will cause oil to splaer.
Always cover the oil tank with the lid when frying; splaered
oil can damage the control box over me.

If your deep fryer stops heang in the middle of cooking, and does not
come back on:
CLEANING & CARE
Make sure the deep fryer and the oil have COMPLETELY COOLED. DO
