I. INTRODUCCIÓN
Las camillas estacionarias HABYS Evero permiten a los fisioterapeutas realizar tratamientos de
rehabilitación, fisioterapia, masajes y otros de forma eficiente y segura, tratando o aliviando los
síntomas y efectos de enfermedades, lesiones o deficiencias.
La estructura de las camillas de rehabilitación HABYS Evero ofrecen al fisioterapeuta un fácil y
completo acceso al paciente, desde cualquier lado de la camilla.
II. MONTAJE
1. Desembalaje
• Desembalar la camilla
• Comprobar que no haya resultado dañada durante el transporte. Si se aprecian daños, no
conectar la camilla y avisar al. vendedor.
2. Conectar a la red eléctrica
Antes de conectar la camilla al enchufe eléctrico asegurarse de que:
• El enchufe cuenta con toma de tierra y cumple la normativa aplicable.
• El enchufe tiene capacidad para soportar la potencia máxima del dispositivo, indicada en la
tabla de Datos Técnicos.
• La tensión eléctrica de la red debe coincidir con los valores indicados en la tabla de Datos
Técnicos.
• El enchufe es compatible con el conector. En caso contrario, reemplazar enchufe

źNo montar el dispositivo al aire libre. Los actuadores eléctricos pueden
funcionar durante un tiempo máximo de 2 minutos. Seguidamente, deben
dejarse en reposo durante 18 minutos, antes de volver a reactivarlos.
źUna vez montada la camilla, asegurar un acceso fácil al enchufe eléctrico.
źNo utilizar prolongadores.
źNo doblar el cable de suministro.
źEl cable de suministro eléctrico puede ser reemplazada solamente por un
especialista autorizado.
źNo realizar reparaciones de los actuadores eléctricos por propios medios.
źEvitar luz solar directa, radiación UV, lluvia, excesiva presencia de polvo,
humedad.

III. MANEJO
1. Ajuste de altura de la camilla con mando a distancia manual (opción disponible solamente
en modelos seleccionados).
Izar y bajar la camilla utilizando un mando a distancia, procediendo según se indica a
continuación:
Pulsar botones marcados con flechas
arriba/abajo, para ajustar la altura de la camilla.
2. Ajuste de altura de camilla con mando a distancia activado con pie (opción disponible
solamente en modelos seleccionados).
Izar y bajar la camilla utilizando el piloto de pie, procediendo según se indica a
continuación:
Pulsar botones marcados con flechas
arriba/abajo, para ajustar la altura de la camilla.
3. Ajuste de altura de camilla con barra de ajuste (opción disponible solamente en modelos
seleccionados).
Izar y bajar la camilla utilizando la barra de control, procediendo según se indica a
continuación:
La posición de camilla se ajuste desplazando y
mantenido en la posición en eje vertical de
cualquier punto de la barra (arriba o abajo). La
barra de ajuste está situada en la base de la
camilla.
Desplazar la barra hacia abajo, para izar la
camilla.
Desplazar la barra hacia arriba, para bajar la
camilla.

6. Ajuste del lecho (opción disponible solamente en modelos seleccionados).
Para ajustar el ángulo de doblado del lecho, usar
el controlador bajo lecho y pulsar uno de los
botones marcados con símbolos:
5. Ajuste de apoyabrazos (opción disponible solamente en modelos seleccionados).
Para ajustar la posición de apoyabrazos, soltar el
bloqueo y desplazar apoyabrazos a posición
deseada. Para izar apoyabrazos, tirar de ellos
hacia arriba, sin soltar la palanca.
La parte posterior del lecho se ajusta con muelle
de gas. Solar la palanca y ajustar la posición
deseada del lecho.
Hay un puerto USB de alimentación, situado
entre los botones.
4. Ajuste de reposacabezas
La posición del reposacabezas se ajusta mediante un muelle de gas:
Soltar la palanca y ajustar la posición deseada
del reposacabezas.

