Robustes Elektro-Heizgerät mit 2 Heizstufen (7,5/15 kW),
Ventilator und Raumthermostat. Breites Fahrwerk für sicheren
Stand und bequemen Transport.
Einsatzgebiete:
Elektrische Heizgeräte werden im Bauwesen, im Schiffsbau,
in der Landwirtschaft, in Kfz-Werkstätten, in der Gastronomie,
bei Montagen und überall dort eingesetzt, wo Heizgeräte für
Öl oder Gas unerwünscht oder nicht zulässig sind.

Gewährleistung
Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich ausschließlich auf Mängel,
die auf Material- oder Herstellungsfehler zurückzuführen sind.
Bei Geltendmachung eines Mangels im Sinne der
Gewährleistung ist der original Kaufbeleg mit Verkaufdatum
beizufügen.
Von der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen sind unsachgemäße
Anwendungen, wie z. B. Überlastung des Gerätes,
Gewaltanwendung, Beschädigungen durch Fremdeinwirkung
oder durch Fremdkörper. Nichtbeachtung der Gebrauchs- und
Aufbauanleitung und normaler Verschleiß sind ebenfalls von
der Gewährleistung ausgeschlossen.
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise
Die Bedienungsanleitung muss vor der ersten Anwendung
des Gerätes ganz durchgelesen werden. Falls über den
Anschluss und die Bedienung des Gerätes Zweifel entstehen
sollten, wenden Sie sich an den Hersteller (Service-
Abteilung).
UM EINEN HOHEN GRAD AN SICHERHEIT ZU
GARANTIEREN, BEACHTEN SIE AUFMERKSAM
FOLGENDE HINWEISE:
Beim Einsatz der Geräte sind grundsätzlich immer die
jeweiligen örtlichen Bau- und
Brandschutzvorschriften sowie die Vorschriften der
Berufsgenossenschaften zu beachten.
Die Geräte wurden vor ihrer Auslieferung umfangreichen
Material-, Funktions- und Qualitätsprüfungen unterzogen.
Trotzdem können von den Geräten Gefahren ausgehen,
wenn sie von nicht eingewiesenen Personen unsachgemäß
oder nicht bestimmungsgemäß eingesetzt werden !!
ACHTUNG!
•Halten Sie den Arbeitsbereich sauber und
aufgeräumt. Unordentliche Arbeitsplätze und
Werkbänke erhöhen die Gefahr von Unfällen und
Verletzungen.
•Achten Sie auf die Umgebungsbedingungen, unter
denen Sie arbeiten. Verwenden Sie keine
Elektrowerkzeuge und Werkzeugmaschinen in feuchter
oder nasser Umgebung. Sorgen Sie für ausreichend
Beleuchtung. Setzen Sie elektrische Werkzeuge nicht
dem Regen oder hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit aus. Schalten
Sie elektrische Werkzeuge nicht in einer Umgebung mit
leicht entflammbaren Flüssigkeiten oder Gasen ein.
•Lassen Sie keine Fremden an die Maschine.
Besucher und Zuschauer, vor allem Kinder sowie kranke
und gebrechliche Personen, sollten vom Arbeitsplatz
fern gehalten werden.
•Sorgen Sie für die sichere Aufbewahrung von
Werkzeugen. Werkzeuge, die nicht gebraucht werden,
müssen an einem trockenen, möglichst hoch gelegenen
Platz aufbewahrt oder unzugänglich verwahrt werden.
•Verwenden Sie für jede Arbeit immer das richtige
Werkzeug. Verwenden Sie z.B. keine Kleinwerkzeuge
oder Zubehör für Arbeiten, die eigentlich mit schwerem
Werkzeug verrichtet werden müssen. Verwenden Sie
Werkzeuge ausschließlich für die Zwecke, für die sie
gebaut wurden. Überlasten Sie das Gerät nicht!
•Achten Sie auf das Stromkabel. Ziehen Sie nicht am
Kabel. Fassen Sie zum Abziehen nur den Stecker.
Halten Sie das Kabel fern von Wärmequellen, Öl und
scharfen Kanten.
•Verhindern Sie unbeabsichtigtes Einschalten. Achten
Sie immer darauf, dass das Werkzeug am
Geräteschalter ausgeschaltet ist, bevor Sie den
Netzstecker in die Steckdose stecken.
•Verwenden Sie im Außenbereich spezielle
Verlängerungskabel. Für den Außeneinsatz benötigen

