ISTRUZIONI D'USO
I. Utilizzo
I lettini da riabilitazione portatili consentono ai fisioterapisti l'esecuzione corretta, sicura ed efficace di
trattamenti riabilitativi, fisioterapia, massaggi con lo scopo di curare o attenuare le patologie oppure gli
effetti di traumi/les ioni. Negli studi medici consentono al paziente di adottare la postura corretta
necessaria per eseguire un trattamento oppure un esame efficace e sicuro. La costruzione dei lettini da
riabilitazione HABYS Agila consente al fisioterapista l'accesso pieno e facile al paziente da ogni lato,
permettendo così di ottenere gli effetti desiderati di qualunque trattamento e garantiscono le condizioni
adeguate all'esecuzione del trattamento/esame.

III. Configurazione
Ordine di apertura del lettino:
1. Il lettino piegato costituisce una valigia.
2. Aprire la serratura (5).
3. Aprire i piani del lettino (1).
4. Tirare fuori gli accessori (8, 9 ,10) dall'interno del lettino.
5. Posizionare le gambe (2) il più possibile verso l'esterno.
6. Posizionare il lettino su una superficie solida e piana
(Prima del caricamento il centro del lettino dovrebbe essere inclinato di circa 3 cm verso l'alto).
7. Controllare la tensione del sistema di fili (4).
8. Impostare l'altezza giusta del lettino secondo la tabella „Regolazione dell'altezza”.
9. Montare il poggiatesta (9) ed altri elementi accessori (8, 10).
10. Sollevamento della parte mobile del lettino (A, B) si esegue: aprendo la chiusura di protezione in
velcro, portandola all'altezza desiderata.*
11. L'abbassamento della parte mobile del lettino (A, B) si esegue sollevandola all'altezza massima,
abbassandola e fermando con la chiusura di protezione in velcro.*
* si applica ai lettini Xena ed ai lettini con l'opzione Plus

V. Piano riscaldato*
1. Accendere il riscaldamento del piano premendo il bottone ON/OFF sul telecomando (1).
2. Impostare la temperatura desiderata premendo i tasti che si trovano sotto la scritta HEAT '+' o '-' (2), da
1 a 10. Il materassino si scalda fino alla temperatura massima di 32° C.
3. Impostare la funzione di autospegnimento premendo i bottoni che si trovano sotto la scritta AUTO OFF
'+' o '-' (3), tra 1 a 10. Le cifre rappresentano il numero di ore. Lo spegnimento predefinito avviene
dopo 1 ora. Se, per esempio, impostiamo 3 il riscaldamento si spegne automaticamente dopo tre ore e
così via.

NOTE:
Qualora il riscaldamento del piano si sia spento in modo
automatico, può essere resettato premendo di nuovo il
bottone ON/OF (1). Se sul display del telecomando (4) appare
la lettera 'F' bisogna staccare il telecomando dal lettino e dalla
presa elettrica, aspettare almeno 20 secondi, e riattaccarlo.

