Plug turbine power cord
into grounded outlet.
Disconnect gun from
FlexLiner™ System.
Point gun towards a free area. Evacuate air
from FlexLiner™ System by holding gun
vertically and pulling trigger until
continuous spray pattern is achieved.
Connect gun to air hose.
Turn power switch to ON position.
Point gun towards free area.
Pull trigger and flush gun.
If necessary refill cup.
Repeat process till liquid runs clear.
Remove air plug housing.
INsert Artisan air valve.
HVLP EDGE™ II gun only.
Turn power switch to:
START > STANDARD VERSION
AUTOSTART > PROCONTRACTOR VERSION
Turn TURBO CONTROL
to maximum.
UNscrew ring and lid from cup.
Aim center of spray gun at bottom
edge of previous stroke, overlapping
half of each stroke. To optimise
atomisation, adjust air control knob.
To optimise product flow,
adjust fluid control.
If atomisation is too coarse, use
finer fluid set or dilute
the product with
recommended agent.
Remove retaining ring and air cap.
Clean all parts well with cleaning agent.
Re-insert gun after cleaning.
Set air control.
Clean all parts well, using
a new FlexLiner™ if
possible.
Wipe hose gun and cup
with rag soaked in water or
mineral spirits. Turn off turbine.
Rotate pattern size
control clockwise to
maximum fan diameter.
Fill FlexLiner™ in cup with cleaning agent,
cover cup valve and shake well.
Repeat until parts are clean.
Turn off turbine.
Disconnect
FlexLiner™ from
gun to refill cup
Fill cup with cleaning
agent and connect
FlexLiner™ sytem to gun.