Sie spezielle Verlängerungskabel, die dafür geeignet
und entsprechend markiert sind.
•Bleiben sie immer aufmerksam. Achten Sie auf das,
was Sie tun. Setzen Sie Ihren gesunden
Menschenverstand ein. Verwenden Sie keine
Elektrowerkzeuge, wenn Sie müde sind.
•Achten Sie auf beschädigte Teile. Untersuchen Sie
das Werkzeug, bevor Sie es benutzen. Sind einzelne
Teile beschädigt? Fragen Sie sich bei leichten
Beschädigungen ernsthaft, ob das Werkzeug trotzdem
einwandfrei und sicher funktionieren wird.
•Beugen Sie Stromschlägen vor. Vermeiden Sie jeden
körperlichen Kontakt mit geerdeten Objekten, z.B.
Wasserleitungen, Heizkörpern, Kochern und
Kühlschrankgehäusen.
•Verwenden Sie nur zugelassene Teile. Verwenden Sie
bei Wartung und Reparatur nur identische Ersatzteile.
Wenden Sie sich für Ersatzteile an ein zugelassenes
Service Center.
•Warnung! Die Verwendung von Zubehör und
Anbauteilen, die nicht ausdrücklich in dieser
Bedienungsanleitung empfohlen werden, kann die
Gefährdung von Personen und Objekten nach sich
ziehen.
Gerätespezifische Sicherheitshinweise
•Die mit der Bedienung der Geräte beauftragten
Personen haben die Geräte vor Arbeitsbeginn auf
augenfällige Mängel an den Bedienungs- und
Sicherheitseinrichtungen sowie auf das Vorhandensein
und die Funktion der Schutzeinrichtungen zu überprüfen.
•Werden Mängel festgestellt, ist der Aufsichtführende
zu verständigen !!
•Beim Einsatz der Geräte müssen die jeweiligen örtlichen
Vorschriften sowie
•die entsprechenden elektrischen Absicherungen
beachtet werden.
•Auf Sicherheitsabstände zu brennbaren Gegenständen
achten.
•Ein freier Luftansaug und Luftauslass muss immer
gewährleistet sein.
•Der Luftauslass darf nicht verengt oder mit Rohr- oder
Schlauchleitungen
•versehen werden.
•Niemals fremde Gegenstände in die Geräte stecken.
•Die Geräte dürfen während des Betriebes nicht
abgedeckt werden.
•Sicherheitseinrichtungen dürfen weder überbrückt noch
blockiert werden.
•Die Geräte dürfen nicht unmittelbar unter einer
Wandsteckdose betrieben werden.
•Die Geräte dürfen keinem direkten Wasserstrahl
ausgesetzt werden z.B. Hochdruckreiniger usw.
•Niemals Wasser in die Geräte eindringen lassen.
•Die Geräte dürfen nicht in feuer- und
explosionsgefährdeter Umgebung aufgestellt und
betrieben werden.
•Die Geräte dürfen nicht in öl-, schwefel- und salzhaltiger
Atmosphäre aufgestellt und betrieben werden.
•Alle Elektrokabel der Geräte sind vor Beschädigungen,
auch durch Tiere zu schützen.
•Die Geräte sind ortsveränderliche Elektro-
Heizautomaten für den gewerblichen Einsatz.
•Die Geräte werden ausschließlich mit elektrischer
Energie betrieben und sind für einen vollautomatischen,
universellen und problemlosen Einsatz konzipiert.
•Die Geräte sind mit speziell gekapselten elektrischen
Heizwiderständen, geräusch- und wartungsarmen
Axialventilatoren, Sicherheits- und
Nachlkühlthermostaten, Raumthermostatsteckdose und
Netzkabel mit Schutzkontaktstecker ausgerüstet.
•Die Geräte entsprechen den grundlegenden Sicherheits-
und Gesundheitsanforderungen der einschlägigen EU-
Bestimmungen.
•Die Geräte sind betriebssicher und einfach zu bedienen.
•Genügend Abstand zur Wand oder anderen
Gegenständen einhalten.
•Das Schutzgitter wird heiß! Keine brenn- oder
schmelzbaren Gegenstände davor stellen.
•Zur Verwendung kommen die Geräte unter anderem
zum:
•Trocknen von Neubauten
•Punktbeheizen von Arbeitsstellen im Freien oder in
nicht feuergefährdeten Hallen und
Fabrikationsräumen.
•Ständigen oder vorübergehenden Beheizen von
Räumen.
•Enteisen von Maschinen, Fahrzeugen und nicht
brennbaren Lagergütern, bei Einhaltung der
entsprechenden Sicherheitsabstände.
Gerät darf nur an einem Stromnetz mit RCD
(Fehlerstromschutzschalter) betrieben werden.
Verhalten im Notfall
Leiten Sie die der Verletzung entsprechend notwendigen
Erste Hilfe Maßnahmen ein und fordern Sie schnellst möglich
qualifizierte ärztliche Hilfe an. Bewahren Sie den Verletzten
vor weiteren Schädigungen und stellen Sie diesen ruhig.
Für einen eventuell eintretenden Unfall sollte immer ein
Verbandskasten nach DIN 13164 am Arbeitsplatz
griffbereit vorhanden sein. Dem Verbandskasten
entnommenes Material ist sofort wieder aufzufüllen.
Wenn Sie Hilfe anfordern, machen Sie folgende Angaben:
1. Ort des Unfalls
2. Art des Unfalls
3. Zahl der Verletzten
4. Art der Verletzungen
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Elektrische Heizgeräte werden im Bauwesen, im Schiffsbau,
in der Landwirtschaft, in Kfz-Werkstätten, in der Gastronomie,
bei Montagen und überall dort eingesetzt, wo Heizgeräte für
Öl oder Gas unerwünscht oder nicht zulässig sind.
Bei Nichtbeachtung der Bestimmungen, aus den allgemein
gültigen Vorschriften sowie den Bestimmungen aus dieser
Anleitung, kann der Hersteller für Schäden nicht
verantwortlich gemacht werden.
Restgefahren und Schutzmaßnahmen
Elektrische Restgefahr:
•Direkter elektrischer Kontakt:
Kann zu Stromschlägen führen.
Nur an Stromnetzen mit Fehlerstromschalter betreiben
•Indirekter elektrischer Kontakt:
Kann zu Stromschlägen führen.

Thermische Restgefahr:
•Verbrennungen, Frostbeulen:
Das Berühren von Schutzgitter und Gerätegehäuse kann
zu Verbrennungen führen.
Meiden Sie diese Bauteile.
Entsorgung
Die Entsorgungshinweise ergeben sich aus den
Piktogrammen die auf dem Gerät bzw. der Verpackung
aufgebracht sind. Eine Beschreibung der einzelnen
Bedeutungen finden Sie im Kapitel „Kennzeichnung“.
Entsorgung der Transportverpackung
Die Verpackung schützt das Gerät vor Transportschäden. Die
Verpackungsmaterialien sind in der Regel nach

umweltverträglichen und entsorgungstechnischen
Gesichtspunkten ausgewählt und deshalb recycelbar.
Das Rückführen der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf
spart Rohstoffe und verringert das Abfallaufkommen.
Verpackungsteile (z.B. Folien, Styropor®) können für Kinder
gefährlich sein. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr!
Bewahren Sie Verpackungsteile außerhalb der Reichweite
von Kindern auf und entsorgen Sie sie so schnell wie möglich.
Anforderungen an den Bediener
Der Bediener muss vor Gebrauch des Gerätes aufmerksam
die Bedienungsanleitung gelesen haben.
Qualifikation
Außer einer ausführlichen Einweisung durch eine
sachkundige Person ist keine spezielle Qualifikation für den
Gebrauch des Gerätes notwendig.
Mindestalter
Das Gerät darf nur von Personen betrieben werden, die das
16. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Eine Ausnahme stellt die
Benutzung als Jugendlicher dar, wenn die Benutzung im
Zuge einer Berufsausbildung zur Erreichung der Fertigkeit
unter Aufsicht eines Ausbilders erfolgt.
Schulung
Die Benutzung des Gerätes bedarf lediglich einer
entsprechenden Unterweisung. Eine spezielle Schulung ist
nicht notwendig.

