AVVERTENZA

appoggiarsi all’indietro sulla sedia a rotelle.
4. Durante l’uso della sedia a rotelle, si raccomanda di non inclinarla su un lato e di non

5. È severamente vietato usare i freni durante la marcia, se non c’è un accompagnatore; in
questo caso, è possibile afferrare l’anello corrimano e frenare gradualmente.
6. È severamente vietato stare in piedi sui poggiapiedi, perché la sedia a rotelle potrebbe
ribaltarsi.
7. È severamente vietato modicare la sedia a rotelle senza il consenso del tecnico. In caso
di incidente, la società costruttrice non sarà in alcun modo responsabile.

Questa sedia a rotelle manuale è pensata per essere

2. Istruzioni di installazione
2.1 Installazione e messa in funzione della sedia a rotelle
1. L’installazione iniziale di tutte le parti deve essere effettuata dal personale tecnico appro-
vato dalla società costruttrice.
2. In generale, le sedie a rotelle sono installate piegate e imballate all’uscita dalla fabbrica e
i poggiapiedi sono messi separatamente. Elenco delle parti e pezzi di ricambio
3. Di seguito vengono descritti i due semplici passaggi per per la preparazione all’uso della
sedia a rotelle.
Passaggio 1: apertura
Afferrare entrambe le impugnature con le mani, in modo da separare leggermente il lato si-
nistro e destro del telaio. Premendo e ssando in posizione i due lati del sedile con le mani,
la sedia a rotelle si apre. (come illustrato nella Figura 1)
Nota: quando si apre la sedia a rotelle, non tirare con forza il lato sinistro e destro del telaio
per non danneggiare le varie parti. Quando si preme il cuscino del sedile verso il basso,
tenere le dita lontane dal tubo del sedile per evitare il rischio di rimanere impigliati.

Passaggio 2: quando si installa l’asta poggiagambe mobile, per prima cosa allineare il foro
di posizionamento sull’asta poggiagambe mobile e la staffa inferiore sul telaio, abbassare il
perno sso, ssare l’asta poggiagambe mobile e ruotarla leggermente dall’esterno all’interno
per raggiungere la posizione di blocco della molla di ssaggio. (Figura 2)
2.2 Uso della sedia a rotelle
1. Guida autonoma della sedia a rotelle
L’utente deve sedersi in modo stabile sulla sedia a rotelle e afferrare l’anello corrimano
delle ruote posteriori destra e sinistra. Spingere con entrambe le mani in avanti allo stes-
so tempo per fare avanzare la sedia a rotelle, quindi rilasciare le mani. Ripetere questi
passaggi quando la velocità della sedia a rotelle rallenta e deve essere spinta di nuovo.

2. Uso del freno
Quando occorre fermare la sedia a rotelle, l’utente deve afferrare le maniglie del freno
sinistro e destro con entrambe le mani, quindi deve spingere contemporaneamente le
maniglie del freno in posizione di autobloccaggio del freno. In questo modo, la ruota po-
steriore smette completamente di ruotare e la sedia a rotella raggiunge lo stato di riposo
al termine del processo di frenata. (come illustrato nella Figura 4)
3 Utilizzo della sedia a rotelle in presenza di ostacoli
Per superare degli ostacoli, l’accompagnatore deve afferrare le impugnature con entram-
be le mani, abbassare il tubo inferiore posteriore della sedia a rotelle premendo con il
piede e inclinare la sedia a rotelle verso la parte posteriore, in modo che la ruota anteriore
si sollevi e superi l’ostacolo. (come illustrato nella Figura 5)

4. Smontaggio del bracciolo
Premere con una mano sul dispositivo di ssaggio del bracciolo per rimuoverlo dalla staf-
fa anteriore del tubo del sedile e capovolgerlo; per rimontare il bracciolo, assicurarsi che
il dispositivo di ssaggio sia posizionato correttamente sulla staffa anteriore del tubo del
sedile, quindi spingere delicatamente il dispositivo di ssaggio verso il basso dopo averlo
bloccato in posizione. (Figura 6)
5. Regolazione del poggiapiedi.
Per prima cosa, allentare il dado di bloccaggio con la chiave, quindi tirare il supporto dei
poggiapiedi verso il basso, regolare il poggiapiedi nella posizione desiderata e, inne,
usare la chiave per bloccare il bullone ruotando in senso orario. (Vedere Figura 7)