VI. Posizionamento del paziente
Il paziente si siede sul piano del lettino e assume una posizione comoda orizzontale, assicurato dal
massaggiatore, il quale indica al paziente il posizionamento corretto sul lettino e, finito il trattamento, lo
aiuta a scendere dal lettino in modo sicuro.
VII. Chiusura del lettino
1. Smontare il poggiatesta (9) ed alti elementi accessori (8, 10) (se applicabile).
2. Riposizionare il tavolo dalla posizione di lavoro a quella di chiusura (posizione laterale sui piedini di
gomma). Piegare le gambe esterne facendo attenzione al posizionamento corretto dei fili e degli
elementi di fissaggio.
3. Mettere gli accessori all’interno del lettino, chiudere la valigia con la serratura (5) ed infilare la valigia
all’interno della custodia (se c’è).
VIII. Manutenzione, pulizia, disinfettazione
1. Elementi verniciati. Per la loro pulizia si consigliano i prodotti che non contengono sostanze abrasive.
2. Legno, compensato. Le superfici in legno o in compensato vanno pulite con uno straccio morbido e
umido e poi asciugate. Non bisogna utilizzare alcun prodotto chimico. Attenzione! Il legno, essendo
materia naturale, potrebbe presentare variazioni relative alla disposizione di anelli, sfumature del
colore o inserti naturali come: aloni o puntini. Tali caratteristiche non costituiscono una base per il
reclamo.
3. Imbottitura.
• Bisogna evitare contatto prolungato dell’imbottitura del lettino con gli oli. A tal fine vanno usate
coperture resistenti all’olio oppure lenzuola impermeabili.
• L’imbottitura dovrebbe essere utilizzata e conservata lontano da fonti dirette di fuoco e calore.
• Va evitata l’esposizione prolungata dell’imbottitura alla luce solare.
• Non bisogna utilizzare: paste, cere, spray, detergenti aggressivi, detergenti che contengono solventi,
detergenti per la pulizia della pelle naturale ed ecologica.
• Le macchie da oli o creme vanno rimosse immediatamente, usando un detergente delicato
(soluzione d’acqua calda con sapone di Marsiglia) e straccio o spugna morbida.
• Lo sporco quotidiano va rimosso usando un detergente delicato, preferibilmente una soluzione di
sapone di Marsiglia con uno straccio o una spugna morbida. Per finire bisogna passare uno straccio
umido ed asciugare il posto pulito.
• Le macchie locali più accentuate vanno rimosse usando una soluzione di etanolo Al. 25%,
strofinando delicatamente con un tampone di garza. Per finire bisogna passare uno straccio umido
ed asciugare il posto pulito.
• Disinfettare, se necessario, con i prodotti per la disinfettazione di rivestimenti in PVC e PU. Una volta
disinfettata, prima di infilarla nella custodia, bisogna asciugarla accuratamente fino a quando non
diventi completamente asciutta. In caso contrario sull’imbottitura possono rimanere delle macchie
permanenti
Attenzione: Prima di applicare qualunque prodotto diverso da un detergente delicato controllarne
l’azione su un elemento non visibile ed eseguire la pulizia stessa molto attentamente.
IX. Indicazioni d’uso
1. Il lettino è destinato all’uso all’interno di ambienti asciutti e chiusi, eseguendo i trattamenti ad una sola
persona alla volta.
2. Non è ammissibile: spostare il lettino col paziente sopra; sedersi rapidamente sul lettino (saltarci
sopra); sedersi, inginocchiarsi e appoggiarsi sul poggiatesta, sulle mensole e sui bracciali.
3. Durante l’apertura del tavolo bisogna fare attenzione al posizionamento dei fili. Non schiacciare i fili.
4. Il lettino va utilizzato e conservato lontano da fonti dirette di fuoco e calore.
5. Nulla osta all’utilizzo del prodotto solamente dopo la soddisfazione delle indicazioni sopra.
6. Ogni incidente grave relativo al prodotto va comunicato al fabbricante ed all’ente competente del
paese comunitario in cui l’utente e/o il paziente ha la sede.

CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA
1. Definizioni dei termini usati nel presente documento:
a) „Fabbricante" significa HABYS Spółką z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością con sede a Jasło, ul.
Produkcyjna 16, 38-200 Jasło, iscritta presso il registro degli imprenditori tenuto dal Tribunale
Circondariale di Rzeszów XII Sezione Commerciale del Registro Nazionale Giuridico col numero KRS
assegnato: 0000513317, capitale sociale pari a 10.750.000 złoty (in lettere:
diecimilionisettecentocinquantamila złoty), interamente versato, NIP: 6852208438, REGON:
180186290.
b) „Acquirente" significa l’acquirente finale del dispositivo prodotto dal Fabbricante, sia il consumatore
che l’imprenditore.
c) „Distributore” significa il soggetto, il quale in base al contratto con il Fabbricante vende i Dispositivi sul
determinato territorio.
d) „Centro di riparazioni autorizzato" significa esclusivamente un centro di riparazioni gestito dal
Fabbricante oppure un centro indicato dal Fabbricante e gestito da un suo Distributore.
e) „Dispositivo” significa un bene mobile prodotto dal Fabbricante, il quale costituisce l’oggetto del
contratto di vendita e al quale si riferisce la presente garanzia.
2. Il Fabbricante garantisce il funzionamento corretto ed efficace del dispositivo oggetto della presente
garanzia per il periodo di: 5 anni per elementi strutturali, 24 mesi per elementi imbottiti.
3. La riparazione in garanzia non comprende le azioni previste nelle istruzioni d’uso, all’esecuzione delle quali
per conto proprio è obbligato l’Acquirente (montaggio del Dispositivo, manutenzione del Dispositivo etc.).
4. La responsabilità a titolo di garanzia comprende solamente i difetti aventi cause inerenti al dispositivo
stesso. La garanzia non copre, in particolare, i guasti risultanti dall’uso, conservazione, manutenzione e
trasporto scorretti o non conformi con le istruzioni d’suo nonché le differenze del colore tra gli elementi
esposti e non esposti al sole, dall’azione di sostanze chimiche o abrasive, dall’inquinamento atmosferico,
dai graffi o logoramento, dalla presenza di macchie o cerchi derivanti dalle sostanze unte o coloranti (grassi,
creme, balsami oppure oli), dal coloramento permanente da sostanze coloranti come: inchiostri, pennarelli
indelebili o alti coloranti non permanenti utilizzati per la produzione dei vestiti (p.e. coloranti usati per la
produzione dei vestiti del tipo blu jeans).
5. La garanzia non copre i danni meccanici Al. Dispositivo.
6. L’acquirente perde i diritti derivanti dalla garanzia nel caso in cui:
a) Il Fabbricante accerta che nel periodo di garanzia il Dispositivo è stato riparato in un posto diverso dal
Centro di Riparazione Autorizzato,
b) Nel Dispositivo sono state eseguite delle modifiche strutturali senza previa autorizzazione scritta del
Fabbricante,
c) Il Dispositivo è stato utilizzato non conformemente alla sua destinazione d’uso
d) Il Dispositivo è stato utilizzato dopo che si è rivelato un suo difetto strutturale.
7. Indipendentemente dalla perdita dei diritti derivanti dalla garanzia descritti nel punto 6, il Fabbricante non
si assume nessuna responsabilità per i danni materiali oppure altri danni a terzi, i quali potrebbero essere
provocati dall’uso del Dispositivo coperto dalla garanzia.
8. La presente garanzia non esclude, né limita i diritti a titolo di garanzia implicita per i difetti. L’esecuzione dei
diritti derivanti dalla garanzia non riguarda la responsabilità del venditore al titolo di garanzia implicita. In
caso di esecuzione da parte dell’Acquirente dei diritti derivanti dalla garanzia, la decorrenza del termine per
l’esecuzione dei diritti a titolo di garanzia implicita viene sospeso a partire dal giorno in cui il Fabbricante
viene informato del difetto. Tale termine viene riprese dal giorno di rifiuto da parte del Fabbricante di
soddisfare gli obblighi derivanti dalla garanzia oppure dalla decorrenza inutile del termine per la loro
soddisfazione.
9. L’ambito territoriale di validità della garanzia è limitato al paese in cui il Dispositivo è stato venduto.
10. Il Fabbricante adempierà agli obblighi derivanti dalla garanzia (eliminare difetti o guasti strutturali del
Dispositivi aventi cause inerenti al Dispositivo stesso e scoperti nel periodo di garanzia) a titolo gratuito
entro 14 giorni dalla data in cui il Dispositivo viene consegnato al Fabbricante oppure al Centro di
Riparazioni Autorizzato. Se la riparazione non potesse essere svolta entro il termine sopraindicato, il
Fabbricante ne informerà l’Acquirente indicando le cause del ritardo insieme al termine previsto di
realizzazione della richiesta di garanzia accolta.

