resistance meter.Beforeyou usethisinstrumentforthefirsttime,inorder
toavoidpossibleelectricshockorpersonalinjury,pleasebe sure toread
and strictly observe the safety rulesand precautions listed inthis manual..
Inanycase,theuseofthis instrument should pay special attentionto
safety.
uThe testerisconformingtoIEC61010 on design,productionand test.
uUnderanycircumstance, itshallpayspecialattention onsafetyinuse
of thistester.
uPleasedon’tusehigh-frequencysignalgeneratorslikemobilephoneand
etc.toavoiderror during measuring.
uPay attentiontowords and symbolsstick on theTester.
uItshall makesurethattester andaccessoriesareingoodconditionbefore
use; it can beused onlywhen thereisno damaged, nakedor broken partin
testingwiresorinsulationlayer.
uDuring measurement,it is forbidden totouchbare conductors and circuit
under measurement.
uConfirmthatconnectorplugofleadhasbeeninsertedinthetester
interface closely.
uPlease don’timpose over 600VA.C. or D.C. voltageonthepart between

uDuring usage of tester,please stopusingitwhen exposed metal is caused
by broken enclosure or testingwires.

uForreplacing battery, pleaseconfirmtestingwirehasmovedapart the
meter, andFUNCTION SWITCHrotaryswitchisin “OFF”position.

uWhen replacing the batterywith the meter, makesure thatthetest line
has been removedfromthe meter andthe meter is turnedoff.

remove thetest line of themeterand then collectthe test line.
II. Introduction
Digitalinsulation resistancemeter alsoknown as megohmmeter, high
voltageinsulationresistancetester,etc.,fortheinsulationresistance
test.TheinstrumenthasalargeLCDscreengray backlitdisplay,datastorage,
dataaccess,alarm,automatic shutdownandotherfunctions.At thesametime,
it alsohas the functionofmeasuring AC voltage absorption ratio and
polarization index of DC voltage. Themachine is beautifuland upscale,has

VII.Operation Method
1Power On/Off
PressthePOWERbuttontoturnthe switchonandoff.Afterthepower
is turned on, “APO”isdisplayed inthelower corner.When itis notin
operation,itwillautomatically shut down after 15minutes.
2Battery Voltage Check
Afterpowering on, if the LCD showsalow batteryvoltage sign “”,
it indicatesthatthebatteryis runninglow.Pleasechargein time.
