Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety instructions when using
this equipment: Read all instructions before using this equipment.
• Never leave the treadmill unattended. Unplug the unit from the power outlet when it is not in use.
• Do not allow children or those unfamiliar with its operation on or near the treadmill. Do not leave children or
persons with reduced physical or mental capabilities unsupervised around the treadmill.
• Please wear proper clothes and shoes when using this equipment; do not wear clothes that might catch
any part of the equipment.
• If you feel any chest pains, nausea, dizziness, or short of breath, you should stop exercising immediately
and consult your physician before continuing.
• Keep children and pets away from the equipment. This machine is designed for adults only.
• Only one person should be on the equipment while in use.
• Please make sure all parts are not damaged and xed well before use.
• Never operate the unit if it is damaged, if it is not working properly
• This equipment should be placed on a at surface when using. Using a mat or other covering material on
the ground is recommended. The minimum free space required for safe operation is 0,5 meter.
• Never block the air openings on the hood while operating the treadmill. Never drop or insert objects into
any opening.
• Use the treadmill only for its intended purpose as described in this manual.
• If the power cord of the machine is damaged, it must be replaced. Do not use the machine until the power
cord has been changed and properly attached.
• Do not use the equipment outdoors.
• This appliance is designed for use with ~220 - ~240 Volt rated voltage.
• The maximum weight capacity for this product is 160kgs.

injury.
NOTE: Each step number in the assembly instructions tells you what you will be doing. Read and
understand all instructions thoroughly before assembling the treadmill.

●Lift up and remove the box that surrounds the Treadmill.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 1
Take out the machine from box and put it on the at oor. (As shown)
Insert the upright post into clamping ring on the both side of the main frame with 4 pcs of M8*80
screws. Connect well the communication wire before upright post assembly.
STEP 2
Connect communication wires (on the right) well with right upright post. Put the console onside the
upright post and x it with 4 pcs of M8*20 screws.

STEP 3
Connect communication wire too before inserting the led panel to the led seat and then x the con-
sole with 4 pcs of M8*20 screws.
STEP 4
Fix left upright post cover onto base frame with 2 pcs of M4 *15 screws and then connect to the
motor cover with 2 pcs of St4*15 screws. It’s the same way to assembly right upright post cover. Fix
the console back cover with 4 pcs of ST4*15 screws. Assembly is done.

The treadmill can be moved around in house safely in its fold-up position by using the transport
wheels.
When moving this machine, following things must be determined:
1.The main frame has been fallen to the lowest point.
2.The power switch has been closed.
3.The power plug has been pulled out of the power socket.
After specifying the above points, grasp the end of the platform with both hands and lift the mach-
ine up. Stand up straight and move the machine forward or backward slowly. After moving to the
right place, allow deck to begin slowly dropping before releasing hands.

3.1 “START” key :when the treadmill is stopped, press the START key to turn on the treadmill.
Press “PAUSE” key when running, it will pause.
3.2 “STOP” key ,when the treadmill is running, stop the treadmill by pressing the STOP key when
the window show the ERR massage, press the stop key to clear the err massage.
3.3 : “+” KEY : increase the speed when running.
3.4 “–“ KEY: decrease the speed when running.
3.5 “ ”KEY : Decrease the inclination by pressing this key
3.6 “ ”KEY : Decrease the inclination by pressing this key

In any state, pull-out safety locks, if window displays: ER-7 and you hear a BEEP-sound. Then put
back the safety lock, all show that the full light for 2 seconds, then go to manual start mode (the
equivalent of clearing reset).
Computer has built-in dual-channel stereo, switching mode, power supply, and no signal mute
function. Use the distributive audio adapter MP3-wire to connect the MP3 input to computer music
input.
1. Click the key “setting” in the homepage.
2. The “KPH” or “MPH” will popup out, KPH means metric and MPH means inch.
7.1. There are six USER mode: USER1~USER6,Under USER mode, the user can set their own
training mode.
7.2. Click “Training” of home page, then click “Customization” enter “USER1~USER6”mode.

7.3. Enter this page and slide the chart to adjust incline and speed. After setting, click key “OK” to
enter TIME page, the default time is 30mins; then start this mode. The incline and speed could be
used for next time once after setting. (See pic 3)
8. INSTRUCTIONS OF SAFE USAGE
8.1. Put the power cord into the electrical outlet with 10A. Flip this switch to the “ON” position. The
screen shines with prompt sound.
8.2. During running, pull out the safety key if you need to stop immediately.
8.3. “P0” User program. Press “MODE” cycle select four training mode. User can select the speed
and incline. Speed default is 1.0km/h. Incline default is 0%.
a. Training mode 1: Counting time, Time, speed, distance calorie is plus. The select function is
closed
b. Training mode 2: Time Countdown. Under selecting, time window icker, press “+”“-” to select.
The range is 5-99 minute. Default is 30:00.
c. Training mode 3: Distance Countdown. Under selecting, distance window icker, press “+”
“-”to select. The range is 1.0-99.0km. Default is1.0KM..
d. Training mode 4: Calories Countdown. Under selecting, calories window icker, press “+” “-”
to select. The range is 20-990CAL. Default is 50CAL.

8. INSTRUCTIONS OF SAFE USAGE
P1 — P36 ”are Preset program only for time count down mode. Under selecting, time window
icker, click”+” “-“ to set time, the range is 5-99 minute. Default is 30:00.
Step 1: Enter “Training” of home page:
A. Click the “ + “ and “ – “ keys to adjust the speed of the treadmill when it’s in operation.
B. For P1—P36, speed and inclination divide into 10 segments. Each segment has the same time.
Speed and inclination after selecting will be available in current segment. When running to the next
segment, the monitor will sound 3 times in advance. When 10 segments has nished, the motor will
stop.
C. Click “START” when running, it will pause. Click “START” key again, it will start again, the record
data will keep.
Step 3: The built-in program has 6 sports modes: warm-up, oxygen, slim, health, climb, expert.
Each sports mode includes 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 training intensity for selection (duration of each
training mode is xed).
