Overview
简介
•The PSR2400-12AHAH-B is a DC output power module that supports AC
and HVDC power input. It provides a maximum output of 2400 W. The
power module has two power inputs: primary power input (input 1) and
secondary power input (input 2). Only input 1 works if you connect power
to both power inputs. PSR2400-12AHAH-B是一款提供直流输出的电源模
块,既支持交流输入也支持高压直流输入。这款电源模块的最大输出功
率可达 2400W。该电源有两路输入,Input 1 为主用输入,Input 2 为备用
输入,两路同时供电时负载在 Input 1。

is operating. Before removing the power module, disconnect the power

置供电系统的连接,然后直接对电源模块进行插拔操作
A power module
shuts down after an input undervoltage, short circuit,
output overcurrent, or overtemperature condition occurs. After the issues
are resolved, it automatically restores power supply.
当电源模块触发输入欠压保护
、短路保护、输出限流保护、过温保护功能时,
电源停止供电。当故障消失后,会自动恢复供电。
A power module
shuts down and is locked after an output overvoltage
condition occurs. It cannot restore power supply automatically after the
issue is resolved. To restore power supply, perform the following tasks:
当电源模块触发输出过压保护功能时,电源锁死,停止供电。当电源模块被
锁死时,其不能自动恢复正常工作,可以采用以下步骤来使电源模块恢复正
常工作:
•Disconnect the power cord from the external power supply system.
首先断开电源线与外置电源系统的连接;
•Disconnect the power cord from the power module and then reconnect it.
接着将电源线插头从电源模块上拔出,然后重新连接电源线至电源模块;

Connect the power cord to the external power supply system.
最后连接电源线至外置电源系统。

和拆卸
1. Safety precautions 安全注意事项
•
Wear an ESD wrist strap and make sure the wrist strap makes good skin
contact.
在安装和拆卸电源模块时请注意佩戴防静电腕带,并确保防静电腕带与皮
肤良好接触。
•Before installing the power module, make sure the operating voltage of
the external power supply system is as required by the power module,
and the output voltage of the power module
is as required by the powered
device.
在安装电源模块前,请确认外置供电系统的工作电压同电源模块所标电
压、电源模块输出电压同受电设备所需电压是否相符,避免对电源模块和
受电设备造成损坏。
•To avoid bodily injury, do not touch any bare wire or terminal.
不要接触露出的任何导线、端子部分,以免对人体造成伤害。
•To avoid power module damage, do not open the power module. When
the internal circuits or components of the power module
fail, contact H3C
Support.
为了防止电源模块受损,请不要随意打开电源模块外壳,当电源模块内部
线路或元器件出现故障时,请移交维修人员进行检修。
•Before installing or removing the power module, make sure no power
cord is connected to the power module.
安装和拆卸电源模块时应确保电源模块上没有连接电源线。

2. Tools 工具准备
An ESD wrist strap is required for installing and removing the power module
and connecting the power cord. Prepare an ESD wrist strap yourself.
安装和拆卸电源模块和电源线过程中需要使用防静电腕带,请用户自备。
3. Installing the power module 安装电源模块
•To prevent damage to the power module or the connector on the
backplane of the powered device, insert the power module gently.
为了避免损坏电源模块或受电设备背板的连接器端子,在电源模块插入过
程中动作要缓慢。
•If you insert the power module upside down, you will encounter a hard
resistance because of the special structure designs of the slot and power
module. You need to pull out the power module, orient it correctly, and
insert it again.
如果上下倒置,安装过程将受插槽和电源模块特意设计的结构限制,不能
顺利进行,必须先拔出模块,然后重新插入。
•Before installing the power module
on a switch, make sure it matches the
switch model. For more information, see the installation guide for the
switch. 安装前请检查电源模块型号与设备是否匹配,具体请参见各产品
的安装指导。
•Keep the filler panel, packaging box, and packaging bags for the power
module secure for future use. 请妥善保管假面板及电源模块的包装盒、
包装袋等物品,以备将来需要时使用。
•Before you install a power module, remove the filler panel or power
module slot adapter (if any) from the target slot. The
following procedure
describes how to install a power module when a power module slot
adapter is installed in the slot. 如果电源槽位有电源假面板和电源转接滑
道,请先拆卸下电源假面板和电源转接滑道。如下以电源槽位存在电源
转接滑道的情况为例介绍。

