Istruzioni di montaggio
Fig. 1. Aprire la confezione e assemblare la sedia come indicato in gura. Fissare con viti e bulloni.
Fig. 2. Inserire la bacinella wc nel verso indicato dalla freccia.
Fig. 3. Dopo l’utilizzo coprire con l’apposito cuscino.
Sicurezza e manutenzione
1. Prima dell’uso, vericare che tutte le viti siano serrate e che il telaio principale sia stabile. La portata massima è di 100 kg.
2. Pulire e sterilizzare regolarmente. Riporre in un locale ventilato.
E’ necessario segnalare qualsiasi incidente grave vericatosi in relazione al dispositivo medico da noi fornito al fabbricante e all’autorità competente dello Stato
membro in cui si ha sede.

Safety and maintenance
1. Before use, please check all the screws are tighten and the main frame is stable. The maximum load weight is 100 kg.
2. Cleaned and sterilization regularly placed in ventilation place.

Istruzioni di montaggio
1. Aprire la confezione e inserire i braccioli e i poggiapiedi e lo schienale sul corpo principale del telaio. Fissare lo schienale con il bullone.
2. Regolare l’altezza del poggiapiedi tramite la vite in base alle necessità dell’utente e quindi serrare la vite.
3. Prima dell’uso, premere verso il basso il freno delle ruote. Ruotare il poggiapiedi no a quando il poggiapiedi non si blocca.
Sicurezza e manutenzione
1. Prima dell’uso, vericare che tutte le viti siano serrate e che il telaio principale sia stabile. La portata massima è di 100 kg.
2. Pulire e sterilizzare regolarmente. Riporre in un locale ventilato.

Assembly instructions
1. Open the package and insert the armrests and footrests and the backrest on the main body of the frame. Fasten the backrest with the bolt.
2. Adjust the height of the footrest by the screw according to the user’s need and then tighten the screw.
3. Befonl use please push down the brake of the wheels, rotate the footrest as Fig. 3 untlll the footrest ios locked.