6. Rimozione dell’asta poggiagambe mobile
Per rimuovere l’asta poggiagambe mobile, aprire per prima cosa il gancio, quindi ruotare
l’asta poggiagambe mobile verso l’esterno ad una certa angolazione, sollevare per sepa-
rare l’asta poggiagambe mobile dal perno sso e, inne, rimuovere l’asta poggiagambe
mobile. (Figura 8)
7. Chiusura e trasporto della sedia a rotelle
Per prima cosa, ruotare verso l’alto i poggiapiedi destro e sinistro e sollevare delicata-
mente le due estremità del cuscino con entrambe le mani. (Vedere Figura 9)

2.3 Aspetti da tenere presenti per un uso sicuro
1. Prima di guidare una sedia a rotelle in modo autonomo, si raccomanda di fare pratica in
diverse condizioni stradali accompagnati da personale infermieristico, in modo da acqui-
sire esperienza sufciente per garantire la propria sicurezza.
2. Requisiti per la guida su pavimentazione esterna
Questo dispositivo è pensato per funzionare normalmente su una comune pavimentazio-
ne in cemento o in asfalto. Se si guida la sedia a rotelle su terreni sconosciuti o più mor-
bidi, si raccomanda di rallentare. Evitare di guidare su prati bagnati e morbidi, poiché le

ruote possono scivolare ed evitare di guidare su terreni morbidi con ghiaia e su spiagge.
Se non si è sicuri delle condizioni della strada, cercare di evitarla.
3. Requisiti per la guida in pendenza
Se si usa la sedia a rotelle su una supercie stradale inclinata, non cambiare improvvisa-
mente la direzione di marcia della sedia a rotelle. Il freno di emergenza non può essere
azionato improvvisamente in pendenza, per evitare il rischio di ribaltamento in avanti.
Non guidare su un pendio potenzialmente pericoloso (come ad esempio un terreno co-
perto da ghiaccio e neve, l’erba, dislivelli coperti da foglie bagnate, ecc.).
4. Il freno serve per salire, scendere o fermarsi in una posizione stabile, e non deve essere
utilizzato per frenare la sedia a rotelle quando ci si muove ad alta velocità e, in particolare,
in discesa, poiché vi è il rischio di ribaltamento.
5. Prima di salire o scendere dalla sedia a rotelle, ruotare il poggiapiedi verso l’alto (in posi-
zione chiusa). Non stare in piedi sul poggiapiedi quando si sale o si scende dalla sedia a
rotelle, poiché la sedia a rotelle potrebbe ribaltarsi in avanti e causare un incidente.
6. Non spostare il centro di gravità in avanti verso il sedile per raggiungerlo, né chinarsi in
avanti per raccogliere oggetti da terra con le mani tra le ginocchia.
7. Per passare dalla sedia a rotelle ad altre sedute, chinarsi il più possibile all’indietro. In
questo modo si evita che la sedia a rotelle si ribalti a causa della possibile rottura di viti o
cuscinetti.
8. La sedia a rotelle ha una capacità di carico di 100 kg su una supercie stradale piana;
pertanto, se il peso corporeo dell’utente supera i 120 kg, fare attenzione ad usare la sedia
a rotelle o contattare il fabbricante per richiedere la costruzione di una sedia speciale.
9. Se l’utente spinge la sedia a rotelle in modo autonomo, si raccomanda di mantenere una
velocità uniforme tra 3 e 5 km / h.
10. Condizioni operative
Temperatura ambiente di esercizio: -25°C ~ + 50°C;
umidità relativa: ≤80%;
pressione atmosferica: 86 kPa ~ 106 kPa.
3. Manutenzione
3.1 Elenco delle ispezioni di sicurezza
Durante l’uso della sedie a rotelle, si raccomanda di ispezionarla regolarmente e sottoporla
a manutenzione in conformità con le seguenti procedure:
• Controllare che la sedia a rotelle si muova in linea retta (non spingere da un lato, tirare la
sedia a rotelle)
• Controllare che le ruote anteriori e posteriori non presentino delle crepe.
• Controllare che la staffa del bracciolo sia ssata in modo sicuro e afdabile e sia facile da
rimuovere, se necessario, e vericare che i bulloni siano ben stretti.
• Controllare che l’altezza (ad esempio del tubo di collegamento dei pedali, ecc.) possa
essere regolata correttamente e possa essere bloccata in modo sicuro.
• Controllare che il cuscino del sedile, e altre parti non siano danneggiate, deformate e
allentate e sostituirli, se necessario.
• Controllare che i cuscini del bracciolo garantiscono il comfort adeguato. Pulire tutte le
superci delle sedie a rotelle.
• Controllare che le parti metalliche non presentino segni di corrosione e sostituire le parti
corrose o danneggiate.
• Controllare che tutte le etichette siano complete e chiaramente leggibile e sostituirle, se
necessario.
Per ulteriori interventi di manutenzione, contattare il rivenditore. Si raccomanda di ispezio-
nare la sedia a rotelle una volta al mese e di eseguire la manutenzione una volta all’anno.

