Operation (Pic. B+C)
The appliance can be put into operation after reading and
understanding the general safety instructions and
appliance-specific safety instructions. Please proceed as
follows:
To achieve optimum heat distribution, put the fan to the
middle of the room or at least 1 m from the wall. This will
improve the air circulation and the room will warm up quicker.
All windows and doors must remain closed.
Connection (Pic. B):
Mind suitable protection of the mains .
Operation (Pic. C):
Set the required switching on or off temperature by
means of the thermostat controller .
There are 4 switching degrees on the switch:
-
Off
ventilation
Half heating output
Full heating output
In order to switch off the electric heating unit, leave the
function button in the position “Ventilation” for approximately 3
to 5 minutes (according to the product type). After that, it is
possible to turn the appliance off and even unplug it from the
power supply.
Warning! Never unplug the appliance from the power
supply when it is still hot; let it cool down first. The fan may
still ventilate even when being off. The input roughly
corresponds to the heating output (kW) and fan output
(depending on the 15-50 W model) sum.
Thermostat setting
Set the thermostat to average switch-off temperature.
Set the fan to full heating output and keep it heating until
the thermostat switches off.
Switch the fan off and change the room temperature.
If the room temperature is too low, turn the thermostat
regulator more to the right and switch the fan on again.
If the room temperature is too high, turn the thermostat
more to the left, let the room cool down and switch the
fan on again.
Repeat these steps again and again until the required
switch-off temperature is achieved.