Transport und Lagerung
Das Gerät kann mittels Tragegriff und Transporträdern
transportiert werden.
Unbenutzte Geräte sollten in einem trockenen,
verschlossenen Raum aufbewahrt werden.
Montage (Abb. 2, 3)
Schritt 1
Montieren Sie das Grundgestell mit den mitgelieferten
Schrauben auf beiden Seiten des Elektroheizers. Achten Sie
darauf das sich die Löcher der Radachse auf der Lüfterseite
befinden.
Schritt 2
Schieben Sie die Radachse durch die dafür vorgesehen
Löcher im montierten Grundgestell und sichern Sie die Achse
mittels der mitgelieferten Splinte. Schrauben Sie nun die
Transporträder an.
Schritt 3
Montieren Sie den Transportgriff an der Oberseite des
montierten Grundgestells.
Bedienung
Nachdem Sie die allgemeinen Sicherheitshinweise und die
Gerätespezifischen Sicherheitshinweise gelesen und
verstanden haben, können Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen.
Gehen Sie dabei wie folgt vor:
Um eine optimale Verteilung der Wärme zu erreichen, stellen
Sie den Elektroheizer möglichst in die Mitte des Raumes oder
mit mindestens 1m Abstand zur Wand. Dadurch wird die Luft
besser zirkuliert und der Raum erwärmt sich schneller. Es
sollten alle Fenster und Türen geschlossen bleiben.
Anschluss
Stecken Sie ein für diesen Zweck geeignetes
Verlängerungskabel in den Netzstecker am
Elektroheizer. Verbinden Sie dann den Stecker mit der
Steckdose.
Achten Sie auf geeignete Absicherung Ihres
Stromnetzes.
Betrieb
Mit dem Thermostatregler stellen Sie je nach Bedarf die
gewünschte Abschalttemperatur ein.
Der Funktionsschalter hat
5 Schaltstufen:
= Ausgeschalten
= Lüften
= Heizleistung 1/3
= Heizleistung 2/3
= Heizleistung 3/3
Zum Abschalten des Elektroheizers den Funktionsschalter für
ca. 3-5 min (je nach Modell) auf Stellung „Lüften“ belassen.
Anschließend kann das Gerät ausgeschaltet bzw.
ausgesteckt werden.
Niemals das Gerät im heißen Zustand ausstecken, bevor
der Elektroheizer abgekühlt ist. Auch im Ausgeschalteten
Zustand kann der Lüfter noch ventilieren.
Einstellen des Thermostates
Thermostat auf eine mittlere Abschalttemperatur stellen.
Elektroheizer auf volle Heizleistung einstellen und
heizen lassen bis der Thermostat abschaltet.
Elektroheizer abschalten und die Raumtemperatur
messen.
Ist die Raumtemperatur zu niedrig, den Thermostatregler
weiter nach rechts drehen und Heizer wieder
einschalten.
Ist die Raumtemperatur zu hoch, den Thermostat weiter
nach links drehen, den Raum abkühlen lassen und den
Heizer wieder einschalten.
Führen Sie diese Vorgänge immer wieder durch, bis Sie
die gewünschte Abschalttemperatur erreicht haben.
Achtung: Bei den ersten Inbetriebnahmen des
Elektroheizers kann es unter Umständen zu einer
unangenehmen Geruchsentwicklung, die jedoch absolut
unschädlich ist und mit zunehmender Betriebsdauer
vollständig verschwindet.

The guarantee solely covers inadequacies caused by material
defect or manufacturing defect.
Original payment voucher with the sales date needs to be
submitted for any claim in the guarantee period.
The guarantee does not cover any unauthorised use such as
appliance overloading, use of violence, damage as a result of
any unauthorised interference or caused by foreign items.
Failing to follow the operating and assembly instructions and
common wear are also not included in the guarantee.
General safety instructions
The Operating Instructions must be read thoroughly before
using the appliance for the first time. If there are any doubts
regarding the appliance connection and operation, please
contact the manufacturer (service department).
PLEASE FOLLOW CAREFULLY THESE INSTRUCTIONS
TO GUARANTEE A HIGH SAFETY LEVEL:
When using the appliance, it is always necessary to
follow the applicable local protective building and fire
regulations and regulations of professional
associations.
Before being released, the appliance had been subject to
extensive inspection of the material, working and quality.
Despite that, the appliance may be a source of danger if used
unprofessionally or in conflict with the designation by
untrained persons!!
CAUTION!
•Keep your place of work clean and tidy. Mess in the
place of work and work table increases the risk of
accidents and injuries.
•Consider the conditions of environment where you
are working. Do not use the electric tools and
appliances in a moist or wet environment. Provide
appropriate lighting. Do not expose the electric tools to
rain or high air humidity. Do not switch the electric tools
on in an environment with flammable liquids or gases.
•Do not let other persons get near the appliance.
Keep visitors and watchers, especially children and
disabled persons, in a safe distance from the place of
your work.
•Make sure the tools are stored in a safe way. Tools
and instruments that are not needed must be stored in
an elevated place in order not to be accessed by
unauthorised persons.
•Use the right tools for every type of work.
Do not use e.g. small instruments or accessories for
works that need to be performed by heavy tools. Use the
tools only for purposes for which they have been
designed. Do not overload the appliance!
•Have an eye to the electric cable.
Do not pull the cable. When unplugging the appliance,
pull the plug only. Protect the cable against sources of
heat, oil and sharp edges.
•Prevent unintentional switching on.
Make always sure the switch on the appliance is in the
off position before plugging the appliance.
•Use special extension cable for outdoor works.
For outdoor works, special extension cables suitable for
such works, fitted with appropriate marking are needed.
•Be concentrated at all times. Pay attention to what
you are doing.
Use common sense. Do not use the electric appliance
when you are tired.
•Have an eye to damaged parts. Check the appliance
before using. Are any parts damaged? In case of any
slight damage, consider seriously whether the appliance
can work faultlessly and safely.
•Protect against electric shock.
Prevent any contact of your body with grounded objects,
e.g. water piping, heating elements, cookers and fridges.
•Approved parts to be used only. Identical spare parts
must always be used for servicing and repairs. Spare
parts can be bought in an authorised customer service
centre.
•Warning!
Using accessories and extensions not explicitly
recommended in these Operating Instructions may result
in putting persons and items at risk.

