This manual contains information for basic usage of the GENTLE
ELECTRIC bike. Users must be cautious, identify and avoid hazards that
may be encountered while using the GENTLE ELECTRIC bike. By using the
GENTLE ELECTRIC bike, you fully accept and assume responsibility for all
inherent risk associated with the use of this product.

SAFETY!

1. This product is designed for adults use, age 18+ and it is not recommended for minors. Load
capacity – one person,please do not carry two people at once. Rear-mounted luggage carrier is
designed for a maximum load of 25 kg.
2. Always inspect the electric bike before use. Correct maintenance inspections may decrease
the risk of accidents.
3. Please wear a safety helmet and other protective gear when riding the electric bike. Use an
approved bicycle helmet properly fitted, with a chin strap that protects your chin and the back of
the head. Local laws and regulations may require riders of two-wheeled vehicles to wear a
helmet and other protective gear. Never ride the electric bike barefoot or wearing sandals or high
heels.
4. You must not ride the bike on the traffic lanes or on unsafe roads and remember to follow local
rules and regulations when riding your bike.
5. Please practice riding your bike on large areas and ride it after you have acquired bike-
handling techniques; avoid being a traffic hazard.
6. Make no dangerous movements while riding and avoid using just one hand on the handlebar.
Keep your feet on the pedals of the electric bike.
7. Avoid riding the electric bike on the stairs because it could tip over, causing injury to the driver
and / or cause damage to the electric bike.
8. The maximum speed is 25 km / h. For your safety, please adjust your speed to road
conditions. Try to avoid using the product at night, and if necessary, ride your bike as slow as
possible and turn on the headlights.
9. Do not use electric bike if the outside temperature is lower than 0o C.
10. Reduce your speed in bad weather conditions.
11. Do not ride the electric bike on slippery or icy roads.
12. Adjust the handlebars and seat according to your height to ensure your safety.
13. To avoid damaging the electrical parts of the vehicle, please do not r immerse this product
in water and do not wash with running water under pressure.
14. To provide adequate product protection, please do not drive the electric bike on a bad
weather, such as rain and strong wind.
15. Do not ride the GENTLE ELECTRIC bike after consuming alcohol.

FITTING AND ADJUSTING
1. Handlebar
To adjust the handlebars you need to loosen the 3 screws located on the handlebar (see
photo), then place the handlebar in the position that ensures optimum comfort and finally to
tighten the screws.

2. Saddle
In order to adjust the fore/aft position of the seat, you need to loosen the screw under the
saddle, then place the saddle so that it fits you perfectly and finally to o tighten the screw
(see photo).
To adjust the saddle height you needed to open the clamp under the saddle, then adjust
the saddle at your desired position, and finally to close the clamp. (See photo).

ELECTRIC BIKE ADJUSTMENTS
To activate the headlight and the digital display light (item 14) of the "Digital Display
Features", you need to push and hold the Up Button for 2 seconds.
To change the unit of measure from Km to Miles or vice versa, or reset the time / distance
to 0, you need to push and hold the Up and Down button for 4 seconds and as a result, the
display starts to flash intermittently. At this point you can switch
the distance measurements from miles to kilometres, or reset the time / distance to 0.

BATTERY AND CHARGER
Each GENTLE ELECTRIC bike is equipped with a lithium-ion battery and a special smart
charger. These accessories that come with each product are assigned a unique serial number,
please do not use chargers from other brands. If the product, battery or charger will be damaged
due to the use of other brands accessories, our company shall not be held responsible.

1. Battery
Please charge the battery fully before first use of the GENTLE ELECTRIC bike. For future
use, the battery can be charged at any time.
To extend the life of your battery, we recommend you to:
ü Make sure the tires are inflated every time you ride.
ü Make sure the chain of the electric bike is properly tensioned;
ü Balance the load on the bike and distribute weight evenly.
Caution: Do not use batteries from other brands, they will not work with this electric bike.
GENTLE ELECTRIC
To extend the life of your battery, please charge it fully at least once every three months,
even if you do not use the electric bike.
Water immersion, collisions, and other abnormal factors will lead to battery damage,
which is not covered under warranty.
2. Charger
The charging time is approximately 6 hours

3. Charging process
1. Open the silicone safety socket protector situated on electric bike battery, insert the
charger plug into the charging jack, as shown in the figure.

2. Plug the charger plug in the charger point.
3. The electric bike battery can be removed and charged separately. (As shown in the
picture below).
Note: While charging, the light indicator of the charger is red, when it turns green, the battery is
fully charged and you can stop charging.

MAINTENANCE
1. Lubrication
Every six months, please add a small amount of grease or lubricants. Please inspect your
electric bike monthly, to see if the screws are loosened.
2. Storage and maintenance
Do not expose the electric bike to direct sunlight and avoid exposing the product to wet
conditions for too long. Please keep the electric bike clean and dry.
Clean the bike using a soft cloth and mild soap.
Before each use, check if the electric bike has the tires inflated, according to the
correct PSI indicated on the sidewall of the tire.

your dealer or distributor.
