FOREO For You mobi e app offers instructions on how to use and take care of your
LUNA™ 4. Use it to contro settings, access videoguided routines, and find your device
in case you’ve misp aced it.

Set your preferences for C eansing and Massage modes, and device wi remember them

CLEANSING MODE SETTINGS
Adjust the c eansing duration up to 240s and T-Sonic™ pu sations for each of the
c eansing modes:
Gentle Cleansing: ow- eve , 1-5 T-Sonic™ pu sation intensities
Regular Cleansing: mid- eve , 6-10 T-Sonic™ pu sation intensities
Deep Cleansing: high- eve , 11-16 T-Sonic™ pu sation intensities
MASSAGE MODE SETTINGS
Choose between 5 massage routines spanning various beneficia effects and save 3
direct y onto your device for manua use. Your massages can ast up to 15 minutes, 
and you ' re free to adjust the T-Sonic™ intensity eve s for each mode;

Start C eansing and Start Massage feature the Mirror mode, which  a ows you to use
your mobi e device as a mirror whi e performing the  c eansing or massage treatments.

HOW TO USE LUNA™ 4
CLEANSING MODE
1. Remove all makeup, dampen skin and then apply FOREO
cleanser to your face.
2. Press power button to activate Cleansing mode and easily
change between Gentle and Deep Cleansing modes by
pressing the or buttons.
3. Glide LUNA™ 4’s touchpoints in circular motions over your
face until the built-in timer turns the device off.
4. Rinse and pat your face dry
FIRMING MASSAGE MODE
1. Apply FOREO serum to clean, dry skin.
2. Press power button to turn on device, and quickly double
press it to activate Firming Massage mode. Easily change
between your saved massage modes by pressing the
or buttons.
3. Relax your face and glide LUNA™ 4’s firming massage
surface in outward motions following the shape of your face
until the built-in timer turns the device off.
4. Continue with your usual skincare routine.
NOTE: To keep your device in optimal condition, avoid using clay-based, silicone-based or grainy cleansers,
exfoliators, or scrubs, as they may damage LUNA™ 4’s soft silicone touchpoints. If the long silicone bristles become
tangled, gently brush them in any direction to reset them to their normal position.
TRAVEL LOCK
Should you wish to lock your device for travel convenience, simply hold down the and buttons
together for 3 seconds. To unlock it, follow the same procedure.
CLEANING YOUR LUNA™ 4
Always clean LUNA™ 4 thoroughly after use. Wash the brush surface with water and soap, then rinse with warm
water. Pat dry with a lint-free cloth or towel. After use, we recommend spraying the device with FOREO Silicone
Cleaning Spray and rinsing with warm water for optimal results.
NOTE: Never use cleaning products containing alcohol, petrol, or acetone, as they may irritate the skin and damage
the silicone.

If you have a skin condition or any medical concerns, please consult a dermatologist before use.
Cleansing with LUNA™ 4 should be comfortable – if you experience discomfort, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
Exercise particular care when cleansing the under-eye regions and do not bring the device into contact with the eyelids or eyes themselves.
For reasons of hygiene, we do not recommend sharing your LUNA™ 4 with anyone else.
Avoid leaving your LUNA™ 4 in direct sunlight and never expose it to extreme heat or boiling water.
Close supervision is necessary when this device is used by, on, or near children and those with reduced physical and mental abilities.
Discontinue use if this product appears damaged in any way. This product contains no serviceable parts.
Given the effi ciency of the FOREO cleansing routine, we recommend that you do not use LUNA™ 4 for more than 3 minutes at a time.

TROUBLESHOOTING
PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN IN THE EVENT OF CHANGES IN THE PERFORMANCE OF LUNA™ 4.
If L U NA™ 4 is no t ac t i v a t e d wh en p ressin g th e cen t er butt on :
Battery is dead, recharge using USB charging cable for up to 2 hours until fully charged, and then restart your
device by holding down the power button.
If L U NA™ 4 canno t b e s w i t c h e d o ff an d/ or in t er f ace butt ons d o no t res p on d:
Microprocessor is temporarily malfunctioning. Press and hold power button to restart the device.
If L U NA™ 4 w on ’t s y nc t o th e F O RE O a pp:
Ensure that your device is fully charged and that your Bluetooth is turned on.
Switch your Bluetooth off and then on again to try reconnecting.
Close the FOREO app and then reopen it to start the process over.
Delete and reinstall the application - perhaps the application simply needs to be updated.
After deleting and reinstalling the application, make sure to restart your phone.
Delete your phone's cookies and cache memory.
Ensure that your mobile's operating system has been updated to the latest version.