Appliance-specific safety instructions
•Persons authorised to operate the appliances must
check the appliances before working for any visible
defects on the control and safety equipment and whether
protective equipment is in place and works faultlessly.
•The supervisor must be informed if any defects are
detected!!
•Applicable local regulations and electrical protection
must be adhered to when using the appliance.
•Keep a safe distance from flammable items.
•Unobstructed suction and air outlet must always be
provided.
•The air outlet must not be narrowed or fitted with tubes
or hoses.
•Never insert any items in appliances.
•The appliance must not be covered when being
operated.
•The safety equipment must not be bridged or blocked.
•The appliance must not be operated immediately below
the wall outlet.
•The appliance must not be exposed to direct water
stream, e.g. high-pressure cleaner, etc.
•Water must never penetrate the appliance.
•The appliance must not be installed and operated in an
environment with a risk of fire and explosion.
•The appliance must not be installed and operated in an
atmosphere containing oil, sulphur and salt.
•Protect all electric cables against any damage including
damage by animals.
•The appliance is a locally individual electric heating
automatic appliance for industrial purposes.
•The appliance can only be operated with electric energy
and has been designed for fully automatic, universal and
trouble-free use.
•The appliance has been fitted with specifically enclosed
electrical heating resistors, axial flow fans with reduced
noise and minimum maintenance, safety thermostats
and additional cooling thermostats, room thermostat
outlet and electric cable with a ground contact outlet.
•The appliance meets the basic safety and hygiene
requirements of applicable EU provisions.
•Safe operation and simple handling of the appliance.
•Keep a sufficient distance from the wall and other items.
•The protective grid heats up! Do not place any items that
could burn or melt near the protective grid.
•The appliance can for instance be used for:
•Drying of new buildings
•Spot heating of outdoor workplaces or in halls and
factory spaces with no risk of fire.
•Permanent or temporary heating of rooms.
•Defrosting of machines, vehicles and non-
combustible goods in stock while keeping the
applicable safety distance
The appliance can only be operated in an electrical
power system with RCD (safety switch against stray
current).
Emergency Action
Apply the first aid adequate to the injury and get qualified
medical assistance as quickly as possible. Protect the
injured person from more accidents and calm him/her down.
For the sake of eventual accident, in accordance with
DIN 13164, a workplace has to be fitted with a first-aid
kit. It is essential to replace any used material in the
first-aid kit immediately after it has been used. If you
seek help, state the following pieces of information:
1. Accident site
2. Accident type
3. Number of injured persons
4. Injury type(s)
Use as designated
Electric heaters are used in building industry, ship building,
agriculture, garages, gastronomy, for assemblies and where
oil and gas heaters are undesirable or not allowed.
The manufacturer cannot be held liable for any damage if
provisions of the generally applicable regulations and these
Operating Instructions are not followed.
Residual risks and protective measures

A contact with the protective grid and appliance housing
may cause burns. Avoid these construction parts.
Disposal
Disposal instructions are illustrated in the form of pictograms
on the device or packaging. Description of the pictograms is
given in "Identification" chapter.
Disposal of transport packaging
Packaging protects the device against damage during
transport. Packaging materials are usually selected according
to their effect on environment and disposal methods and can
therefore be recycled.
Returning of the packaging back to circulation saves
resources and costs for packaging disposal.
Parts of the packaging (e.g. foil, styropor) may be dangerous
for children. Risk of suffocation!
Keep these parts of the packaging out of reach of children
and dispose as soon as possible.
Operating staff requirements
The operator must carefully read the Operating Instructions
before using the appliance.
Qualification
No special qualification is necessary for using the appliance
apart from detailed instruction by a qualified person.
Minimum age
The appliance may only be operated by persons over 16
years of age. An exception includes youngsters operating the
appliance within their professional education to achieve
necessary skills under teacher's supervision.
Training
Using the appliance only requires appropriate instructions by
a professional or reading the Operating Instructions. No
special training necessary.

Transport and storing
The appliance may be transported using the handle and
transport wheels.
Store any appliances not used in a dry and locked
room.
Assembly (pic. 2, 3)
Step 1
Using the supplied screws, mount the chassis to both sides of
the electric heater. Make sure the wheel axis holes are on the
fan side.
Step 2
Put the wheel axis through appropriate holes in the mounted
chassis and secure it using the supplied pins. Now screw on
the transport wheels.
Step 3
Mount the travel handle to the upper part of the mounted
chassis.
Operation
The appliance may be put into operation after reading and
understanding the general safety instructions and
appliance-specific safety instructions. In doing so, proceed
as follows:
To reach the optimum heat distribution, put the electric heater
in the middle of the room or at least 1 m from the wall, if
possible. Air will circulate better this way and the room will get
warmer faster. All windows and doors must be closed.
Connection
Put the extension cable appropriate for this purpose to
the electric heater plug and plug the appliance.
Provide appropriate protection of your electrical network.
Operation
Using the thermostat regulator, adjust the required
switch-off temperature.
The function switch has 5 switch levels:
= off
= ventilation
= heating power 1/3
= heating power 2/3
= heating power 3/3
To switch the electric heater off, let the function button in the
"Ventilation" position for app. 3-5 minutes (depending on the
model). The appliance can then be switched off or unplugged.
Never unplug the appliance when hot, let it cool down
first. The fan may still ventilate after being switched off.
Thermostat setting
Set the thermostat to the average switch-off
temperature.
Set the fan to the full heating power and let it heat until
the thermostat switches off.
Switch the fan off and measure the room temperature.
If the room temperature is too low, turn the thermostat
regulator more to the right and switch the fan on again.
If the room temperature is too high, turn the thermostat
more to the left, let the room cool down and switch the
fan on again.
Keep repeating these steps until reaching the required
temperature.
Attention: For the first commissioning of the electrical
heater, it can sometimes be an unpleasant odor which
is completely harmless and completely disappears with
increasing operating time.

