Schieben Sie die Lichtleiter-
verlängerung 3auf das
Elektronikmodul (A).
1) Toleranzen für nicht tolerierte Anziehdrehmomente MA_10 %

Entfernen Sie die
verliergesicherten Schrau-
ben (B) des Magnetven-
tils 4durch Herausdrehen
oder kräftiges Ziehen.

Tauschen Sie die Schrau-
ben (B) gegen die entspre-
chenden Schrauben 2der
Reglerplatte 1aus.
Prüfen Sie am Magnetven-
til 4die richtige Lage:
–der konischen Runddich-
tung (C)
(verjüngende Seite unten)
–der Dichtung (D).
Platzieren Sie ggf. die Dich-
tung (D) in der Nut des
Magnetventils 4.
Positionieren Sie das Mag-
netventil 4auf der Reglerp-
latte 1und stecken Sie die
Schrauben 2durch die
vorgesehenen Bohrungen.

Prüfen Sie an der Reglerp-
latte 1die richtige Lage:
–der konischen Runddich-
tung (E)
(verjüngende Seite unten)
–der Dichtung (F).
Platzieren Sie ggf. die Dich-
tung (F) in der Nut der Reg-
lerplatte 1.
Positionieren Sie die Regler-
platte 1auf der Anschluss-
platte (G) und dem Elektro-
nikmodul (A).

Drehen Sie die Schrau-
ben 2fest.
Halten Sie das zulässige An-
ziehdrehmoment ein
(Tabelle).

Push the fibre optic cable
extension 3onto the elec-
tronics module (A).
1) Tolerances for non-toleranced tightening torques MA_10 %

Remove the captive
screws (B) of the solenoid
valve 4by unscrewing or
pulling hard on them.

Replace the screws (B) with
the corresponding
screws 2of the regulator
plate 1.
Check for correct position
on the solenoid valve 4:
–of the tapered O-seal (C)
(tapered side underneath)
–of the seal (D).
If necessary, place the
seal (D) in the groove of the
solenoid valve 4.
Position the solenoid
valve 4 on the regulator
plate 1and insert the
screws 2through the holes
provided for that purpose.

Check for correct position
on the regulator plate 1:
–of the tapered O-seal (E)
(tapered side underneath)
–of the seal (F).
If necessary, place the
seal (F) in the groove of the
regulator plate 1.
Position the regulator
plate 1on the sub-base (G)
and electronics module (A).

Tighten the screws 2.
Observe the permissible
tightening torque
(Table).
