ASSEMBLY MANUAL
FORCE USA F-MID-S
BEFORE YOU START
Remove all parts from the packaging then separate and count each various component to ensure everything has been correctly
provided.
Follow the instructions and consult both the individual assembly pages and the overall expanded views of the equipment.
Certain parts may arrive pre-assembled from the factory.
It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that all users of this unit have read the owner’s manual and are familiar with the safety
precautions.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Highly recommended for two or more people to assemble the equipment to avoid injury.
Assemble the equipment on a flat level surface.
Consider placing a mat under the equipment to protect your floor.
Wear appropriate footwear and clothing during assembly and use.
Only tighten nuts and bolts by hand until the whole equipment is assembled.
Ensure you correctly orientate each piece before attaching.
Do not allow children and pets to be unsupervised around the assembly or usage of this equipment.
Ensure all parts are in full working order before use.
Only one person should use the machine at any one time.
Do not use the equipment outdoors or around water.
Keep hair, fingers or clothing away from moving parts.
Only use attachments recommended by the manufacturer.
Never operate if any parts are not functioning correctly.
Always correctly stretch and warm up before using the equipment.
Stop immediately if you experience any pain, dizziness or nausea. See a doctor at once.
BEFORE STARTING ANY EXERCISE PROGRAM, CONSULT YOUR DOCTOR. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE OVER THE AGE OF
35 OR HAVE PRE-EXISTING HEALTH PROBLEMS.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Tools required assembling the machine: Adjustable Wrench and Allen Wrench.
NOTE: It is strongly recommended two or more people assemble this machine to avoid possible injury.tighten all nuts
and bolts and the entire machine is assembled.
STEP 1 (See Diagram 1)
Attach the main base frame (4#) onto the front stabilizer(1#), carefully align the holes and secure them with
2pcs M10*70 Carriage bolt(32#), 4pcs φ10 washer(34#) , 2 pcsM10*16 Hex bolt (33#) and 2pcs M10 Aircraft nuts
(35#).

STEP 2 (See Diagram 2)
AAttach the main base frame(4#) to the rear stabilizer(2 #),Carefully align the holes and secure them together
with 2pcs M10*70 Carriage bolt(32#), 1 pc bracket(13#),2pcs Φ10 washer (34#) and 2pcs M10 Aircraft nut (35#).
BAttach the 2pcs wheels (19#) to the bracket and secure them with 2pcs M8*45 Allen bolt (36#),4pcs φ8 washer
(37#) and 2pcs M8 Aircraft nuts (38#).

STEP 3 (See Diagram 3)
Attach the 2pcs long bracket(6#) to the main base frame(4#), and secure them with 3pcs M10*95 Hex bolt
(39#),6pcs φ10 washer (34#) and 3pcs M10 Aircraft nut (35#)

STEP 4 (See Diagram 4)
AAttach the seat pad(14#) onto the seat pad support(9#) and secure them with 2pcsM8*60 Hex bolt (40#) and 2pcs
φ8 washer (37#).
B Attach the seat pad support(9#) to the bracket as the diagram shows and secure them with 1pc M10*100 Hex
bolt(42#),2pcsφ10 washer (34#) and 1 pc M10 Aircraft nut(35#).

STEP 5 (See Diagram 5)
Attach the 2pcs seat pad incline support(10#) to the seat pad support and secure them with 2pcs M10*105 Hex
bolt(43#),4pcsφ10 washer (34#) and 2pcs M10 Aircraft nut(35#).

STEP 6 (See Diagram 6)
ASecure the 2pcs seat pad incline support(10#)together with 1pcM8*100 Hex bolt(44#),2pcs φ8washer (37#),1pc
sleeve(12#) and 1 pc M8 Aircraft nut (38#).
BSelect the desired seat pad height with the lock pin(25#) when exercising.

STEP 7 (See Diagram 7)
Attach the backrest pad support (8#) to the bracket as the diagram shows and secure them with 1pc M10*100 Hex
bolt(42#),2pcs φ10 washer (34#) and 1 pc M10 Aircraft nut (35#).

STEP 8(See Diagram 8)
Attach the 2pcs backrest incline support(7#) to the backrest pad support(8#) and secure them together with 1pc
M12*160 Hex bolt (45#),2pcs φ12 washer (47#) and 1pc M12 Aircraft nut (48#).
Secure the 2pcs backrest incline support(7#) together with 1pcM12*150 Hex bolt (46#),2pcs φ12 washer (47#),1pc
sleeve (5#) and 1pc M12 Aircraft nut(48#).

STEP 9(See Diagram 9)
Place the backrest pad (15#)onto the backrest pad support (8#)and secure them with 4pcs M8*15 Hex bolt(49#) and
4pcs φ8 washer(37#).

STEP 10(See Diagram 10)
Attach the front support(3#) to the main base frame and select the desired height with the Lock pin (24#).
Insert the foam roll tube(11#) into the hole as the diagram shows and push 2pcs foam roll (16#) and 2pcs end cap(31#)
from both ends.
Tighten all nuts and bolts securely and your equipment will now be completely assembled.