RESPECTEZ LES CONSIGNES SUIVANTES :
Lors de l’utilisation des appareils, il est toujours
nécessaire de respecter règles de protection de
bâtiment et d’incendie, ainsi que les règles des
associations de professionnels.
Avant la livraison, les appareils ont été soumis aux vastes
contrôles du matériau, de la fonction et de la qualité.
Néanmoins, cet appareil peut représenter une source de
danger lorsqu’il est utilisé par des personnes non formées de
façon incompétente ou contrairement à la destination !!
ATTENTION !
•Maintenez votre lieu de travail en ordre !
Le désordre sur le lieu de travail et l’établi augmente des
risques d’accidents et de blessures.
•Prenez en considération les conditions
atmosphériques. N’utilisez pas les outils et appareils
électriques dans un environnement humide ou mouillé.
Veillez à un éclairage suffisant. N’exposez pas les outils
électriques à la pluie ou à une humidité d’air élevée. Ne
mettez pas les appareils électriques en marche à
proximité des liquides ou des gaz inflammables.
•Empêchez l’accès à l’appareil aux tierces personnes.
Éloignez les visiteurs, les spectateurs, en particulier les
enfants, les personnes malades ou faibles, de votre lieu
de travail.
•Assurez un rangement sûr des outils. Rangez les
outils que vous n’utilisez pas à un endroit sec, si
possible en hauteur ou fermez-les de façon à ce qu’ils
soient inaccessibles aux personnes non autorisées.
•Utilisez pour chaque travail l’outil adéquat.
Par exemple, n’utilisez pas de petits outils ou
accessoires pour des travaux qui doivent être effectués
par des outils lourds. Utilisez les outils exclusivement
dans le but dans lequel ils ont été conçus. Ne
surchargez pas l’appareil !
•Surveillez le câble d’alimentation. Ne tirez pas sur le
câble. Ne l’utilisez pas pour retirer la fiche de la prise.
Éloignez-le des sources de chaleur, de l’huile et des
bords tranchants.
•Évitez la mise en marche involontaire de l’appareil.
Avant de brancher la fiche à la prise, vérifiez que
l’interrupteur de l’appareil se trouve en position „arrêt“
•Pour les travaux à l’extérieur, utilisez uniquement
des câbles de rallongement spéciaux. Pour les
travaux extérieurs, utilisez des câbles de rallongement
spéciaux adéquats marqués de façon correspondante.
•Soyez attentifs. Faites attention à ce que vous faites.
Utilisez le bon sens. N’utilisez pas les appareils
électriques si vous êtes fatigués.
•Faites attention aux pièces endommagées. Vérifiez
l’appareil avant de l’utiliser. Certaines pièces sont
endommagées ? En cas d’un endommagement léger,
réfléchissez si l’appareil peut fonctionner sûrement et
parfaitement.
•Protégez-vous de l’électrocution. Évitez le contact
physique avec les objets mis à la terre, par exemple,
conduites d’eau, corps de chauffe, réchauds et
réfrigérateurs.
•Utilisez uniquement les pièces détachées
autorisées. Lors de l’entretien et des réparations,
utilisez uniquement les pièces détachées adéquates.
Pour cela, adressez-vous au service après-vente agréé.
•Avertissement ! L’utilisation d’accessoires et de pièces
d’extension non recommandés explicitement dans cette
notice peut représenter un danger pour des personnes
et des objets.

Consignes de sécurité spécifiques pour l‘appareil
•Avant de commencer à travailler, les personnes
manipulant l’appareil doivent contrôler l’appareil du point
de vue des défauts visibles sur les dispositifs de
commande et de sécurité, ainsi que la présence et le
fonctionnement des dispositifs de protection.
•En cas de constatation de défauts, il est nécessaire
d’en informer le surveillant !!
•Lors de l’utilisation des appareils, il est nécessaire de
respecter les règles locales en vigueur ainsi que les
protections électriques adéquates.
•Respectez les distances de sécurité des objets
inflammables.
•Assurez l’aspiration et la sortie d’air libres.
•La sortie d’air ne doit pas être rétrécie ni munie de tubes
ou tuyaux.
•N’insérez jamais des objets étrangers dans les
appareils.
•Il est interdit de couvrir les appareils pendant le
fonctionnement.
•Il est interdit de court-circuiter ou de bloquer les
dispositifs de sécurité.
•Il est interdit de faire fonctionner les appareils juste au-
dessous d’une prise murale.
•Les appareils ne doivent jamais être exposés à un jet
d’eau direct, par exemple, nettoyeur haute pression,
etc.
•L’eau ne doit jamais pénétrer dans les appareils.
•Il est interdit d’installer et de faire fonctionner les
appareils dans un milieu avec risque d’incendie et
d’explosion.
•Il est interdit d’installer et de faire fonctionner les
appareils dans contenant de l’huile, du soufre et du sel.
•Protégez tous les câbles électriques de
l’endommagement, ainsi que celui provoqué par des
animaux.
•Les appareils sont des automates de chauffage
électriques pour l’utilisation industrielle à divers endroits.
•Les appareils sont utilisés exclusivement avec l’énergie
électrique et sont conçus pour l’utilisation entièrement
automatique, universelle et sans problème.
•Les appareils sont équipés de résistance de chauffage
électriques spécialement encapsulés, de ventilateurs
axiaux avec niveau sonore réduit et entretien minimal,
de thermostats de sécurité et de thermostats de
refroidissement additionnel, de fiche de thermostat
d’ambiance et de câble avec fiche équipée d’un contact
de protection.
•Les appareils répondent aux exigences de base des
dispositions CE correspondantes relatives à la sécurité