Nota 1: cuscini, impugnature e braccioli, possono essere puliti con un panno pulito e leg-
germente umido. Non usare solventi organici per la pulizia. Se usate da pazienti, le sedie a
rotelle manuali devono essere pulite una volta alla settimana. Se le sedia a rotelle manuali
sono usate da pazienti infetti, devono essere pulite e sterilizzate con disinfettanti (come ad
esempio alcol al 75%).
Nota 2: Le parti attive devono essere lubricate ogni settimana per evitare che si danneg-
gino.
3.2 Elenco del materiale necessario
Nota 3: per lo smontaggio della sedie a rotelle si prega di rivolgersi al rivenditore locale /
fabbricante e di non smontarla e effettuare le sostituzioni per conto proprio.
Nota 4: dopo ogni regolazione, riparazione o manutenzione, vericare nuovamente che il
collegamento delle parti e dei componenti sia sicuro e afdabile prima dell’uso. In caso con-
trario, potrebbero vericarsi lesioni personali e/o danni materiali.
4. Trasporto e stoccaggio
1. Questa sedia a rotelle non può essere usata come un mezzo di trasporto sostitutivo.
Non è permesso salire sulla sedia a rotelle quando viene caricata su qualsiasi mezzo di
trasporto a motore.
2. Se si usano le scale per trasferire la sedie a rotelle da un piano all’altro, nessuno deve
stare seduto sulla sedia a rotelle. Se la sedia a rotelle è occupata da una persona, uti-
lizzare l’ascensore per i trasferimenti da un piano all’altro. Se è necessario utilizzare le
scale per i trasferimenti della sedia a rotelle, scaricare sempre gli occupanti e trasportarli
separatamente. Non usare le scale mobili per trasferire la sedia a rotelle da un piano
all’altro. In caso contrario, possono vericarsi gravi lesioni personali e/o danni materiali.
3. La sedia a rotelle pesa 22 kg e il centro di gravità è nella parte centrale. Maneggiarla in
modo da non farsi male. Solo le parti sicure e non removibili possono essere utilizzate
come punti di presa in caso di manipolazione della sedia a rotelle. Non afferrare parti
removibili durante la manipolazione della sedie a rotelle, poiché ciò potrebbe causare
lesioni personali o danni materiali.

