I. Align the seat plate with handle
(#4) with the pre-drilled holes on
the bottom of the seat (#5).
II. Insert 4 screws (#A) through the
holes of the seat plate with handle
(#4) and secure those screws
using theAllen wrench (#E) to
lock them with the seat (#5).
III. Align the backrest (#6) with the
pre-drilled holes on the bottom of
the seat (#5).
IV. Insert 4 screws (#B) through the
bottom of the backrest (#6) using
the Allen wrench (#E) to lock them
with the seat (#5).
Insert the 5 casters (#1) into the 5-star base
(#2). Then insert the gas lift cylinder (#3) into
the 5-star base (#2).
Turn right (clockwise) to tighten

I. Align the right armrest
(#7R) with the pre-drilled
holes on the bottom of the
seat (#5).
II. Prepare 3 screw
assemblies by inserting
the flat washer (#D) onto
the screw (#C).
III. Insert the screw
assemblies through the
pre-drilled holes on the
bottom of the right
armrest (#7R) and secure
those screws using the
Allen wrench (#E) to lock
them with the seat (#5).
IV. Repeat the process
above to assemble the
left armrest (#7L) onto the
seat (#5).
I. Carefully place the assembled
seat plate with handle (#4) onto
the assembled gas lift cylinder
(#3).
II. Make sure the chair is rested
on a flat surface. Check that all
parts are secured, the chair is
stable and the up/down lift is
working properly.
Note: Right and left are determined by standing
behind the chair in its upright position.