Conduite en cas d’urgence
Effectuez les premiers gestes de secours et appelez
rapidement les premiers secours.
Protégez le blessé d’autres blessures et calmez-le.
Pour des raisons de risque d’accident, le lieu de travail
doit être équipé d’une armoire à pharmacie selon DIN
13164. Il est nécessaire de compléter immédiatement le
matériel pris dans l’armoire à pharmacie. Si vous appelez
les secours, fournissez les renseignements suivants:

Les corps de chauffe électriques sont utilisés dans le

Le fabricant décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages
consécutifs au non respect des dispositions émanant des
règles générales en vigueur et de ce mode d’emploi.
Risques résiduels et mesures de protection

Le contact avec la grille de protection et le carter de
l’appareil peut provoquer des brûlures. Évitez de toucher
ces pièces de construction.
Liquidation
Les consignes de liquidation résultent des pictogrammes
indiqués sur l’appareil ou sur l’emballage. La description des
significations individuelles se trouve dans le chapitre
« Indications sur l’appareil ».
Liquidation de l’emballage de transport
L’emballage protège l’appareil de l’endommagement lors du
transport. En général, le matériel d’emballage est choisi de
façon à ce qu’il réponde aux règles de protection de
l’environnement et de liquidation des déchets, par
conséquent, il peut être recyclé.
La remise de l’emballage dans le circuit de matières permet
d’économiser des matières premières et de réduire les
déchets. Des parties de l’emballage (telles que films,
styropore) peuvent être dangereux pour les enfants. Danger
d’étouffement! Rangez les parties de l’emballage hors de
portée des enfants et liquidez-les le plus rapidement possible.
Exigences à l’égard de l’opérateur
L’opérateur doit lire attentivement la notice avant d’utiliser
l’appareil.
Qualification
Mis à part l’instruction détaillée par un spécialiste, aucune
autre qualification spécifique n’est requise.

Transport et stockage
L’appareil peut être transporté à l’aide de la poignée de
transport et des roues de transport.
Rangez les appareils non utilisés dans une pièce
sèche et fermée.
Montage (fig. 2, 3)
Étape 1
Vissez le châssis aux deux côtés du corps de chauffe
électrique à l’aide des vis fournies. Veillez à ce que les
orifices de l’axe de roue se trouvent du côté du ventilateur.
Étape 2
Passez l’axe de roue par les orifices correspondants dans le
châssis vissée et bloquez-le à l’aide des goupilles fournies.
À présent, vissez les roues de transport.
Étape 3
Fixez la poignée de transport sur le dessus du châssis vissé.
Manipulation
Mettez l’appareil en marche après avoir lu et compris les
consignes de sécurité générales et les consignes de
sécurité spécifiques pour l’appareil. Procédez comme suit:
Afin d’atteindre la répartition de chaleur optimale, placez le
corps de chauffe électrique si possible au centre de la pièce
ou au minimum à 1 m du mur. Ainsi, l’air circulera mieux et la
pièce chauffera plus vite. Toutes les fenêtres et portes
doivent restées fermées.
Branchement
•Insérez la rallonge convenant à cet effet dans la fiche du
corps de chauffe électrique. Ensuite, insérez la fiche
dans la prise.
•Veillez à une protection adéquate de votre secteur.
Fonctionnement
•Réglez la température d’arrêt souhaitée à l’aide du
régulateur du thermostat.
•Commutateur des fonctions à 5 degrés :
= arrêt
= ventilation
= puissance de chauffe 1/3
= puissance de chauffe 2/3
= puissance de chauffe 3/3
Pour arrêter le corps de chauffe électrique, laissez le bouton
de fonction environ 3-5 minutes (en fonction du modèle) en
position "Ventilation". Ensuite, vous pouvez arrêter l’appareil
ou le débrancher du secteur.
Ne débranchez jamais l’appareil du secteur lorsqu’il est
encore chaud, laissez-le d’abord refroidir. Le ventilateur peut
continuer à tourner même en état arrêté.
Réglage du thermostat
•Réglez le thermostat à la température d’arrêt moyenne.
•Réglez le ventilateur à la puissance de chauffe
maximale et laissez le chauffer jusqu’à ce que le
thermostat ne s’arrête.
•Arrêtez le ventilateur et mesurez la température de la
pièce.
•Si la température de la pièce est basse, tournez le
régulateur du thermostat plus à droite et mettez le
ventilateur à nouveau en marche.
•Si la température ambiante est trop élevée, tournez le
thermostat plus à gauche, laissez la pièce refroidir et
remettez le ventilateur en marche.
•Répétez ces opérations jusqu’à l’obtention de la
température d’arrêt souhaitée.

