Thank you for selecting the Five Station Home Gym JX-1125N. For your safety
and benefit, read this manual carefully before using the machine. As the
distributor, we are committed to provide you complete customer satisfaction.

require assistance assembling this product, we guarantee you complete
satisfaction through direct assistance. To avoid unnecessary delays, please

IMPORTANT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
This Gym is built for optimum safety. However, certain precautions apply whenever you
operate a piece of exercise equipment. Be sure to read the entire manual before you assemble
or use your Gym. In particular, note the following safety precautions:
1. Keep children and pets away from the Gym at all times. Do not leave children unattended in
the same room with the Gym. The Gym is not a toy and therefore parents and guardians should
be aware of the natural tendency for children to play, leading to situations and behaviour for
which the Gym is not intended.
2. If children are allowed to use the Gym their physical/mental development and above all,
temperament should be taken into account. Constant supervision is therefore needed.
3. Five person at a time should use the Gym.
4. If the user experiences dizziness, nausea, chest pain or any other abnormal symptoms, STOP
the workout at once. Consult a physician immediately. Injuries may occur due to incorrect or
excessive exercise.
5. Position the Gym on a clear leveled surface which is clear of all obstacles as not to restrict
movement whilst exercising. DO NOT use the Gym near water or outdoors.
6. Keep hands away from all moving parts
7. Always wear appropriate clothing when exercising. DO NOT wear robes or other clothing that
could become caught in the Gym. Running or aerobic shoes are also required when using the
Gym.
8. Use the Gym only for its intended use as described in this manual. DO NOT use attachments
not recommended by the manufacturer.
9. Do not place any sharp objects around the Gym.
10.Disabled persons should not use the machine without a qualified person or physician in
attendance.
11.Before using the Gym to exercise, always do stretching exercises to properly warm up.
12.Never use the Gym if it is not functioning properly.
13.This product is intended for H=Domestic Home use only.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Inspect and tighten all parts before using the machine.
2. The machine can be cleaned using a damp cloth and mild non-abrasive detergent. DO NOT
use solvents.
3. Periodically, spray the Guide Rods # 17 with silicon spray or light oil to ensure a smooth
operation.
4. Failure to examine the Gym regularly may affect the safety level of the equipment.
5. Maximum user weight is 140kg.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION
Tools Required for Assembling the Machine: Two Adjustable Wrenches.
NOTE: It is strongly recommended that two or more people assemble this machine to avoid
possible injury.
Step 1 (See Diagram)
A. Insert four Guide Rods (#19) into the holes on the Main Base Frame. Secure each of them with one
M10x25mm Allen Bolt (#114) and one Ø10mm Washer (#125) from bottom.
B. Slide four Round Rubber Bumpers (#60) down to four Guide Rods (#19).

A. Attach Base Frame A (#2) and Base Frame B (#4) to each side of the Main Base Frame (#3), Line up
the holes and secure with two M10x90mm Carriage Bolts (#105), two Ø10mm Washers (#125) and
M10 Aircraft Nuts (#123).
B. Attach Base Frame C (#28), (Attention the direction from the Main Base Frame (#3), Line up the holes
and secure with two M10x90mm Carriage Bolts (#105), two Single Brackets (#45), two Ø10mm
Washers (#125) and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#123).

A. Attach Front Vertical Support (#7) onto Base Frame A (#2), Line up the holes and secure with two
M10x70mm Carriage Bolts (#106), one Bracket (#46), two Ø10mm Washers (#125) and M10 Aircraft
Nuts (#123).
B. Attach the Up Chinning bar support (#15) onto Base Frame (#4) two M10x70mm Carriage Bolts (#106),
one Bracket (#46), two Ø10mm Washers (#125) and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#123)
C. Place the Upper Frame (#1) onto the bracket on the top of the Front Vertical Support (#7), Line up the
holes and secure with two M10x90mm Carriage Bolts (#105), one Bracket (#46), two Ø10mm Washers
(#125) and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#123)
D. Attach the rear of the Upper Frame (#1) to the Up Chinning bar support (#15), Line up the holes and
secure with two M10x70mm Carriage Bolts (#106), one Bracket (#46), two Ø10mm Washers (#125)
and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#123)

A. Place Power Tower Main Support (#23) onto the rear side of the Main Support (#3), line up the holes
and secure with two M10x70mm Carriage Bolts (#106), one Bracket (#46), two Ø10mm Washers (#125)
and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#123)

A. Attach Leg Press Support (#31) to the Bracket on the top of the Base Frame C (#28), secure with two
M10x16mm Allen bolts (#115), two Bushings (#63) and two Ø10mm Washers (125).
B. Attach Foot Leg Press Adjustable Tube (#32) to the bracket on the back of the Foot Plate (#33), secure
with one M10x70mm Axle Bolt (#110), two Ø10mm Washers (#125) and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#123).
C. Insert leg plate assembling into the tube on the top of the Leg Press Support (#31), select desired
position and secure with Lock Knob (#72).
D. Place the Backrest Support Frame (#29) onto the Base Frame (#28), Align up the holes and secure
with two M10x70mm Carriage Bolts (#106), one Bracket (#46), two Ø10mm Washers (#125) and M10
Aircraft Nuts (#123).
E. Place the Side Seat Support Frame (#30) onto the mid of the Base Frame C (28), Line of the holes and
secure with two M10x70mm Carriage Bolts (#106), one Bracket (#46), two Ø10mm Washers (#125)
and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#123).
F. Attach another side of the Seat Support Frame (#30) to the Backrest Support Frame (29), Line of the
holes and secure with two M10x70mm Carriage Bolts (#106), one Bracket (#46), two Ø10mm Washers
(#125) and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#123).

