotto
possono comprometterne la sicurezza e la funzionalità, pertanto non sono consentiti!
X. AVVERTENZE LEGALI

Se recomienda no utilizar el apósito adhesivo durante la radioterapia debido al riesgo
de irritaciones cutáneas. Después de la radioterapia, utilice LARYVOX®Tape CONVEX
solo tras consultarlo con el médico que realiza el tratamiento. Utilícelo como muy
temprano 2 semanas después de la radioterapia.
