•Das Gerät ist nicht an die Dunstabzugshaube
angeschlossen. Das Gerät muß gemäß der
Montageanweisung aufgestellt und angeschlossen
werden. Beachten Sie besonders die einschlägigen
Hinweise hinsichtlich der Belüftung des Raumes.
•Vergewissern Sie sich, daß die Angaben über die
Gasart Ihrer Gasinstallation mit den Daten auf dem
Typenschild Ihres Geräts übereinstimmen. Die Gasart
ist auf dem Typenschild des Geräts angegeben.
•Werksmäßig ist der Herd auf as G20 (20 mbar)
eingestellt.
•Alle Eingriffe in Verbindung mit der Aufstellung,
Reparaturen, Einstellungen oder Anpassung des
Geräts an eine andere Gasart dürfen nur vom
autorisierten Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
•Sorgen Sie dafür, daß bei der Aufstellung des Herdes
oder im Falle einer Anpassung des Herdes an eine
andere Gasart, dieser Eingriff im Garantiezertifikat
bestätigt wird. Eine Geltendmachung von
Garantieansprüchen ohne die oben erwähnte
Bestätigung ist nicht möglich.
•Im unteren Teil des Herdes dürfen keine entzündlichen
Stoffe aufbewahrt werden.
•Das Gerät darf nur zum Zubereiten von Speisen
verwendet werden. Bei Verwendung des Geräts für
andere Zwecke besteht die Gefahr der Konzentration
entzündlicher Nebenprodukte bis zu einem
lebensgefährlichen Niveau, ebenso kann es zu
Funktionsstörungen des Herdes kommen. Die
Garantie deckt keine Schäden ab, die durch

drawer of the appliance.
•The appliance must not be used for any other
purposes other than for the preparation of food.
Using the appliance for any other purposes may
result in life threatening concentration of combustion
by-products, or cause malfunction. The warranty
does not apply to faults resulting from the incorrect
use of the appliance.
•It is recommended to have the appliance checked by
the authorized service personnel every two years.

•L’installazione come la riparazione, aggiustamento
le modifiche o qualsiasi altro intervento spettante
cambiamento per l’altro tipo di gas, deve essere
fatto solo dalla persona competente e specializzata.
•Qualsiasi lavoro sopra citato deve essere registrato
e firmato nel libretto di garanzia, altrimenti non vi
sarà possibile di chiedere lavori successivi di
garanzia.
•La cucina a gas deve essere usata solo per
riscaldare gli alimentari . L’altro tipo di uso potrebbe
provocare guasto della cucina con la concentrazione
elevata del gas combustibile che potrebbe
danneggiare la vostra salute. Oltre questo potrebbe
essere danneggiato l’apparecchio casaligo stesso
con troppo calore acumulato di quanto prescritto. A
tal caso non vi sarà possibile richiedere i lavori di
riparazione normalmente coperti di garanzia.
•Vi raccomandiamo di rivolgersi una volta in due anni
alla ditta specializzata e competente per le

unsachgemäßen Gebrauch entstanden sind.

einen autorisierten Fachmann durchsehen und warten
zu lassen. Dadurch wird die Lebensdauer des Geräts
verlängert und eine problemlose Nutzung Ihres Herdes

