1. Introduction
With the rapid development of the national economy and the continuous increase of
population, the carrying capacity of urban roads has gradually been unable to meet the
increasing traffic demand. In addition, due to the excessive use of fossil fuels,
Greenhouse Effect, haze and other environmental problems are also highlighted. In
view of the above problems, vigorously developing clean energy and more convenient
means of transportation has become the mainstream of the world.
This product is a kind of fold-able scooter which can be driven by electric.To achieve
acceleration and deceleration,the Operation intention of the cyclist can be caught by
the sensors mounted on the scooter .And through the evaluation of the high power
consumption condition, the manual mode and the power mode can be switched
intelligently, the battery potential can be fully exploited,and the ratio of the range of the
battery to the capacity of the battery can be maximized which can achieve the dual
purposes of walking and energy saving.

3. Product expansion and folding diagram
3.1. Product expansion diagram
1. Install the kickstand by using the alternate tools;
2. Press and hold down the folding treadle with your hand.
3. Unfold the pole, and placing your left on the stable pedal, the lift the standpipe with
your hands.
4 .Lock the front buckle to stabilize the handlebar.
5. Open the buckle seat and press and hold down the marbles of the handle, then
insert into the buckle seat.
6. Press and hold down the marbles of the handle with one hand to insert into the
buckle seat.
7. Lock the buckle position.

After receiving the new product, you need to follow the steps shown in
the diagram to assemble it.
3.2. Product folding diagram
1. loose the buckle.
2. Press down the adjust marble, and adjust down to the lowest state.
3. Separate the buckle, press and hold down the marble, pull out the handle, and fix
it in the lower position.
4. Press the fold buckle down.
5. Gently drop back until hearing the sound of “di”, indicating that the folding is
complete.

4. Introduction of riding operation
1. Press the switch and turning on the power. The buzzer makes a "drop" sound with
the following meaning:

2. Hold the handle with both hands, place one foot on the pedal, and push the other
foot backwards to achieve acceleration.
3. If you need to continue to accelerate, repeating the step 2.
4. If you need to deceleration, pressing the rear wheel brake plate with one foot.
When the speed of the scooter slows to the desired speed, releasing the brake plate ,
and it will continue run atthe current speed; when the scooter slows to a complete stop,
it will exit the booster mode. If you need to use the power model, repeating step 2.
5. Safety advice
1. This product is the E9 electric power scooter which is applicable for adult to use,
this product is limited to one person, do not carry other person at the same time;
Minors should be accompanied by parents or adults when using the E9 electric power
scooter.
2. When riding this product, please wear a safety helmet and other protective
equipment.
3. Please do not ride this product in unsafe places such as motor lanes or in violation
of regulations.
4. Please practice in the open space, master the operation before driving.
5. Do not do dangerous movements or one-handed riding while the scooters are
driving, and keep your feet on the scooters.
6. Do not turn off the power while driving.

7. Do not try to directly pass through the steps more than 3 centimeters apart, that
may cause subversion of the scooter, resulting in injury to the driver or damage to the
scooter; for steps below 3 centimeters should be avoided as much as possible.
8. Please slow down when you encounter rough roads in poor condition.
9. Users must adjust the height of the product to the appropriate position to ensure
safety.
10.Do not ride this product on slippery road which has oil or ice on the surface.
11.Do not use this product in an environment below -5 ℃.
12.Do not use this product in downhill road which the slope is more than 5 degrees, if
used on a uphill road which the slope is more than 5 degrees, the pedaling power is
needed.
13.Do not immerse the product in the water which the depth above 5 centimeters, to
avoid damage to the electrical part of the vehicle due to the water.
14.In severe weather, such as rain, snow, strong wind, please avoid riding as far as
possible, so as not to cause unnecessary damage due to unnecessary factors.
15.If the product is idle after full charge, it needs to be fully charged at least once a
month; if it is riding until the battery is exhausted, be sure to fill it up once within 7 days
of idle time.
6. Batteries and charger
6.1. Lithium battery
When you receive the E9 electric power scooter, please fill up the battery before using
it.
1. When the scooter sends out a low power alarm, please charge immediately to
avoid damage to the battery and affect your travel.
2. When the battery is idle for a long time, please charge it at least once a month
(Sufficient power when idle).
3. If the battery is not in use for a long time and the battery power is lower than the
battery protection state and the battery cannot be turned on, please contact the dealer
as soon as possible.
Note: battery damage which caused by other abnormal factors, such as influent,

collision, etc., is not covered by warranty.
6.2. charger
The special charger provided by the company has the function of charge protection,
when the battery is charged, it will stop charging automatically.
Any damage caused by other abnormal factors, such as influent, collision, etc., shall
not be covered by warranty.
1. Open the rubber cover of the inner charging port of the body pedal and insert the
charger output connector into the charging hole.
2. Plug the charger into the power supply socket.(AC100V-240V )
3. The charger indicator is red, indicating that the battery is charging, and when the
charger light turns green, the battery is fully filled.
4. When the battery is charged, please put it in a dry and ventilated environment.
7. Maintenance
7.1. Lubrication:
Every three months, add a small amount of white lubricating oil or lubricant to the part
where the handle is folded for maintenance.
7.2. Tires:
This product uses explosion-proof tire, the tyre need to be replaced in time when it
appears obvious wear or tear phenomenon,and please contact the dealer to replace
the original tire. Please check to see if any screws are loose on the scooter. If there is
any loosening, please tighten it.
7.3. battery
The lithium battery in this product can be cycle recharged at least 500 times and can
be used more than 600 times under normal circumstances. When the battery is fully
charged and the mileage is only half of the range from the factory, indicating that the
battery aging and the new lithium battery should be replaced.
7.4. Placement and daily care
Do not place scooters in hot sun or other severely humid places for a long time; Please
keep the scooters clean.