11. Per poter esercitare i diritti derivanti dalla garanzia, bisogna soddisfare unitamente (in modo cumulativo) i
seguenti quattro requisiti:
a) presentare la fattura, scontrino o altra prova d'acquisto del Dispositivo da parte dell'Acquirente
accompagnato alla documentazione fotografica del Dispositivo difettoso insieme ad una breve
descrizione dei motivi di presentazione della richiesta di garanzia,
b) segnalare il difetto entro 14 (quattordici) giorni dalla sua scoperta,
c) consegnare il dispositivo nell'imballaggio originale a spese del Fornitore, al suo indirizzo indicato nella
presente garanzia oppure all'indirizzo del Centro di Riparazioni Autorizzato,
d) indicare il luogo dove il Fabbricante deve consegnare il dispositivo dopo averlo riparato (limitato al
paese in cui il dispositivo è stato acquistato).
12. Il periodo di garanzia viene esteso del periodo pari alla durata della riparazione, a decorrere dal giorno in
cui il Dispositivo viene consegnato al Fabbricante o al Centro di Riparazioni Autorizzato fino al giorno in cui
il Dispositivo viene restituito all'Acquirente.
13. Il Fabbricante o il Centro di Riparazioni Autorizzato è obbligato a stabilire l'ambito e la modalità di
riparazione del Dispositivo.
14. La Garanzia si limita alla riparazione del Dispositivo. Il Fabbricante si riserva il diritto di sostituire il
Dispositivo con un altro, privo di difetti, qualora il costo della riparazione dovesse superare il prezzo del
Dispositivo, riportato nella prova d'acquisto. All'Acquirente non spetta il diritto di richiedere la sostituzione
del Dispositivo con uno nuovo. La Garanzia non prevede, in particolare, la responsabilità per le perdite o
per i danni provocati all'Acquirente in relazione all'impossibilità di utilizzare il Dispositivo.
15. Il Fabbricante non si assume la responsabilità per i danni al Dispositivo causati durante l'esecuzione del
servizio di trasporto dal vettore fino al momento in cui il Fabbricante lo ritiri dal vettore.
16. Se il trasposto del Dispositivo è stato ordinato dal Fabbricante, l'Acquirente è obbligato a controllare le
condizioni tecniche del Dispositivo al momento di ritiro. Qualora l'Acquirente accerti che la consegna
oppure il Dispositivo sono danneggiati, l'Acquirente dovrebbe:
a) senza indugio, entro 3 giorni dalla data di ricevimento della consegna, informare il Fabbricante di
qualunque danno del Dispositivo causato nel trasporto per consentire al Fabbricante di presentare un
reclamo al vettore e far valere relativi diritti,
b) consegnare al Fabbricante il verbale di reclamo redatto tra l'Acquirente ed il vettore. 6
17. Le prescrizioni relative alla garanzia riportate nel presente documento costituiscono gli unici ed esclusivi
principi di garanzia per i prodotti HABYS Spółki z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
CONDIZIONI DI GARANZIA

I. Application
Portable rehabilitation tables enable the physiotherapist correct, safe and effective conduct of
rehabilitation treatment, physiotherapy, physical therapy, massage, aiming at treating or alleviating the
course of illnesses and the results of injuries /impairments. Used at the medical and doctor's offices, they
allow patients to adopt the correct posture for conducting effective and safe treatment or examination.
The construction of the rehabilitation tables enables the physiotherapist easy and complete access to the
patient from each side, thanks to which all various treatments produce desired results and ensure proper
conditions for the conduct of a treatment/examination.

III. Operation
Sequence of unfolding the table:
1. Table in the folded condition constitutes a suitcase. Open the lock (5) and turn the table tops aside (1).
2. Draw out the equipment (8, 9 ,10) from the table inside (if any).
3 and p. Unfold the legs outside (2) maximally extended ut the table on a hard and even foundation.
(Prior to loading the centre of the table top should be tilted up approx. 3 cm). In tables with three pairs
of legs, inside legs 11 without load should be slightly raised off the ground and touch the ground when
they are loaded.

5. Set the appropriate table height – depending on the table model description of all the
chartactivities is present in the entitled ”Height adjustment”.
6. Install the headrest (9) and the remaining equipment (8, 10) (if any).
7. Lifting of the mobile part of the table (A, B) takes place by means of: releasing the hook and loop
*fastener, lifting on the required height.
8. Lowering of the mobile part of the table (A, B) takes place by its maximum lifting and then
lowering it down and securing by means of hook and loop fastener.*

V. Heated table top*
1. Turn on the table top heating by pressing the button ON/OFF on the remote control (1).
2. Set the requested temperature by pressing the buttons located below the HEAT '+' or '-' (2) ,
in the range from 1 to 10. Heated table top warms up to a maximum temperature of 32° C.
3. Set the auto-off function by pressing the buttons located below the AUTO OFF '+' or '-'(3),
in the range from 1 to 10. The digits represent the number of hours. By default, the heating will turn
off after 1 hour. If we set 3, for example, the heating will automatically switch off after 3 hours, etc.

When the heating in the tabletop switches off automatically,
you can reset it by pressing the button ON / OF (1). If the letter
'F' displays on the remote control(4), disconnect the remote
control from the table and the power supply, wait at least 20
seconds and reconnect it.

