• Read all instructions before using the appliance and retain for reference.
• This appliance is designed for consumer use: follow directions and use only as
described.
• Once fully assembled, inspect to ensure all hardware parts such as bolts, nuts and
washers are positioned correctly and tightened securely.
• Ensure the safety chain guard that protects the moving parts of this bike is in a safe
and good order.
• Always inspect the seat post, seat slider, pedals and handlebar to ensure they are
in a safe and stable position before using the bike.
• It is recommended to lubricate all moving parts every month.
• Do not wear loose clothing while riding.
• Do not remove feet from the pedals while they are in motion. Wear running shoes
or other footwear suitable for exercise.
• Dry after each use to remove any moisture. Wipe regularly with a mild, non-
abrasive cleaner and water solution. Never use a petroleum-based solvent to avoid
damaging the finish.
• Keep children away from the bike while it is in use. Do not allow children to use the
bike. This bike is designed for adults, not children.
• Do not dismount the bike until the pedals have come to a complete stop.
• Before starting any exercise program, always consult your physician first. They can
help establish the exercise frequency, time and intensity appropriate for your
particular age and condition.
• If you experience any pain or tightness in your chest, an irregular heartbeat,
shortness of breath, feel faint or have any discomfort while exercising, stop and
contact your physician before continuing.
• Do not place fingers or any other objects into moving parts of the exercise
equipment.
• After exercising, turn the Te n s i o n a d j u s t m e n t knob to increase tension so the pedals
will not rotate freely and possibly hurt someone while the bike is not in use.
• Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 120KG.
• Operating temperature: 0~40°C
• Storage temperature: -10~60°C

Step 1
1. Attach the Front Stabiliser (1) to the Main Frame (81) using Screw (9), Spring Washer
(10) and Washer (11).
2. Attach the Rear Stabiliser (12) to the Main Frame (81) using the Screw (9), Spring
Washer (10) and Washer (11).
3. Screw the Pedal (No. 90L/R) into the Crank (No. 39L/R) securely with Spanner (B).
4. Tighten the Nylon nut (98 L/R) with Spanner (C)
ASSEMBLY

Step 2
1. Pass the Trunk line (88) through the Handlebar post (74). Then attach the
Handlebar post (74) to the Handlebar (78) and tighten with the Screw (76), Spring
Washer (10) and Washer (11).
2. Rotate counter-clockwise and pull the Knob (13) out.
3. Insert the Handlebar Post (74) and Trunk Line (88) into the Main Frame (81). Adjust
to the desired position and secure with the Knob (13).
4. Connect the Trunk Line (88) to the Inductor (89).

Step 3
1. Rotate counter-clockwise and pull the Knob (13) out.
2. Adjust the Seat Post (31) to the desired position and secure with the Knob (13).
3. Attach the Seat Slider (30) to the Seat Post (31), tighten and secure with the
Washer (33) and the Knob (34).

Step 4
1. Remove the Battery Cover (95) from the Display (87) and then place x2 Batteries
(96) into the Display (87). Ensure to align the “+” and “-” battery indicators correctly.
2. Replace the Battery Cover (95) on the Display (87).

Functions
Mode/Reset
• Press the Display button to cycle through operations (see below).
• Press and hold the Display button for 3 seconds to reset time, distance and
calories.
Operations
1. SCAN: Display will rotate through the following functions: Time, Speed, Distance,
Calories and Pulse. Each will display for 6 seconds.
2. TIME (TMR): Tracks the total time of the exercise session.
3. SPEED (SPD): Displays current speed.
4. DISTANCE (DST): Tracks the distance of the exercise session.
5. CALORIES (CAL): Tracks the total calories of the exercise session.
6. PULSE RATE: Press MODE button until “PULSE” appears on the Display. Before
measuring your heart rate, place both palms on the contact pads and the Display
will show you current heart rate in beats per minute (BPM) after 3~4 seconds.
IMPORTANT: The “Pulse Rate” feature should not used as the basis for any medical
treatment, instead consult with your physician
The Display will turn off automatically after 4 minutes. It can be turned on again by moving
the wheel or pressing any button.
OPERATION
Note:
During heart rate measurement, the value displayed may be higher than your actual
heart rate during the first 2~3 seconds before returning to the correct level.
Try to ensure that the box fits appropriately.

Balance
• To a d j u s t t h e b a l a n c e o f t h e b i k e , t h e Fo o t P a d s (3) can be turned counter-
clockwise.
ADJUSTMENTS

Handlebars
• The handlebars can be adjusted according to your height.
• Rotate counter-clockwise and pull the Handlebar Adjustment Knob out.
• The handlebar post can now be adjusted up and down (figure a).
• Rotate the Handlebar Adjustment Knob clockwise and align the handlebar post
hole (figure b).

Seat
The seating position can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally.
• To a d j u s t , rotate counter-clockwise and pull the Seat Adjustment Knob (1) (vertical)
or Seat Slider Adjustment Knob (2) (horizontal) out. The seat can now be adjusted
(figure a).
• Tighten the knob clockwise and align the Seat post hole (figure b).

Resistance and Braking
• The tension can be adjusted by rotating the Tension Adjustment Knob (figure a).
• The emergency brake handle above can be depressed during exercise to stop then
bike immediately.
Pedal Straps
• Press the buckle and pull the strap up to loosen (figure a) or down to tighten
(figure b).

Transporting
• Ensure that the Handlebar is properly secured.
• Stand directly in front of the Handlebars.
• Grasp each side of the handlebar, place one foot on the front stabiliser and tilt the
bike towards you until the transport wheels touch the ground.
