1. INTRODUCTION OF FALL SAFE WEARABLE AIRBAG FUNCTION
Fall Safe Wearable Airbag- Jacket is a brand-new revolutionary product. This product is equipped with an
airbag that protects the forehead, shoulder blades, back and chest. It can quickly inflate and deploy the
airbag to protect your head when you are about to fall. By cushioning the impact of falling, the probability
of bodily fractures and/or possible other injuries to the body is reduced.
Its principle is to record and analyze your real-time movement posture through the built-in sensor and
microprocessor and can therefore determine whether you are in the process of falling, and then judge
whether to deploy the airbag.
2. QUICK START
Fall Safe Wearable Airbag is equipped with a rechargeable battery.
2.1. FIRST USE
Before the first use, fully charge the battery.
The charging process takes about 6 to 7 hours.
(Please note: The charging port is within the vest on the right, below the LED buckle)
To locate charging port, pull out strap on the right side of the jacket.
2.2. WIRELESS/CABLE CHARGING
Fall Safe Wearable Airbag adopts wireless charging, make sure the wireless charging base and the wireless
charging sensing area on the belt are placed accurately to ensure product is being charged.
The charging indicator light (both blue LED lights) will blink when the product is being charged and remain
solid when its fully charged. Please see point 5.1. (LED indicator) for information on LED light indicators.
For cable charging, please insert USB-C to the charging port within the right-hand side of the jacket, where
the LED buckle is located. Each LED light (2 blues and 1 yellow) represents 33.3%. If a single yellow LED
light appear, this would imply that the device has 33.3% battery life or lower.

3. HOW TO WEAR FALL SAFE WEARABLE AIRBAG
The jacket needs to be worn on the outermost layer of clothing.
 Wear as an ordinary jacket
 Plug in the LED buckle, blue light appears for 2 seconds (light 1 and 4), then allow 5 seconds for
system check, after which belt is ready for use, provided 5.1.d. does not occur. Please see point
5.1. (LED indicators) for information on LED light indicators.
4. HOW TO REMOVE FALL SAFE WEARBABLE AIRBAG
Before taking off the jacket, open the LED buckle, then after the LED indicator flashes off, the whole set of
security chips will stop working, after which remove the jacket as you would remove any other jacket.

5. SYSTEM SWITCH
5.1. LED INDICATOR
Plug in the LED lock and the electric control system starts self-checking:
a) When device is on and ready to use, lights 1 & 4 (blue LED) will light up at the same time for 2
seconds if LED buckle is fastened.
b) If the battery is low, light 2 (yellow LED) will flash every 2 seconds and will require you to
charge the device.
c) During the charging process, lights 1 & 4 (blue LED) flashes at a frequency of 3 seconds each
time until the battery is fully charged leading to both blue indicators remaining solid.
d) If the internal electronic control system is faulty, lights 1, 2, 3, and 4 will flash every 0.5
seconds simultaneously until the battery is flat.
5.2. RELEASING LED BUCKLE
When releasing the LED lock: lights 1, 2, 3 and 4 flashes 5 times at a frequency of 0.5seconds each time
to indicate the electronic control system has stopped working.
Button 1: Press this button, and the LED light will display as "5.1. a)" above.

6. REPLACING GAS CANNISTERS AND FOLDING
Please note, once Fall Safe Wearable Airbags have been deployed, all used gas cannisters in the left and
right pockets of the pants need to be removed and replaced before the next use. Two gas cannisters (one
set) per inflation.
6.1. HOW TO REMOVE GAS CANNISTER FROM WEARABLE AIRBAG – JACKET
Unzip the pocket located at arm and lift the black flap. Pull out the strap to release the gas cannister

Remove the yellow connector from the head of the gas cannister
Hold the black connector with one hand and unscrew the gas cannister with the other hand by turning it
anti clockwise. If cannister doesn’t twist, use the spanner provided for additional leverage.
Once it has loosened, use your hand to unscrew and detach the gas cannister from the black screw top

After gas cannisters have been detached, slide your hands on the airbag in an upwards motion towards the
black connector to release the remaining air trapped.
6.2. HOW TO REPLACE THE NEW GAS CANNISTER
To install the new gas cannister, locate the black connecter from the side pouch. Insert the gas cannister
into the black connecter and twist the cannister in a clockwise motion whilst holding the connecter firmly.
Ensure the gas cannister is secured tightly to prevent any leakage. Use the spanner provided for additional
leverage if required.
Lastly, connect the yellow connector to the top of the gas cannister by clipping firmly together

Once the new gas cannister has been connected, zip up the internal pouch. Ensure you have changed to
new gas cannisters for the left and right side of the jacket. Once this is achieved, perform a safety check by
placing the device on a flat surface and fasten the LED buckle to make certain no error has occurred during
its diagnostic test of 5 seconds. Please see point 5.1. for LED Indicator definition.
Once product is ready to use, unclip your LED buckle and proceed with wearing the device as explained in
point 3.
7. PRODUCT PARAMETERS

APP COMPATIBLE DEVICES: The system is Android 8.0 and above / IOS 11.1 and above and has smartphone
with Bluetooth 4.0.
(Note: Fall Safe Wearable Airbag itself does not have a call function)
FUNCTION OF APP PRE-INSTALLED: This app works to promptly push the user's fall information (time &
location), check the amount of exercise and monitor the range of activities, etc. (Before using this function,
make sure that the mobile App and the product are successfully connected via Bluetooth)

8. PRODUCT EXCEPTIONS HANDLING
When a Fall Safe Wearable Airbag is properly worn and connected to a power supply, the product will
automatically perform an internal inspection test to check whether all circuit components are working
properly. If there is any failure, your Fall Safe Wearable Airbag will warn you by the LED indicator lights,
with all 4 LED lights continuing to flash rapidly until the batter is flat as described in point 5.1.d.If your Fall
Safe Wearable Airbag has the above situation, please contact our customer service department

9. PRODUCT MAINTENANCE
a) Fall Safe Wearable and the airbag module can be disassembled.
b) The airbag module (including electrical parts, gas generator, airbag, etc.) must be stored in a dry
place away from sunlight.
c) Fall Safe Wearable can be washed as per washing label attached. DO NOT WASH THE AIRBAG
MODULE. To clean the airbag module, wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth.
d) The airbag module (including electrical parts, gas generator, airbag, etc.) must be stored in a dry
place away from sunlight and storage temperature must be between -20℃ ~ + 60℃.
e) Please charge the battery periodically. If no service or recharge operation has been conducted
after 500 hours and or 1 year of functioning from the last use, there might be a possibility that Fall
Safe Wearable Airbag will not work properly.
f) Do not leave Fall Safe Wearable Airbag unattended while charging the battery.
g) Charge only in a dry location with a temperature range of 0℃ ~ + 40℃. Exposure to temperatures
over this range may cause permanent damage to the Product and affect proper functionality.
h) If you find that Fall Safe Wearable Airbag is faulty, do not disassemble it by yourself. Instead,
immediately contact our customer service department for technical support.

10. STATEMENT ON HAZARDOUS SUBSTANACES
The materials and processes used for the Fall Safe Wearable Airbag have passed the EU RoHs certification
and wearing will not cause discomfort. If there is any discomfort, stop using the product immediately and

contact the manufacturer.
11. REUSING
Fall Safe Wearable Airbag can be used repeatedly. When the airbag deploys and the appearance of the airbag
is intact, it can be reused 12 times by replacing the gas generator and refolding the airbag.