2-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
FOREO warrant thi device for a period of TWO (2) YEARS (except in countrie where national law require longer
minimum guarantee) after the original date of purcha e again t defect due to faulty workman hip or material
ari ing from normal u e of the device. The warranty cover working part that affect the function of the device. It
doe NOT cover co metic deterioration cau ed by fair wear and tear, or damage cau ed by accident, mi u e, or
neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or it acce orie ) will void the warranty.
If you di cover a defect and notify FOREO during the warranty period, FOREO will, at it di cretion, replace the
device free of charge. Claim under warranty mu t be upported by rea onable evidence that the date of the claim
i within the warranty period. To validate your warranty, plea e keep your original purcha e receipt together with
the e warranty condition for the duration of the warranty period.
To claim your warranty, you mu t log in to your account at www.foreo.com and elect the option to make a warranty

BATTERY REMOVAL
CAUTION: Thi proce i not rever ible. Opening the device will void it warranty. Thi action mu t only be
undertaken when the device i ready to be di po ed of.
Becau e thi device contain a lithium-ion battery, the battery mu t be removed before di po al and hould not be
thrown away with hou ehold wa te. To remove the battery, open the inner pla tic hell after removing ilicone outer
layer and remove the battery to be di po ed of in accordance with your local environmental regulation . Wear

Press the power button on your LUNA ™ 4 device to turn it on, and press it again to turn off the device. After completing a pre set routine,
the device will turn off automatically.

MY DEVICE IS NOT ACTIVATED WHEN P RESSING THE P OWER BUTTON ?
The battery is dead. Recharge using a USB charging cable until fully charged and then restart your device by holding down
the power button.

HOW DO I CHARGE MY LUNA ™ 4?
LUNA ™ 4 is USB rechargeable, with a 2 hour charge delivering up to 600 uses ( based on a 1 minute treatment time per
use ) . The USB charging cable is provided with the device.

6. WHY DOESN’T MY CHARGER GO ALL THE WAY IN?
The chargi g cable for your LUNA™ 4 is ot supposed to go all the way i to the device. It is completely ormal for it to stick
out a bit from the device.
7. MY CHARGE DIDN’T LAST 600 USES.
600 uses refer to 600 mi utes, so the duratio of the charge depe ds o how ofte a d for how lo g the device is used.
8. IS THE CHARGING POINT ON LUNA™ 4 WATERPROOF?
Yes, the chargi g poi t is waterproof which mea s you ca safely use the device i the shower. Make sure the device is
completely dry before chargi g a d do ot use it while chargi g. O ce you are do e usi g your device, store it i a dry area.

5. HOW HARD SHOULD I PRESS WHEN I MOVE MY LUNA™ 4?
There is no need to use any pressure when using LUNA 4. Gently cleanse your face using circular movements on the
cheeks and forehead, gliding up and down the nose.
6. CAN I USE FOREO LUNA™ 4 AROUND THE EYE AREA?
Yes, you can use your LUNA 4 around the eye area. When doing so, please exercise particular care in the undereye
regions and do not bring the device into contact with the eyelids or eyes themselves.
7. WHAT KIND OF FACIAL CLEANSER CAN I USE?
You can use the cleanser of your preference as long as it does not contain ingredients that can damage the silicone of your
device. Please avoid using clay-based, silicone-based or grainy cleansers, exfoliators, or scrubs, as they may damage the
device's soft silicone touchpoints. For best results, we recommend using FOREO Micro-Foam Cleanser.
8. CAN I USE LUNA™ 4 IF I HAVE SKIN CONDITIONS SUCH AS ECZEMA OR IF I HAVE HAD A COSMETIC
PROCEDURE SUCH AS BOTOX?
We suggest that anyone who suffers from a serious skin condition or has undergone a cosmetic procedure consults their
physician or skincare professional before using the device.
9. CAN I USE MY LUNA™ 4 DURING PREGNANCY?
Yes, LUNA 4 is safe to use while pregnant or breastfeeding.

1. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE CLEANSING MODES?
Cleansing modes on LUNA 4 allow you to adjust the cleanse to your skin’s more specific requirements - season to
season, day to day, or even skin area to skin area. Gentle cleansing offers a range of T-Sonic pulsations from 1-5, Regular
6-10, and Deep Cleansing from 11-16.

Treatments available in the FOREO For You App are video-guided routines targeting specific parts of the face. Massage
modes are manual massage routines that you can use on any part of your face, without the App.

LUNA 4 is designed with 16 different cleansing intensities for your selection, you need to connect your device to the
FOREO app via B luetooth to adjust and select your preferred user setting.