•Wenn Sie Gasgeruch wahrnehmen, schließen Sie
sofort das Ventil der Gaszuleitung. Sie dürfen das
Gerät erst wieder benutzen, wenn ein autorisierter
Fachmann den Grund für das Entweichen des Gases
festgestellt und beseitigt hat und der Raum, in
welchem der Herd steht, gut durchlüftet wurde.
•Während des Betriebs des Gasherdes entstehen im
Raum, in welchem der Herd aufgestellt ist, Wärme und
Feuchtigkeit. Sorgen Sie für eine ausreichende
Belüftung des Raumes. Die Öffnungen für natürliche
Belüftung dürfen nicht bedeckt sein, Sie können auch
eine mechanische Entlüftungsanlage installieren (eine
Dunstabzugshaube mit mechanischer Entlüftung). Bei
intensivem und länger andauerndem Betrieb des
Herdes ist das Bedürfnis nach Belüftung größer;
deswegen ist es notwendig, das Fenster zu öffnen
oder die Dunstabzugshaube einzuschalten.
•Beim Betrieb des Herdes muß für ausreichende
Luftzufuhr gesorgt werden und zwar 2m3/h für jedes
kW der Eingangsleistung.
•Es ist verboten, nach undichten Stellen in der
Gasleitung mit offenem Feuer zu suchen.
•Wenn Sie einen Fehler an der Gasinstallation
feststellen, versuchen Sie nicht, diesen allein zu
beseitigen, sondern schalten Sie den Herd ab und
rufen Sie einen autorisierten Fachmann an.
•Wenn Sie den Herd länger als drei Tage nicht
verwenden, schließen Sie das Ventil der Gaszuleitung.
Wenn das Gerät länger als drei Monate nicht
verwendet wurde, empfehlen wir vor der erneuten
Inbetriebnahme die Überprüfung aller Funktionen.
•Im Falle von Eingriffen im Raum, in welchem der Herd
aufgestellt ist, bei welchen Brand- oder
Explosionsgefahr besteht (z.B. wegen Verarbeitung
von Klebstoffen für Linoleum oder PVC-Bodenbeläge,
Malerarbeiten, u.ä.), das Gerät unbedingt abschalten,
bevor diese Gefahren bzw. Risiken auftreten.
•Wir weisen darauf hin, daß Sie in die Nähe des Geräts

appliance may be used only after the cause of such

•The appliance requires a minimum air admission of
2m3/h for every kW of power input.
•Never use naked light to detect gas leakage!
•If you detect any defects on the gas installation of
the appliance, never attempt to repair it by yourself.
Switch the appliance off, cut the gas supply and call
authorized personnel to make the repair.
•If you plan an absence exceeding 3 days, turn off
the gas pipe cock and shut the gas supply. If the
appliance is out of service for more than 3 months, it
is advised to retest and reset all functions of the
appliance.
•In change of the environment for which the
appliance is designed, with a transient risk of fire or
blast (e.g. at linoleum or PVC gluing, working with
paints, etc.), the appliance must be put out of service
in time, prior to the risk.
•Do not place any combustible objects on the
appliance or at a distance shorter than its safety
distance (the shortest distance of an appliance from
combustible items is 750 mm in the direction of main
radiation and 100 mm in other directions).
•Do not use cookware with damaged surface coating
or otherwise defective due to wear or handling.
•Do not place the appliance on a pedestal.
•Manufacturer does not recommend using any
additional accessories, for instance flame
extinguishing protectors, or efficiency increase
gadgets.

Solo cosi eviterete un guasto inutile e prolungherete
la vita del vostro prodotto casalingo.
•Nel caso in cui dovreste sentire la fuga di gas,
chiudete immediatamente l’alimentazione di gas
davanti all’apparecchio casalingo che potrete di
nuovo usare solo quando sarà eliminato il problema
dalla persona autorizzata. Lo spazio di lavoro deve
essere ben ventilato.
•Durante l’uso della vostra cucina a gas si forma
nella stanza sia il calore che l’umidità, perciò il posto
deve essere sempre ben ventilato. Si considera utile
di usare i mezzi di ventilazione. L’uso intensivo o a
lunga durata richiede la finestra apperta.
•Per rispettare le prescrizioni d’uso occorre di
procurare fluso d’aria pari a 2m/ora per ogni kW di
potenza.
•La prova della tenuta dell’apparecchio casalingo
oppure la verifica della fuga del gas con fuoco
apperto è severamente vietato.
•Quando scoprirete un problema tecnico chiamate
sempre un specialista. Metete cucina a gas fuori uso
senza mai provare di ripararla da soli.
•Se la cucina a gas è fuori uso più di tre giorni,
chiudete il gas che si trova davanti all´apparecchio.
Se non la usate più di tre mesi, va scollegata ogni
funzione dell’apparecchio.
•La vostra cucina a gas non deve essere collocata su
l’incastellatura di sostegno.
•In caso dello spostamento della cucina ad altro
posto dovreste prendere in considerazione l’mbiente
nuovo. Dalla vicinanza della cucina a gas si devono
eliminare gli oggetti combustibili come es. le vernici,
la carta, PVC ect. Che potrebbero provocare le
esplosioni e fuoco. Bisogna prevedere tali casi e
scollegare in tempo la cucina dal ogni sua funzione.
•‘E vietato mettere nello spazio in basso della cucina
qualsiasi oggetto di materiale combustibile.
•Avvertiamo il cliente che gli oggetti combustibili non
devono essere messi vicino alla cucina a gas. La
distanza minima è di 750 mm nella direzione
diell´aspirazipne centrale e in altre direzioni 1000
mm.
•Non usate gli accessori esternamente danneggiati