Záruka se vztahuje výhradněna nedostatky způsobené

Před prvním použitím stroje je nutno tento návod k obsluze
celý pročíst. Vzniknou-li pochyby, pokud jde o zapojení a
obsluhu přístroje, obraťte se na výrobce (servisní oddělení).
ABY BYL ZAJIŠTĚN VYSOKÝ STUPEŇBEZPEČNOSTI,
DODRŽUJTE, PROSÍM, POZORNĚTYTO POKYNY:
Při použití přístrojůje třeba vždy zásadnědodržovat
dané místní ochranné stavební a protipožární
předpisy, jakož i předpisy profesních sdružení.
Přístroje byly před vydodáním podrobeny rozsáhlým
kontrolám materiálu, funkce a kvality. Přesto mohou
z přístrojůvycházet nebezpečí, pokud je neodborněči
v rozporu s určením používají nevyškolené osoby!!
POZOR!
•Své pracovištěudržujte čisté a uklizené. Nepořádek
na pracovišti a pracovním stole zvyšuje nebezpečí úrazů
a poranění.
•Dávejte pozor na podmínky prostředí, ve kterém
pracujete. Elektrické nářadí a přístroje nepoužívejte ve
vlhkém či mokrém prostředí. Zajistěte dostatečné
osvětlení. Elektrické nářadí nevystavujte dešti ani
vysoké vlhkosti vzduchu. Elektrické přístroje nezapínejte
v prostředí s hořlavými kapalinami nebo plyny.
•Ke stroji nepouštějte cizí osoby. Návštěvníky a
diváky, především děti a zdravotněoslabené osoby
udržujte v bezpečné vzdálenosti od svého pracoviště.
•Zajistěte bezpečné uložení nástrojů.Nástroje a
nářadí, které nepotřebujete, je nutno uložit pokud možno
na vyvýšeném místětak, aby nebyly přístupné
nepovolaným osobám.
•Pro každou práci používejte vždy správné nářadí.
Nepoužívejte např. malé nástroje nebo příslušenství pro
práce, na které je třeba provést těžkého nářadí. Nástroje
používejte výhradněpro účely, pro které byly
konstruovány. Přístroj nepřetěžujte!
•Dávejte pozor na elektrický kabel.
Za kabel netahejte. Při vytahování ze zásuvky tahejte
pouze za zástrčku. Kabel chraňte před zdroji tepla,
olejem a ostrými hranami.
•Zabraňte neúmyslnému zapnutí.
Vždy dbejte na to, aby před zapojením síťové zástrčky
byl spínačna přístroji v poloze vypnuto.
•Při práci venku používejte speciální prodlužovací
kabely.
Pro venkovní práce potřebujete speciální prodlužovací
kabely, které jsou pro tyto práce vhodné a nesou
příslušné označení.
•Neustále si udržujte soustředěnost. Dávejte pozor na
to, co děláte.
Používejte zdravý rozum. Elektrické nářadí nepoužívejte,
když jste unaveni.
•Dávejte pozor na poškozené součásti. Před použitím
přístroj zkontrolujte. Jsou některé součásti poškozené?
V případělehkých poškození opravdu uvažte, zda
přístroj přesto bude fungovat bezvadněa bezpečně.
•Chraňte se před úderem elektrickým proudem.
Zabraňte jakémukoliv kontaktu svého těla s uzemněnými
objekty, např. vodovodním potrubím, topnými tělesy,
sporáky a chladničkami.
•Používejte pouze schválené součásti. Při údržběa
opravách používejte vždy stejné náhradní díly. Náhradní
díly dostanete v autorizovaném servisním středisku.
•Výstraha!
Používání příslušenství a nástavců, které nejsou v tomto
návodu k obsluze výslovnědoporučeny, může mít za
následek ohrožení osob a předmětů.

poškozením, a to i poškozením zvířaty.

automaty pro průmyslové použití.
•Přístroje jsou provozovány výhradněs elektrickou
energií a jsou koncipovány pro plněautomatické,
univerzální a bezproblémové použití.

elektrickými topnými odpory, axiálními ventilátory se
sníženou hlučností a minimální údržbou, pojistnými

Chování v případěnouze
Zaveďte úrazu odpovídající potřebnou první pomoc a vyzvěte
co možná nejrychleji kvalifikovanou lékařskou pomoc.
Chraňte zraněného před dalšími úrazy a uklidněte jej.
Kvůli případné nehoděmusí být na pracovišti vždy po
ruce lékárnička první pomoci dle DIN 13164. Materiál,
který si z lékárničky vezmete, je třeba ihned doplnit.

Likvidace
Pokyny pro likvidaci vyplývají z piktogramůumístěných na
přístroji resp. obalu. Popis jednotlivých významůnajdete

Likvidace přepravního obalu
Obal chrání přístroj před poškozením při přepravě. Obalové
materiály jsou zvoleny zpravidla podle jejich šetrnosti vůči
životnímu prostředí a způsobu likvidace a lze je proto
recyklovat.
Vrácení obalu do oběhu materiálu šetří suroviny a snižuje
náklady na likvidaci odpadů.
Části obalu (např. fólie, styropor) mohou být nebezpečné pro
děti. Existuje riziko udušení!
Části obalu uschovejte mimo dosah dětí a co nejrychleji
zlikvidujte.
Požadavky na obsluhu
Obsluha si musí před použitím přístroje pozorněpřečíst
návod k obsluze.
Kvalifikace
Kroměpodrobného poučení odborníkem není pro používání
přístroje nutná žádná speciální kvalifikace.

Na přístroji smí pracovat jen osoby, jež dosáhly 16 let.
Výjimku představuje využití mladistvých, pokud se toto děje
během profesního vzdělávání za účelem dosažení dovednosti
pod dohledem školitele.
Školení
Používání přístroje vyžaduje pouze odpovídající poučení
odborníkem resp. návodem k obsluze. Speciální školení není
nutné.