(1) Use a screwdriver to loosen the captive screw on the power module slot
adapter. 安装电源模块前,请先拆卸电源转接滑道,逆时针方向旋转螺丝刀,
拧松松不脱螺钉。
(2) Hold the power module slot adapter with your right thumb pressing the front
panel and other fingers put into the hole.用右手大拇指顶住电源转接滑道的前
面板,其他手指抠住电源转接滑道侧面的凹槽。
(3) Pull the power module slot adapter part way out of the slot, and then pull it
rightwards until the tabs on its left side disengage the chassis. Pull the power
module slot adapter out of the slot.将电源转接滑道向外拉出一些,然后向右拉,
使电源转接滑道左侧的卡扣与设备脱离。最后将电源转接滑道向外拉出。

(4) Unpack the power module and verify that the input mode of the power module
is as required. 从电源模块包装盒中取出电源模块,确认电源模块的输入方式
与所需一致。
(5) Correctly orient the power module (with the latch below the handle). Grasping
the power module handle with one hand and supporting its bottom with the
other, slide the power module slowly along the guide rails into the slot. Make
sure the latch on the power module clicks into place. 保证电源模块上下方向正
确( 请保证电源模块的锁闩位于拉手下方),用一只手握住电源模块上的拉手,
另一只手托住电源模块底部,将其后端对准电源插槽,使电源模块沿电源插槽
水平插入插槽。当电源模块完全插入插槽时,会听到电源模块上的锁闩卡住插
槽的声音。
If the power module slot has a fillerpanel, put your fingerinto the hole in the
filler panel, and then pull the filler panel out of the slot gently. 若准备安装电
源模块的电源槽位上有电源假面板,请先拆卸电源假面板。拆卸方法:将
手指伸入圆孔勾住圆孔边缘,沿插槽导轨向外轻微用力拉出假面板。
4. Connecting the power cord 连接电源线
•Use the power cord provided with the power module for connection. 请使
用电源模块标配的电源线进行连接。
Provide a separate circuit breaker for each power cord. 请保证电源线有
独立的输入断路器。
•Before connecting a power cord, make sure the circuit breaker for the
power feed is turned off. 连接电源线前,请将需要连接电源线的输入端断
路器置于断开状态。

(1) Connect the female connectors of the two power cords to power input1 and
power input2 on the power module, respectively. 将两根电源线带插孔的一端
分别插到电源模块的输入插口 1和电源模块的输入插口 2上。
(2) Use two releasable cable ties to secure the power cords to the handle of the
power module, respectively. 用两根可拆卸式扎带将两根电源线分别固定到电
源模块的拉手处,以防电源线脱落。
5. Removing the power module 拆卸电源模块
•To avoid bodily injury or switch damage, strictly follow the procedure
described in this section to remove the power module. 请严格按照如下操
作顺序拆卸电源模块,否则可能会造成设备损坏或者人身伤害。
•If you are not to install a new power module after removing the old one,
install a filler panel in the slot in time. 如果该电源插槽中不再安装电源模
块,请将假面板安装到该插槽上,以免灰尘进入机箱。

(1) Turn off the circuit breaker for each power feed to the power module. 断开电源
输入端断路器。
(2) Remove the releasable cable ties from the power cords, and then remove the
power cords. 松开固定电源线的可拆卸式扎带,并拔出电源线。
(3) Pressing the latch towards the handle direction, pull the power module part
way out of the slot. 向拉手侧掰动锁闩,同时沿插槽导轨向外拉动电源模块,
将电源模块拉出来一部分。
(4) Grasping the power module handle with one hand and supporting its bottom
with the other, pull the power module slowly out of the slot along the guide rails.
用一只手握住电源模块拉手,另一只手托住电源模块下方,将电源模块沿着插
槽导轨水平缓慢地拉出。
(5) Put the removed power module into an antistatic bag. 将拆卸下来的电源模块
放到防静电袋中。
