
Installation Instructions
1. Install finial by screwing art (A) into art (B) (Fig. 1).

1. Use a drill to make two holes in the desired surface,
2. Place the white screw anchors into the drill holes, lace the lam in line with the holes and
screw down with the rovided screws.
Note: There are s ecific ty es of screws for s ecific surfaces. If unsure of the a ro riate ty e of
screw to use on your desired surface lease consult a rofessional.

NOTE: For best results locate your solar lam facing the south.
1. Remove the silver back bracket by removing the 2 screw ca s on the front face of the
wall mount.
2. Screw the silver bracket onto the desired surface.
3. Place lam onto bracket and re lace 2 wall mount screw ca s.

NOTE: If you are re lacing an existing gas/electric ost light, you must consult a certified
technician to cancel them before installation.
1. Position Part (D) on to of the existing 3” ost and tighten it using the screws rovided.
Replacing the Batteries
(After several years of use, the battery may need re lacing).
1. Unscrew the two screw ca s and detach art (B) from art (C). Make sure the ON/OFF
switch is in the OFF(O) osition.
2. Unscrew the battery com artment screw, (Fig. 2) located on the silver reflector and
remove the com artment door.
3. Uncli the connector and remove the old battery. Make sure the new battery is high
quality 3.2V/1,500mAh Lithium-ion Rechargeable battery with connector.
4. Cli on new battery and install into the battery com artment. Screw back battery
com artment screw.
5. Reattach art (B) to art (C) and secure with the 2 screw ca s.
WARNING: Do not dis ose of Li-Ion battery in the regular trash, munici al waste stream or by fire as
batteries may leak or ex lode. Do not o en, short circuit, or mutilate batteries as injury may occur.
Preserve our environment by recycling Li-Ion batteries or dis osing of them in accordance with local,
State and federal regulations. Do not mix old and new batteries.