•Der Herd darf nicht mit einem Dampfreinigungsgerät
gereinigt werden.
•Der Herd darf nur neben einer Wand aus
unbrennbarem Material aufgestellt werden.

•Entfernen sie vor der Erstinbetriebnahme des Herdes
alle Schutzmittel und die Verpackung.
•Einzelne Verpackungsteile und Komponenten können
recycelt werden. Behandeln Sie diese Teile in
Einklang mit den gültigen Anweisungen und
Vorschriften.
•Stellen Sie mit dem Thermostatknebel die
Höchsttemperatur des Backofens ein und lassen Sie
den Backofen bei geschlossener Backofentür 30
Minuten laufen. Sorgen Sie während dieser Zeit für
eine ausreichende Belüftung des Raumes. Dadurch
werden vor dem ersten Backvorgang eventuelle Reste
von Konservierungsmitteln und unangenehme
Gerüche aus dem Backofeninneren beseitigt.
•Vergewissern Sie sich, daß Anschlußleitungen bzw.
Kabel und andere Geräte nicht mit den Gasbrennern,
der Backofentür oder anderen heißen Stellen des
Herdes in Berührung kommen.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Verletzungen oder
Materialschäden, die wegen unsachgemäßer oder
unzweckmäßiger Verwendung des Geräts entstehen.
•Before using the appliance for the first time, remove
protective and packing material from the cooker.
•Various parts and components of the range and
package are recyclable. Handle them in compliance
with the standing regulations and national legislation.
•Before first use of the oven set the temperature
selector to the maximum position and leave the oven
in operation with the door shut for about 30 minutes.
Provide proper room ventilation. This process will
remove any agents and odors remaining in the oven
from the factory treatment.
•Be sure that the power cords of adjacent or other
appliances do not come into contact with burner,
oven door or other hot parts of the range while in
operation.
The manufacturer declines responsibility for any
injuries to persons or damages to the appliance
resulting from improper usage of the appliance.

•Der Gasherd ist ein Gerät, welches während des
Betriebs ständig beaufsichtigt werden muß.
•Legen Sie die Herdabdeckung nicht auf, wenn einer
der Gasbrenner oder der Backofen in Betrieb sind.
•Auf den Kombirost (Ablage), welcher in die
entsprechenden Führungen eingesetzt ist, können Sie
bis zu drei Kilogramm Back-/Bratgut legen. Auf den
Kombirost mit dem Backblech oder Bräter können Sie
Back-/Bratgut bis zu einem Gewicht von 7 kg legen.
•Der Bräter und die Backbleche sind nicht zur längerer
Lagerung von Speisen bestimmt (länger als 48
Stunden). Lagern Sie Speisen immer in geeigneten
Behältern.
•Gas cooker is an appliance whose operation
requires supervision.
•Never close the lid while the hob burners or oven
burner ar still in operation.
•The maximum baking pan load inserted in guides is
3 kg, and the maximum baking pan load placed on a
grid is 7 kg.
•The baking plates and roasting pans are not
designed for a long-term storage of food (exceeding
48 hours). For longer storage use convenient dishes.

LIGHTING THE HOB BURNERS
Press the appropriate burner control knob slightly
towards the appliance and turn it anti-clockwise to the
„MAXIMUM POWER“ position. Light the gas using a
match or any gas ignition device.

LIGHTING THE BURNERS WITH HIGH
VOLTAGE GAS IGNITION KNOB
Press the appropriate burner control knob slightly
towards the appliance and turn it anti-clockwise to the
„MAXIMUM POWER“ position. Now use another hand
and press the gas ignition knob on the control panel
and keep it pressed until it ignites the flame.

Premete leggermente bottone di accensione girandolo
a sinistra fino alla “posizione di prestazione massima”.