4. Stoccaggio
Condizioni di stoccaggio:
temperatura ambiente -40°C ~ + 65°C;
umidità relativa: 80%;
pressione 86 kPa ~ 106 kPa.
Non conservare la sedia a rotelle in ambienti esposti alla pioggia o all’acqua.
Ciò potrebbe portare alla formazione prematura di ruggine sulla sedia a rotelle o danneg-
giarne la supercie, con conseguenti gravi lesioni personali e/o danni materiali.
Non conservare o utilizzare la sedia a rotelle in prossimità di amme libere o di oggetti
inammabili, in quanto ciò può causare gravi lesioni personali e/o danni materiali.
5. Servizio post-vendita
1. Il servizio post-vendita per questo prodotto è di responsabilità di GIMA e dei rivenditori au-
torizzati. Per i servizi di garanzia qualità, siete pregati di contattare dapprima il rivenditore.
Qualora non riceviate un servizio soddisfacente, potete contattarci direttamente. Si prega
di fornire le seguenti informazioni: nome del rivenditore, data di acquisto, descrizione del
difetto, numero di serie del prodotto, ecc. Le parti sostituibili possono essere ordinate o
acquistate direttamente presso i rivenditori / fornitori.
2. La società ha la responsabilità di ritirare, sostituire e riparare il prodotto qualora si veri-
chino problemi di qualità che non dipendono dall’intervento dell’uomo entro una setti-
mana a partire dalla data di vendita. In normali condizioni di utilizzo e conservazione, il
telaio principale del prodotto è coperto da una garanzia gratuita di un anno per problemi
legati alla qualità vericatisi entro un anno dalla data di consegna. In caso di problemi
legati alla qualità vericatisi dopo un anno dalla consegna, gli utenti possono rivolgersi
al servizio post-vendita della società o al rivenditore, presentando le fatture e le schede
di garanzia e la società dovrà fornire le parti necessarie per la manutenzione applicando
costi ragionevoli. Per potervi offrire un servizio soddisfacente la vostra collaborazione è
molto importante!
3. I seguenti casi non rientrano nell’ambito della manutenzione gratuita:
• Le parti soggette a usura, come il telo dello schienale, le ruote, il cuscino del bracciolo e
le parti in plastica non sono coperte dalla garanzia.
• Danni causati da un uso improprio, dalla manutenzione e dalla conservazione inadeguata
senza rispettare le indicazioni fornite nel manuale.
• Danni causati dall’assemblaggio e dallo smontaggio eseguiti per conto proprio.
• Altri danni accidentali o causati dall’uomo.
4. Ciclo e metodo di sostituzione delle parti soggette ad usura: si raccomanda di sostituire
le parti soggette ad usura, come il telo dello schienale, il cuscino del sedile, le ruote, le
impugnature e le parti in plastica ogni anno. La sedia a rotelle deve essere smontata dal
rivenditore locale/ fabbricante e nessuna parte deve essere rimossa e sostituita per conto
proprio.

2.Installation instructions
2.1 Installation and commissioning of the wheelchair
1. The initial installation of the parts must be completed by the technical personnel approved
by the company.
2. In general, wheelchairs are installed when they leave the factory, folding and packing, and

3. Here are two simple steps to prepare wheelchairs for use:
Step 1: expand
Hold the hand with both hands so that the left and right frames are slightly separated. When
the two sides of the seat cushion are lightly pressed to the level of the seat cushion with the
hand, the wheel chair is deployed. (as shown in Figure 1)
Note: when unfolding, do not pull the left and right frame hard, so as not to damage the parts.
When pressing the seat pad down, do not hold the nger to the seat pipe so as not to clip
the nger.

Step 2: when installing the movable leg to install the movable leg, rst align the position-
ing hole on the movable leg and the lower bracket on the frame, lower xed pin, hang on
the movable leg, rotate the movable leg from outside to inside with light force to reach the
self-locking state of the fastener spring. (gure 2)
2.2 The use of a wheelchair
1. The method of pushing wheelchair by oneself
The user sits stably in the wheelchair, and then holds the handwheel of the left and right
rear wheels with his hands. Both hands push forward at the same time to make the wheel-
chair go forward, release their hands, and repeat the above steps when the speed of the
wheelchair slows down for a certain distance and needs to be pushed again. (gure 3)

2. Brake method
When the wheelchair is stopped, the user holds the left and right brake handles with both
hands, and then pushes the brake handle to the brake self-locking state at the same time,
so that the rear wheel is completely stopped to rotate to the rest state to nish the braking
process. (as shown in Figure 4)
3 Obstacle usage method
In case of an obstacle, the accompanying person shall hold the handle part with both
hands, step down the position of the rear bottom pipe of the wheelchair with the foot, and
tilt the wheelchair to the rear, so that the front wheel is raised and over the obstacle. (as
shown in Figure 5)

4 Use method of ip handrail
When the handrail is removed, press the handrail fastener with one hand to remove it
from the front bracket of the seat pipe and turn it upside down; when the armrest is load-
ed, as long as the armrest fastener is positioned at the clamping position of the bracket in
front of the seat pipe and gently presses down to the fastener after locking itself. (gure 6)
5 Pedal adjustment method.
First loosen the locking nut with the wrench, then pull the pedal support down, adjust the
pedal to the appropriate position, and then use the wrench to lock the bolt clockwise. (see
gure 7)