Přeprava a uložení
Přístroj lze přepravovat pomocí rukojeti na pojíždění a
dopravních kol.
Přístroje, které nepoužíváte, uschovejte v suché a
uzamčené místnosti.
Montáž (obr. 2, 3)
Krok 1
Pomocí dodaných šroubůpřimontujte podvozek k oběma
stranám elektrického topného tělesa. Dbejte na to, aby se
otvory osy kola nacházely na straněvětráku.
Krok 2
Osu kola prostrčte příslušnými otvory v přimontovaném
podvozku a zajistěte ji pomocí dodaných závlaček. Nyní
našroubujte dopravní kola.
Krok 3
K vrchní straněpřimontovaného podvozku přimontujte rukojeť
na pojíždění.
Obsluha
Po přečtení a pochopení všeobecných bezpečnostních
pokynůa bezpečnostních pokynůspecifických pro
přístroj můžete přístroj uvést do provozu. Přitom postupujte
následovně:
Abyste dosáhli optimálního rozdělení tepla, postavte
elektrické topné těleso pokud možno do středu místnosti nebo
minimálně1m od stěny. Vzduch tak bude lépe cirkulovat a
místnost se rychleji ohřeje. Všechna okna a dveře musí zůstat
zavřena.
Zapojení
•Prodlužovací kabel, vhodný pro tento účel, strčte do
zástrčky elektrického topného tělesa. Poté strčte
zástrčku do zásuvky.
•Dbejte na vhodné jištění Vaší elektrické sítě.
Provoz
•Pomocí regulátoru termostatu nastavte dle potřeby
požadovanou vypínací teplotu.
•Přepínačfunkcí má 5 spínacích stupňů:
= vypnuto
= větrání
= topný výkon 1/3
= topný výkon 2/3
= topný výkon 3/3
K vypnutí elektrického topného tělesa nechte funkční tlačítko
cca 3-5 minut (podle modelu) v poloze "Větrání". Poté lze
přístroj vypnout resp. odpojit ze sítě.
Nikdy neodpojujte přístroj ze sítěhorký, nejprve jej nechte
vychladnout. I ve vypnutém stavu může větrák ještě
ventilovat.
Nastavení termostatu
•Termostat nastavte na průměrnou vypínací teplotu.
•Ventilátor nastavte na plný topný výkon a nechte hřát,
dokud se nevypne termostat.
•Ventilátor vypněte a změřte pokojovou teplotu.
•Je-li pokojová teplota příliš nízká, otočte regulátor
termostatu dále doprava a ventilátor znovu zapněte.
•Je-li pokojová teplota příliš vysoká, otočte termostat dále
doleva, místnost nechte vychladnout a ventilátor znovu
zapněte.
•Tyto kroky neustále opakujte, dokud nedosáhnete
požadované vypínací teploty.

Záruka
Záruka sa vzťahuje výhradne na nedostatky spôsobené
chybou materiálu alebo výrobnou chybou.
Pri reklamácii v záručnej lehote je potrebné priložiťoriginálny
doklad o kúpe s dátumom predaja.
Do záruky nespadá neodborné použitie, ako napr. preťaženie
prístroja, použitie násilia, poškodenie cudzím zásahom alebo
cudzími predmetmi. Nedodržanie návodu na použitie a
montáž a normálne opotrebenie tiež nespadá do záruky.
Všeobecné bezpečnostné pokyny
Pred prvým použitím stroja je nutné tento návod na obsluhu
celý prečítať. Ak vzniknú pochybnosti čo sa týka zapojenia a
obsluhy prístroja, obráťte sa na výrobcu (servisné oddelenie).
ABY BOL ZAISTENÝ VYSOKÝ STUPEŇBEZPEČNOSTI,
DODRŽUJTE, PROSÍM, POZORNE TIETO POKYNY:
Pri použití prístrojov je potrebné vždy zásadne
dodržiavaťdané miestne ochranné stavebné a
protipožiarne predpisy, ako aj predpisy profesijných
združení.
Prístroje boli pred dodaním podrobené rozsiahlym kontrolám
materiálu, funkcie a kvality. Napriek tomu môžu byťprístroje
nebezpečné, ak ich neodborne či v rozpore s určením
používajú nevyškolené osoby!!
POZOR!
•Svoje pracovisko udržujte čisté a upratané.
Neporiadok na pracovisku a pracovnom stole zvyšuje
nebezpečenstvo úrazov a poranenia.
•Dávajte pozor na podmienky prostredia, v ktorom
pracujete. Elektrické náradie a prístroje nepoužívajte vo
vlhkom alebo mokrom prostredí. Zaistite dostatočné
osvetlenie. Elektrické náradie nevystavujte dažďu ani
vysokej vlhkosti vzduchu. Elektrické prístroje nezapínajte
v prostredí s horľavými kvapalinami alebo plynmi.
•K stroju nepúšťajte cudzie osoby. Návštevníkov a
divákov, predovšetkým deti a zdravotne oslabené osoby,
udržujte v bezpečnej vzdialenosti od svojho pracoviska.
•Zaistite bezpečné uloženie nástrojov. Nástroje a
náradie, ktoré nepotrebujete, je nutné uložiťpokiaľ
možno na vyvýšenom mieste tak, aby neboli prístupné
nepovolaným osobám.
•Na každú prácu používajte vždy správne náradie.
Nepoužívajte napr. malé nástroje alebo príslušenstvo na
práce, na ktoré je potrebné použitie ťažkého náradia.
Nástroje používajte výhradne na účely, na ktoré boli
konštruované. Prístroj nepreťažujte!
•Dávajte pozor na elektrický kábel.
Za kábel neťahajte. Pri vyťahovaní zo zásuvky ťahajte
iba za zástrčku. Kábel chráňte pred zdrojmi tepla, olejom
a ostrými hranami.
•Zabráňte neúmyselnému zapnutiu.
Vždy dbajte na to, aby pred zapojením sieťovej zástrčky
bol spínačna prístroji v polohe vypnuté.
•Pri práci vonku používajte špeciálne predlžovacie
káble.
Na vonkajšie práce potrebujete špeciálne predlžovacie
káble, ktoré sú na tieto práce vhodné a nesú príslušné
označenie.
•Neustále si udržujte sústredenosť. Dávajte pozor na
to, čo robíte.
Používajte zdravý rozum. Elektrické náradie
nepoužívajte, keďste unavení.
•Dávajte pozor na poškodené súčasti. Pred použitím
prístroj skontrolujte. Sú niektoré súčasti poškodené? V
prípade ľahkých poškodení naozaj uvážte, či prístroj
napriek tomu bude fungovaťbezchybne a bezpečne.
•Chráňte sa pred úrazom elektrickým prúdom.
Zabráňte akémukoľvek kontaktu svojho tela
s uzemnenými objektmi, napr. vodovodným potrubím,
vykurovacími telesami, sporákmi a chladničkami.
•Používajte iba schválené súčasti. Pri údržbe a
opravách používajte vždy rovnaké náhradné diely.
Náhradné diely dostanete v autorizovanom servisnom
stredisku.
•Výstraha!
Používanie príslušenstva a násadcov, ktoré nie sú
v tomto návode na obsluhu výslovne odporúčané, môže
maťza následok ohrozenie osôb a predmetov.