Geschirr mit empfohlenem Durchmesser:
- Kleinbrenner: von 120 bis 160 mm Durchmesser,
- Mittlerer Brenner: von 160 bis 220 mm Durchmesser,
- Großbrenner: von 220 bis 280 mm Durchmesser,
•Mit dem Bedienungsknebel können Sie die Leistung
des Gasbrenners einstellen (die Flammengröße) und
zwar zwischen den Positionen "GROSS" und "KLEIN".

•Do not operate hob burners when the lid is closed.

•Clean any spillages on the lid immediately after the
hob has cooled down.

BACKEN
Bevor Sie Backgut aus Hefeteig in den Backofen stellen,
heizen Sie diesen 10 bis 15 Minuten vor.
•Stellen Sie den Bedienungsknebel des Backofens auf
die Position "MAXIMALLEISTUNG".
•Wenn der Backofen vorgeheizt ist, stellen Sie das
Backgut hinein. Die Backzeit bei Höchstleistung ist von
der Art und vom Gewicht des Backguts abhängig.
Stellen Sie den Backofen-Bedienungsknebel auf die
Position "MINIMALLEISTUNG", wo er bis zum Ende
des Backvorgangs verbleibt.
•Stellen Sie Bräter oder das Backblech mit dem Back-
/Bratgut auf den Kombirost. Es ist am Besten, wenn
Sie den Kombirost in die zweite Backebene von unten
einschieben.
•Unser Tipp: Hefeteig ist nach 25 – 30 Minuten,
Weihnachtsstollen nach 45 Minuten und Kleingebäck
nach 12 bis 18 Minuten gebacken. Die angegebenen
Zeiten sind nur Richtwerte, für jedes Back-/Bratgut
muß die optimale Backzeit durch Erfahrung festgestellt
werden.
•Wir empfehlen, die Backofentür während des
Backvorgangs nicht zu öffnen. Beim Öffnen der
Backofentür wird nämlich die Hitze im Backofen
vermindert und dadurch der Backvorgang
beeinträchtigt.
•Wenn Sie meinen, daß ein wesentlicher Unterschied
zwischen der eingestellten und der tatsächlichen
Backofentemperatur besteht, rufen Sie einen
autorisierten Kundendienst an.
BAKING / ROASTING FOOD
Preheat the oven for a period of 10 - 15 min before
putting yeast dough to bake.
•The oven knob is set to the position „MAXIMUM
POWER“.
•After preheating put the food in the oven.
Baking/roasting time at MAXIMUM POWER
depends on the type and mass of food. Then set the
oven burner knob to the MINIMUM POWER position
and keep it there to the end of baking.
•For best baking/roasting results insert the grid with
the tray into the second level guide from below.
•Experience says that yeast dough is well baked after
25 – 30 minutes, Christmas cake after 45 minutes,
and pastry after 12 – 18 minutes. However, these
times are merely referential and it is necessary to
test them individually.
•If possible, avoid opening the oven door during the
baking process if possible. The temperature regime
within the oven might be disturbed, resulting in
prolonged baking time or burnt food.
•If you should detect considerable differences
between the set temperature and the actual oven
temperature, contact qualified service personnel.
I CIBI FATTI IN FORNO
•Prima di mettere i cibi lievitati in forno bisogna
riscaldarlo almeno 10-15 minuti prima dell´uso.
•Bottone del termostato è in posizione “
PRESTAZIONE MASSIMA ”
•Dopo che il forno sia riscaldato girate il bottone alla
temperatura da voi prescelta e mettete il cibo in
forno.
•La teglia con il cibo va messa sulla griglia e
inseritela nel secondo incastro visibile nel basso ai
fianchi del forno.
•La temperatura prestabilita nel forno sará
automaticamente mantenuta durante periodo di
cottura/arrostimento.
•Per ogni tipo del cibo e la sua cottura/arrostimento, il
grado di temperatura deve essere provato.
•Per il vs.orientamento possiamo dire che es. il dolce
lievitato è cotto circa entro 25-30 minuti. Dolci piú
pessanti in 45 min. e le paste sfoglie in 12-18 minuti.
•I valori riportati sono solo approssimativi. I tempi di
cottura si verificano con la prattica.
•Durante la cottura non aprite la porticina del forno.
La temperatura nel forno cala e si interrompe la
cottura prestabilita. Il cibo dovrá rimanere nel forno a
termine piú lungo ció che puó causare la bruciatura
del cibo.
•Se vi accorgerete delle differenze eccessive tra la
temperatura prestabilita e la temperatura
momentanea nel forno, dovreste rivolgervi al
servizio autorizzato.
EMPFEHLUNG:
Wenn Sie hohes Backgut aus Hefeteig backen, stellen
Sie das Backblech auf das Aluminiumtablett, und
schieben Sie beides in die zweite Backebene von unten.

