Removal
1. Remove bottom cover.
2. Disconnect all wires from main control board.
3. Remove 6 screws and main control board.
Installation
1. Install new main control board with 6 screws.
2. On HP Auto LineLazers, connect short red or
orange, and black wires on charging board to main
board. Loop wires as shown.

3. For LineLazer V 3900 or 5900, connect the other
wires to the main board in the order shown.

4. For LineLazer V 200HS, connect the other wires to
the main board in the order shown.

5. Bundle and cable-tie the two gray wires on the right
side of the main board as shown.
6. On HP Auto units only, do not cable-tie the white
solenoid wires.
7. Bundle and cable-tie the wires on the left side of the
main board as shown.
8. Install bottom cover with 4 screws (do not pinch
wires).
9. Connect battery after service.
10. Open prime valve to relieve pressure. Start engine
or turn ON striper and calibrate distance sensor per
the operation manual.
11. After calibration, use the arrows to select the set-
tings screen.

12. Select 3900, 5900, 200HS, 200HS2P, or ES2000 to
match your LineLazer (200DC and 200MMA use
200HS2P).
13. Set time, date, and units to complete the installation.
14. With prime valve still open (no pressure), turn
engine or striper OFF, then start engine or turn
striper ON to complete pressure transducer calibra-
tion.
Use to select Setup/Information. Press to
open Settings Menu.
Chooses the machine type. Necessary for accurate
gallon counting.