Step 6 (See diagram 6)
A. Slide two sets (each set 14pcs )Weight Stacks (#135) down to Guide Rods (#19) with the slot facing
down and out side. Insert the Weight Select Rod (#13) into the center hole of the each set of the
Weight Stack (#135).
B. Attach the ring of the Weights Select Pin (#65) to top of each Weight Select Rod (#13), Select desired
weight and insert the Weight Select Pin (#65) into the slot of the Weight Stack (#135).
C. Slide Weight Stem (#134) down to each set of the Guide Rod (#19).

A. Place Left & Right Guide Rod Holder ( #6) onto the top of the Guide Rods (#19), Line up the holes
and secure each of them with two M10x25mm Allen Bolts (#114) and Ø10mm Washers (#125).
B. Attach the Left & Right Guide Rod Holder ( #6) to each side of the Upper Frame (#1), Align up the
holes and secure with two M10x70mm Carriage Bolts (#106), two Ø10mm Washers (#125) and M10
Aircraft Nuts (#123).
C. Attach the Power Tower Main Support (#23) to the Left Guide Rod Holder ( #6 ), Align up the holes and
secure with two M10x70mm Carriage Bolts (#106), two Single Hole Bracket (#45), Ø10mm Washers
(#125) and M10 Aircraft Nuts (#123)

A. Attach the Seat Support Frame (#5) to the Front Vertical Support (#7), Line up the holes and secure
with two M10x90mm Carriage Bolts (#105), one Bracket (#12), two Ø10mm Washers (#125) and M10
Aircraft Nuts (#123).
B. Attach the Leg Developer into the U- shaped bracket on the top of the Seat Support Frame (#5), secure
with one Ø16x57/M10mm Alex (#130), two M10x16mm Allen Bolts (#115) and Ø10mm Washers
(#125).
C. Insert the Arm Curl Stand (#50) into the up opening of the Seat Support Frame (#5), Select desired
height and secure with one Lock Knob (#72).

A. Attach Left & Right Dip Arm (#24 & #25) to each side of the Power Tower Main Support (#23), Line up
the holes and secure with two M10x90mm Carriage Bolts (#105), two Ø10mm Washers (#125) and
M10 Aircraft Nuts (#123).

A. Attach the Upper Chinning Bar (#8) into the top opening of the Chinning Bar Support Frame (#15),
Secure with one M10x85mm Allen Bolt (#108).
B. Attach the Main Sit up Support Frame (#26) to the bracket on the back of the Backrest Support Frame
(#26), Secure with two M10x16mm Allen Bolts and Ø10mm Washer (#125). Attach the Foldable Leg
(#27) into the Bracket of the Main Sit up Support Frame (#26), Line up the upper hole and secure with
one M10x75mm Allen Bolt (#109) two Ø10mm Washers (#125) and one of the M10 Aircraft Nut (123).
Line up the lower hole and locked with one Ø10x100mm L-shaped Lock Pin (#84).

A. Attach the Butterfly Base Support (#38) to the Upper Frame (#1), line up the hole and secure with Axle
(#128), two M10x16mm Allen Bolts and Ø10mm Washers (#125). Place two Ø50x1.5mm End Caps
(#85) to each side of the Butterfly Base Support (#38).
B. Attach Right Butterfly Base (#36) into the Hole on the Front Press Base (#38) with one Butterfly Axle
Cover, one Ø29xØ20x81mm Bushing (86), Secure with one Lock Cap (#131) one M6x33mm Allen Bolt
(#121) and one M6 Aircraft Nut (#88).
C. Attach Right Butterfly Arm to the Right Butterfly Base (#36), secure with one M8x20mm Allen Bolt, one
Ø6mm Washer (#89) and one M6 Aircraft Nut (#88). Select desired position and lock the Right Butterfly
Arm to the hole on Right Butterfly Base (#36) with M18 Lock Knob (#87).
D. Repeat step B C to install Left Butterfly Base (#37) and Left Butterfly Arm (#9).

A. Attach Left & Right Side Handle (#34 & 35) to each side of the Side Seat Support Frame (#30), Align
up the holes and secure with two M10x70mm Allen Bolts (#106), two Ø10mm Washers (#125) and
M10 Aircraft Nuts (#123), Place Seat Pad (55) onto the Side Seat Support Frame (#30), Align up the
holes and secure with two M8x65mm Allen Bolts (#117) and Ø8mm Washers (#126)。
B. Attach Backrest Pad (#56) to the Backrest Pad Support (#29), Secure with two M8x65mm Allen Bolts
(#117) and Ø8mm Washers (#126).