When baking high rise yeast dough put it on aluminum

•Stellen Sie den Temperaturwahlknebel auf die Position
"GRILL" und drücken Sie ihn in Richtung der

GRILL BURNER OPERATION
•Set the oven temperature selector knob to the
position GRILL and press it towards the panel to
the limit position.
•At the same time hold a match at the grill burner
near the oven ceiling or press the ignition button.
The automatic ignition device will fire the burner.
•After firing the burner hold the knob pressed
towards the panel for about 5 seconds until the
flame sensor heats up.
GRIL

•Halten Sie den Knebel nach erfolgter Zündung des
Backofenbrenners noch etwa fünf Sekunden bis zum
Anschlag gedrückt, damit sich der Sensor der
Kontrollvorrichtung erwärmt.

ZUBEREITUNG VON SPEISEN MIT DEM

beigelegte Schutzblech für die Bedienungsknebel,
welches Sie mit den beiden Ansatzstücken auf den
oberen Rand der Backofenkammer befestigen.
•Sobald der Grillbrenner in Betrieb ist, stellen Sie das
Fleisch auf den Kombirost (Bräter) und schieben Sie
ihn in den Backofen.
•Wir empfehlen, den Kombirost (Bräter) in die zweite
oder dritte Einschubebene von unten einzuschieben.
•Die Querstäbe auf dem Kombirost markieren den
Bereich, welchen der Grillbrenner noch erreichen
kann.
•Sorgen Sie dafür, daß auf demTeil des Kombirostes,
welcher beim Grillen an der Rückwand des
Backofeninnenraumes anliegt, kein Fleisch liegt.
•Schieben Sie den Bräter während des Grillvorgangs in
die erste Einschubebene oder stellen Sie die
Fettpfanne auf den Backofenboden, damit das aus
dem Fleisch austretende Fett abgefangen wird.
GRILLING MEAT
•Before grilling install the control panel protection
sheet by inserting it into the two pins located at the
upper part of the oven.
•After firing the grill burner place the food on the tray
and put in the oven..
•Appropriate grilling level is the second or third guide
from the oven bottom.
•Effective grilling area is defined by the bars on the
grid.
•Turn the grid free space towards the back wall.
•Insert the dripping tray below the grid (into the first
level guide) for the collection dripping fat.
ARROSTIMENTO DEI CIBI
•Per arrostire i cibi bisogna coprire bottoni della
cucina a gas con la lamiera di protezione mettendola
nella posizione già preparata nella parte superiore

•Insert roasting spit support into the third guide from

•Place the dripping tray into first guide from the oven

•Fix the roast on the spit step by step, by first fixing
the nearer fork then the meat, followed by the far
fork in such manner to keep the food in balance for
easy rotation.
•Place the spaded roast into the spit support (front
roller into the guide and the back end into the back
wall opening).
•Start grilling by switching on the relevant control
panel knob.

Das Gerät ist zur Aufstellung zwischen Küchenelementen
bestimmt. Sie können den Herd in einer Küche bzw.
einem Raum mit einem Mindestrauminhalt von 20 m3
aufstellen.

Zum Anschluß des Modells gemäß empfehlen wir einen
1000 mm langen Schlauch.
Die Wärmebeständigkeit des Schlauchs muß

For safety reasons use only the certified hose
complying with local standards and with recommended
length of 1000 mm. Heat resistance of the
connection hose should be at least 100°C.
Each hose must contain instructions regarding the
method of connection, allowed heating, inspections,
service life, etc. These instructions must be
unconditionally adhered to.

To access the primary air adjusting screw (5), open or
remove oven door and remove oven bottom (2). By
unscrewing the adjusting screw the quantity of primary
