2.1 View entries

M700 is an advanced and future proof monitor engined with the latest IP technology.
Constructed with the best quality materials, the monitor is made of aluminium, ASA
plastics and is equipped with a 7 inch. capacitive glass.
Its technology uses eco cancelling drivers and active filters to get the higher audio
fidelity and best quality image.
There can be differentiated four basic status of the monitor screen:
a- Stand by: the monitor screen is off (black).
b- Main menu: the screen is on and displays a menu as shown on the picture bellow.
c- Notification: the monitor led at the bottom left side blinks.
d- Communication: Any of the possible situations described on point 3.
1.1 Monitor screen status
When this button is pressed, video streaming from latest tracked camera will be
dsplayed.
The screen shows at the bottom the panel label, which identifies the camera that is
being tracked at this moment.
At this stage it is possible to do any of the following actions:
Start the audio communication with the active entrance panel.
Move through the available entrance panels in the installation using arrows right and left.
Door lock activation, by pressing the button with the key.
Go back to main menu by pressing the cross button

2.2 Call Porter
the available concierges to be called. If there isn't any
concierge this icon will be highlighted in red when pressed.

2.3 Intercom call
How to call a monitor: Scroll and navigate among the available monitors by
using the arrows up and down. Press shortly over the label of the desired
apartment. A call will be generated.
If the apartment monitor starts the call, it will show the call process on screen.
In case the apartment is busy or the targeted monitor can not be reached, the
monitor label will be highlighted in red.
Press on the intercom call button again in order to come back to main menu.

By pressing the button with this icon, a list will be displayed showing
To start a call, move through the available concierges using arrows up and
down. Once the desired concierge appears on screen press shortly over.
A call will be generated.
To go back to main menu, press again the icon from the concierge.
Two icons refer to an intercom call. Call inside, refers to those monitors which
are in the same apartment. Call outside, refers to those monitors which are
out from the apartment and we have authorization from the administrator to
establish an intercom call.

2.4 Missed calls and picture recording
By pressing the missed calls button, last picture will appear on screen.
Each image corresponds to a Missed call being generated when an incoming
call has not been answered from the monitor.
There are two methods to know that there are pictures from missed calls
unchecked:
– The monitor's red led at the bottom left part blinks.
Once the images are checked the led will not blink until new images are
stored.
– On the main menu, the icon of the missed calls will display a number in orange,
notifying the number of images that have been unchecked. Once checked, this
number will disappear.
To delete an image, simply press the bin button when the image is displayed.

2.5 Text Messages
By pressing the messages button a list of text messages will appear.
TextMessagesaresentbytheconciergeorbuildingadministratorlocallyorremotely.
There are two methods to know that there are text messages unchecked:
– The monitor blinks the red LED at the bottom left.
– On the main menu, the icon of the Text messages will display a number
notifying the number of messages that have been unchecked. Once
checked, this number will disappear.

It is possible to move through the stored messages by using arrows up
and down.
To delete a message, simply press the bin button linked to the corrresponding message.
Note: To send a message it is necessary the software Configuration Manager.

2.6 Screen clean lock
Press this button and keep it pressed. After hearing three beeps, the monitor will
disable the capacitive sensor for a period of 15 seconds, allowing to wipe the screen.
A timer shows the time left for cleaning.
Follow the maintenance advises from 4th chapter.
2.7 User Guide
This function is now not being activated in FW 1.31.

3- COMMUNICATION STATUS DESCRIPTION
3.1 Incoming call from a video entry panel
When a call is generated to the apartment, the monitor starts to ring. It rings 6
times while the video image will appear on screen. It is shown as well the panel
label from which thecall iscomingin order to identifythe entrypanel of thecall.
At this point it is possible to:
Start the audio communication: by pressing the answer button.
Activate the lock: without need of starting the communication. If enabled in the
configuration of the monitor.
If the monitor has been programmed accordingly, a secondary lock can be activated
by pressing the second lock button.
Cancel the call: by pressing the cross, the incoming call will be ended,
independently if the audio communication started. It is possible to finish
the audio communication once started, by pressing the cross.
Mute the ring tone: the monitor stops ringing but the incoming call still is on hold.
3- COMMUNICATION STATUS DESCRIPTION
3.2 Incoming call from an apartment
When a call is generated from an other monitor, the monitor starts to ring.
It is shown as well the monitor label from which the call is coming.
At this point it is possible to:
Start the audio communication: by pressing the answer button.
Cancel the call: by pressing the cross, the incoming call will be ended,
independently if audio communication started or not. It is possible to finish
the audio communication once started by simply pressing the cross button.
Mute the ring tone: the monitor stops ringing but the incoming call still is
on hold.
3.3 Incoming call from a concierge station M201/ C
The operation is the same as described for incoming calls from an
apartment in the previous point.

3.4 Communication
Once the communication is started it is possible to:
Activate the lock: depending on the configuration of the monitor two locks
can be activated.
Finish the call: by pressing the cross button.
4- SPECIFICATIONS, CAUTIONS AND MAINTENANCE

This product isan electronicvideo monitor.
Do not through liquids over the unit. Anyliquid coming into the product may cause
failure or fire.
Do not expose the unit at high temperatures, corrosive environments or high
humidity grade.
Do not hang neither place any other product on it. The bracket might brake as is
designed tu support its own weight. Pulling, pushing or climbing on it may cause the
monitor to fall.
This is a professional product. It is strongly recommended to follow the installation
specifications and to leave the installation to a Golmar installer.
C- Maintenance
The product ismanufactured in high quality materials. Do not use chemical
products or abrasives or cleaning agents. Clean the product with a soft cloth
dampened with a small amount of water.

Disable the monitor microphone: this option mutes the monitor microphone in
order to get privacy in the apartment at any time during the communication.
Adjust the volume of the communication.