6. Removing method of movable leg
When removing the movable leg, pull the buckle plate open rst, then rotate the movable
leg to the outside at a certain angle, lift up to make the movable leg separate from the
xed pin, and remove the movable leg. (Figure 8).
7. Folding Transportation method of wheelchair
First turn up the left and right pedals and gently lift both ends of the cushion with both
hands. (see gure 9)

2.3 Matters needing attention in safe use
1. Before driving a wheelchair alone, practice should be carried out under different road
conditions, accompanied by nursing staff, in order to accumulate sufcient experience to
ensure safety.
2. Requirements for outdoor pavement driving
This product can run normally on conventional cement or asphalt pavement. On roads
with unknown terrain or softer soil, slow down; avoid driving on wet and soft grasslands
and tires may slip; avoid driving on soft gravel and beaches; if you are uncertain about the
condition of the road, try to avoid driving on them.
3. Slope driving requirements
When using a wheelchair on an inclined road surface, do not dump and suddenly change
the direction of the wheelchair, and the emergency brake cannot be suddenly stopped
when the slope is down, so as to prevent the risk of forward tipping. Do not travel on a
potentially dangerous slope (such as the ground covered with ice and snow, the grass,
and the bevels covered by the wet leaves, etc.).
4. The brake is for the user to be up, down, or at a stop, to play a stable role, not to be used
for braking the wheel-chair in the running, in particular to be used for braking the wheel-
chair car when the downhill is down, or the danger of a rollover can occur.

5. When in or out of a wheelchair, place the pedal in an upward (folding) state. Please don’t
stand on the pedal when you get on and off the bus. Otherwise, it may cause the wheel-
chair to ip forward and cause an accident.
6. Please do not move the center of gravity forward on the seat as you reach for it; nor do
you lean forward and pick up items from the ground with your hands between your knees.
7. When the seat is transferred between the wheelchair and the other seats, you should lean
back as far as possible. This prevents the wheelchair from overturning because of broken
screws or broken cushions.
8. The wheel chair is capable of carrying 100 kg of load on a at road surface, and when the
body weight of the user exceeds 120 kg, be careful to use or contact the manufacturer for
special construction.
9. When the user pushes the wheelchair on his own, please keep the speed at a uniform
speed, and the speed should be kept at 3~ 5 km / h.

3. Maintenance
3.1 Safety inspection list
During the use of wheelchairs, they shall be regularly inspected and maintained in accord-
ance with the following procedures:
• Check the wheelchair to walk in a straight line (do not push to one side, pull the wheel-
chair)
• check the front and rear wheels for split skin.
• check that the fastening of the handrail bracket is safe, reliable and convenient to remove,
and whether the bolts are properly locked.
• check that the adjustable height (such as pedal connection pipe, etc.) is working properly
and can be safely locked.
• check seat cushions, etc., without damage and deformation and relaxation, if necessary,
please replace them.
• check the cushions on the armrest to feel comfortable. -cleaning all surfaces of wheel-
chairs.
• check for signs of corrosion of metal parts and replacement of corrosion or damage.
• check that all labels are complete and clear and should be replaced if necessary.
For further maintenance, contact your dealer. We recommend that the wheelchair be main-
tained once a month and be maintained once a year.
Note 1: cushions, hands, handrails can be cleaned with clean and slight wet cloth. Do not use
organic solvents to clean. If used by patients, manual wheelchairs should be cleaned once a
week. If manual wheelchair cars are used by infected patients, they should be cleaned and
sterilized with disinfectants (such as 75% alcohol).
Note 2: The active part shall be added with lubricating oil every week to prevent the use of
inexibility.

3.2 Necessary material list
Note 3: the local dealer / manufacturer should be consulted to disassemble the wheelchair
car and do not disassemble and replace it on its own.
Note 4: after any adjustment, repair or maintenance, the connection of all parts and com-
ponents should be ensured to be safe and reliable before use. Otherwise, it may lead to
personal injury and / or property damage.
4.Transport and storage
1. this wheelchair cannot be used as a substitute for transportation. You are not allowed to
ride in a wheelchair when you are in any means of motor transport.
2. when using stairs to transfer wheelchairs between oors, no one shall be in wheelchairs.
When someone is riding, the elevator (lift) should be used to transfer from oor to oor.
If you need to use stair handling wheelchairs, be sure to remove the occupants and
transport them separately. Do not use escalators to carry wheelchairs between oors.
Otherwise, serious personal injury and / or property damage may occur.
