Diese Anleitung gilt für LARYVOX®Tape. Die Gebrauchsanweisung dient der Information von Arzt,

Sie die Gebrauchshinweise vor erstmaliger Anwendung des Produkts sorgfältig durch!
II. BESTIMMUNGSGEMÄSSER GEBRAUCH
Das LARYVOX®Tape ist ein Befestigungssystem für die tägliche Nutzung von HME Filterkassetten
oder Tracheostomaventilen mit jeweils einem 22 mm Adapter.
III. WARNUNGEN
LARYVOX®Tape sind Einpatientenprodukte und für den einmaligen Gebrauch
bestimmt. Eine Reinigung, Desinfektion oder (Re-) Sterilisation sowie Wiederverwendung
kann die Sicherheit und Funktion des Produkts beeinträchtigen und ist daher unzulässig!
IV. KOMPLIKATIONEN

Tracheostomadurchmessers verursachen, und so zu einer Verminderung der Luftzufuhr führen.

Bei Anwendung von Tracheostomaventilen sind die jeweiligen Gebrauchsanweisungen zu beachten.
VI. KONTRAINDIKATIONEN
Während der Strahlentherapie sollte die Benutzung des Tapes aufgrund des Risikos von
Hautirritationen vermieden werden. Verwenden Sie nach der Strahlentherapie LARYVOX®
Tape nur nach Rücksprache mit Ihrem behandelnden Arzt. Beginnen Sie frühestens 2
Wochen nach der Strahlentherapie mit der Anwendung.
VII. PRODUKTBESCHREIBUNG
LARYVOX®Tape ist ein Befestigungssystem für die tägliche Nutzung von HME
Filterkassetten oder Tracheostomaventilen. Die selbstklebenden Tapes werden nach den
anatomischen Gegebenheiten des Tracheostomas sowie dem Hauttyp ausgewählt, um eine
lange Tragedauer und optimale Befestigung zu erreichen. Die Filterkassette wird in dem

VIII. ANLEITUNG
1. Reinigen Sie die Haut um das Tracheostoma mit warmen Wasser und einer pH-neutralen Seife
oder mit OPTIFAHL®(REF 33200) Stomareinigungstüchern vor einem Spiegel. Trocknen Sie
die Haut ab. Vor der Reinigung ggf. Kleberreste mit OPTICLEAR®(REF 33500) von der Haut
entfernen.
2. Zum Schutz der Haut vor Irritationen tragen Sie OPTIGARD®(REF 33600) auf den zu
versorgenden Hautbereich auf.
3. Die LARYVOX®Basisplatten sollten vor der Anwendung zur Entfaltung der optimalen

Sie anschließend das Tape auf der Haut.
5. Für den optimalen Halt und zur Vermeidung von Lufteinschlüssen streichen Sie das Tape

6. Eine optimale Hautverbindung ist nach 20 Minuten erreicht und beginnen Sie erst dann mit dem
Einsetzen der Filterkassette. So werden ungewollte Lufteinschlüsse zwischen Basisplatte und
Haut vermieden.
7. Achtung! Bei Verwendung von LARYVOX®Tape Extra Fine: erst nach kompletter

Filterkassette vorsichtig herauslösen, um eine lange Verweildauer des Tapes zu erreichen.

Verwenden Sie keine fetthaltigen Cremes! Ein sicherer Halt des Tapes ist sonst nicht mehr
gewährleistet.
IX. NUTZUNGSDAUER
Durch das hautfreundliche Material ist eine Tragedauer von 24 Stunden möglich. Das Tape
sollte so lange benutzt werden, bis es sich von der Haut löst. Bei Auftreten von Hautirritationen
ist das LARYVOX®Tape sofort zu wechseln. Abweichungen von der zur erwartenden Tragedauer

II. INTENDED USE

valves with a 22 mm adapter.
III. WARNINGS
LARYVOX®Tape is a single-patient product and is intended for single use only. Cleaning,
disinfection, re-sterilisation and re-use can impair the safety and function of the product and
are therefore not permissible!
IV. COMPLICATIONS
The circular connector opening can under certain circumstances reduce the usable diameter of the
tracheostoma, resulting in a reduction of air supply. The particular properties of the adhesive used for
the medical tape can in individual cases cause skin irritations.
V. PRECAUTIONS
Observe the respective manufacturer‘s instructions when using tracheostoma valves.
VI. CONTRAINDICATIONS
Use of the tape should be avoided while undergoing radiotherapy due to the risk of skin
irritations. After undergoing radiotherapy, only use LARYVOX®Tape after consulting your
treating physician. Start using the tape at the earliest 2 weeks after completing radiotherapy.

VIII. INSTRUCTIONS
1. Clean the skin around the tracheostoma in front of a mirror using warm water and pH-
neutral soap or OPTIFAHL® (REF 33200) stoma cleaning cloths. Dry the skin. Before cleaning,
remove residues of adhesive from the skin if necessary, using OPTICLEAR® (REF 33500).
2. To protect the skin from irritation, apply OPTIGARD® 󰘯
3. The LARYVOX®base plates should be warmed up for 3 minutes before use by holding them
between the palms of the hands in order to optimise the adhesive properties and to facilitate

VIII. INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION
1. Avec de l’eau chaude et un savon au pH neutre ou des lingettes nettoyantes spéciales de Fahl,
nettoyez la peau autour du trachéostome face à un miroir. Séchez la peau. Avant le nettoyage, le
cas échéant, retirez les restes de colle en utilisant OPTICLEAR® (REF 33500).

disinfezione o risterilizzazione e il conseguente riutilizzo del prodotto possono compromet-
terne la sicurezza e la funzionalità, pertanto non sono consentiti!
IV. COMPLICANZE
L‘apertura circolare del connettore potrebbe eventualmente causare una riduzione del diametro utile
del tracheostoma e, di conseguenza, ridurre l‘apporto di aria. Date le particolari caratteristiche adesi-

Si raccomanda di evitare l‘uso del nastro durante la radioterapia a causa del rischio di irri-