VI. Laying the patient
The patient sits at the table side onto the upholstered top and adopts a comfortable horizontal position.
The above-mentioned activities are safeguarded by the massage therapist, who determines the correct
position on the table for the patients, and after the finished treatment helps them get down safely from
the table.
VII. Folding the table down
1. Dismount the headrest (9) and the remaining accessories (8, 10) (if any).
2. Reset the table from the working condition to the folding position (lateral position on the rubber feet).
Fold the external legs paying attention to the correct location of the cables and their fastening parts.
3. Put the equipment inside the table, close the suitcase by means of lock (5) and Place the suitcase in
the carry case (if any).
VII . I Disinfection, maintenance and cleaning
1. Lacquered elements. For cleaning products that do not contain abrasives are recommended.
2. Wood, plywood. Surfaces made of wood or plywood should be cleaned by means of soft damp cloth
wiping them until dry. No chemical agents should be used. Notice! Wood as a natural raw material may
have differences in the tree ring layout, differences in the shades as well as natural inserts like: streaks,
dots. Such properties do not constitute a basis for a complaint.
3. Upholstery.
• Avoid contact with oils. To do this, use oil-resistant or waterproof cover sheets.
• Upholstery should be used and stored away from direct sources of fire and heat.
• Upholstery should not be exposed to long-lasting sunlight.
• Do not use: pastes, waxes, sprays, strong detergents, agents containing solvents, cleaning agents
for natural leather.
• Dirt from oils, creams must be immediately removed with a mild detergent solution (warm water
with potassium soap solution) and a soft cloth or sponge.
• Daily soiling should be cleaned with a mild detergent, preferably potassium soap solution with
a sponge or soft brush. At the end, wipe the cleaned place with a damp cloth and then wipe dry.
• Stronger spot soiling should be cleaned using a 25% solution of ethyl alcohol. Wipe gently with
soaked gauze swab. At the end, wipe the cleaned place with a damp cloth and then wipe dry.
• Disinfect if necessary disinfectants dedicated to PVC, PU upholsteries. After disinfecting the
tabletop or the mattress with any disinfectant thoroughly dry up the upholstery before inserting it
into the carrying case. Otherwise upholstery could be permanently stained.
Attention: Before using other agent than mild detergent you need to check its influence on the place out of
eyeshot. Cleaning should be carried out carefully.
IX. Exploitation remarks
1. The table is intended for use inside the dry and closed rooms and for the treatment of one person only
at a time.
2. It is unacceptable to shift the table along with a patient on it. Rapid sitting on the table (jumping on),
sitting, kneeling and basing on the headrest, shelves and armrests is forbidden .
3. While folding and closing the table attention should be paid to avoid snapping the cables.
4. The table should be used and stored far away from the direct sources of fire and heat.
5. Only after meeting the above recommendations there are no contraindications to use the product.
6. Each serious incident related to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the competent
authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is established.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. For the purposes of the guarantee:
a) "Manufacturer" refers to HABYS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Limited Liability Company)
with its registered seat in Jasło, ul. Produkcyjna 16, 38-200 Jasło, entered into the Register of
Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court
Register, with the assigned KRS number: 0000513317, with the share capital in the amount of PLN
10.750.000 (ten million seven hundred fifty thousand zlotys), the capital has been fully paid up, NIP:
6852208438, REGON: 180186290.
b) "Buyer" refers to the final Buyer of the equipment, manufactured by the Manufacturer, including both
the consumer and the entrepreneur.
c) "Distributor" refers to an entity that, under an agreement with the Manufacturer, sells the Equipment
in a designated area.
d) "Authorized Service Centre" refers only to a service held by the Manufacturer or a service indicated by
the Manufacturer and held by its Distributor,
e) "Equipment" refers to a movable item, manufactured by the Manufacturer, being the subject of the
sales and to which the said warranty applies.
2. The manufacturer ensures good quality and efficient operation of the equipment for which the warranty
card has been issued, for the period of: 5 years for constructional elements and 2 years for upholstered
elements.
3. The guarantee repair does not include the activities provided for in the manual, which the Buyer is obliged
to perform on his own (installation of the Equipment, maintenance of the Equipment, etc.).
4. Liability under the guarantee covers only defects resulting from causes inherent in the Equipment., In
particular, the guarantee does not cover any damage resulting from improper or inconsistent use, storage,
maintenance or transport of the Equipment, as well as colour differences between the parts exposed and
not exposed to solar radiation, the influence of chemical or abrasive agents, atmospheric pollution or
accidental punctures and abrasions, the presence of stains or rings from greasy or dying substances (fats,
creams, lotions or oils), permanent staining with dyes such as inks, permanent markers or other non-
permanent dyes used in the production of clothing (e.g. dyes used to make blue jeans).
5. The guarantee does not cover any mechanical damage to the Equipment.
6. The buyer loses the guarantee rights in the event of:
a) the Manufacturer states that the Equipment was repaired by entity other than the Authorized Service,
b) making any design modifications to the Equipment without the prior written consent of the
Manufacturer,
c) using the Equipment contrary to its intended use,
d) using the Equipment after revealing any defect in it.
7. Regardless of the loss of the guarantee rights, described above, in point 6, the Manufacturer shall not be
liable for any damage to property or caused to third parties, which may be caused by the use of the
Equipment covered by the guarantee.
8. The guarantee does not exclude or limit the rights resulting from the warranty for defects. Exercising the
rights under the guarantee does not affect the seller's liability under the warranty for defects. If the Buyer
exercises the rights under the guarantee, the time limit for the exercise of the rights under the warranty for
defects is suspended on the date the Manufacturer is notified of the defect. The period runs further from
the date of the Manufacturer's refusal to perform the obligations arising from the guarantee or the
ineffective expiry of the time for their performance.
9. The scope of the guarantee coverage is limited to the territory of the country in which the Equipment was
sold.
10. The Manufacturer shall perform its obligations under the guarantee (removal of defects or damage to the
structure of the Equipment arising from reasons inherent in the Equipment, and disclosed during the
guarantee period) free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Equipment to the
Manufacturer or the Authorized Service Centre. If the repair of the Equipment cannot be performed within
the above-mentioned period, the Manufacturer shall inform the Buyer of the above, and also indicate the
reasons for the delay and the expected date of fulfilment of the recognized guarantee request.

WARRANTY CONDITIONS
11. The use of the guarantee rights requires the total (cumulative) fulfilment of four conditions:
a) presenting a VAT invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase of the equipment to the Manufacturer,
photographic documentation of the defective Equipment, together with a brief description of the
reasons for submitting a guarantee claim,
b) reporting the defect within 14 (fourteen) days of its detection,
c) delivering the Equipment in original packaging at the expense of the Manufacturer, to the address
indicated above in the guarantee card or to the address of the Authorized Service Centre,
d) designation of the place where the Manufacturer delivers the equipment after repairing it (limited to
the country in which the Equipment was purchased).
12. The guarantee period is extended for the duration of the repair, starting from the date of delivery of the
Equipment to the Manufacturer or to the Authorized Service Centre, to the date on which the Equipment
was returned to the Buyer.
13. The responsibility of the Manufacturer or the Authorized Service Centre is to define the scope and the
method of repairing the Equipment.
14. The guarantee is limited to the repair of the Equipment. The Manufacturer reserves the right to replace the
Equipment with a non-defective one, if the repair exceeds the price of the Equipment indicated in the proof
of purchase. Under the guarantee, the Buyer shall not be entitled to demand that the Equipment be
replaced with a new one. The guarantee, in particular, does not cover liability for losses or damages
incurred by the Buyer in connection with the fact that one is not able to use the Equipment.
15. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage to the Equipment caused during the performance of
the transport service by the delivery company until it is collected by the Manufacturer from the delivery
company.
16. If the shipment of the Equipment was ordered by the Manufacturer, the Buyer is obliged to check the
technical condition of the Equipment upon its receipt. If the Buyer finds that the Equipment has been
damaged during the transport, the Buyer is obliged to:
a) immediately, not later than within 3 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, notify the
Manufacturer of any damage to the Equipment that occurred during transport, in order to enable the
Manufacturer to submit a complaint to the delivery company and pursue related claims,
b) provide the Producer with a complaint report drawn up between the Buyer and the delivery company.
17. The guarantee regulations contained in this document are the sole and exclusive guarantee rules for HABYS
limited liability products.