!Queda prohibido sentarse en apoyabrazos, reposacabezas y bandejas laterales.
8. Sistema de rodaje (opción disponible solamente en modelos seleccionados).
El sistema de rodaje se activa izando la camilla
con palanca de pie. Después de pisar la palanca
hacia abajo, la camilla se apoya sobre las ruedas
y puede ser desplazada. Para bloquear la camilla
en posición deseada, bajar la camilla hasta que
se apoya sobre las patas, izando la palanca.
9. Interruptor de emergencia
La camilla está equipada con un interruptor de
seguridad. Después de girar la llave a posición de
"candado cerrado" se corta el suministro de
corriente eléctrica a la camilla.
7. Bajada de bandejas laterales del segmento central (opción disponible solamente en
modelos seleccionados).
Las bandejas laterales se pueden bajar, sacando
previamente el perno fijador. Para colocar las
bandejas en posición horizontal, izarlas hasta tal
posición y bloquear con perno fijador. La
bandeja se bloqueará de forma automática.

V. MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA
Acero y superficies pintadas: No utilizar productos abrasivos, para limpiar estos elementos.
Desinfección: Desinfectar en casos necesarios y de forma esporádica.
IV. RECOMENDACIONES Y MEDIDAS DE SEGURIDAD
• Utilizar y manejar la camilla, según se indica en el manual de uso.
• Los daños y desperfectos ocasionados como consecuencia del incumplimiento de las
advertencias del manual, no constituyen base para una reclamación.
• El dispositivo no está diseñado para ser utilizado por personas con capacidades físicas o
mentales limitadas, personas carentes de experiencia y conocimientos adecuados, a menos
que estas personas permanezcan bajo la supervisión y sean instruidas por personal
responsable de su seguridad.
• La camilla debe ser utilizada exclusivamente por personas adultas y según las instrucciones
recogidas en este manual.
• La camilla está diseñada para uso dentro de habitaciones secas y cerradas y para el
tratamiento de solo una persona a la vez.
• Queda prohibido desplazar la camilla con un paciente encima.
• Queda prohibido sentarse bruscamente en la camilla (saltar).
• Queda prohibido sentarse, arrodillarse y apoyarse en el reposacabezas, bandejas y
reposabrazos.
• Si el paciente se acuesta en la camilla sin ropa, el terapeuta debe usar sábanas desechables y
desinfectar la camilla.
• Se debe evitar el contacto prolongado de la tapicería de la camilla con aceites. Para ello,
utilizar sábanas o cubiertas resistentes al aceite o resistentes al. agua.
• La camilla debe usarse y guardarse lejos de fuentes directas de fuego y calor.
• La camilla no debe exponerse a luz solar directa, durante tiempo prolongado. La luz solar
puede causar decoloración del tapizado de la camilla.
• Después de traer la camilla desde una zona fría, esperar unos 15 minutos, antes de enchufar
la camilla a la red eléctrica.
• Se recomienda realizar un ajuste completo de la altura de la camilla, desde la altura mínima
hasta la máxima, para repartir uniformemente el lubricante dentro del motor. Esto garantizará
un correcto mantenimiento de la camilla y prolongará la vida útil del motor. Realizar esta
maniobra 2-4 veces, al menos una vez por semana.
• No sacar el conector del enchufe, tirando del cable.
• No desmontar el dispositivo y no intentar acceder a los componentes internos.
• Si se cumplen todas las indicaciones y recomendaciones anteriores, no habrá
contraindicaciones para utilizar este producto.
• Cualquier incidente relacionado con el uso de este producto debe ser notificado al fabricante
y a la Oficina de Registro de Curativos, Productos Médicos y Productos Biocidas.

Conforme a las disposiciones legales relativas al reciclaje de dispositivo eléctricos y
electrónicos, queda prohibido desechar equipos usados marcados con el símbolo indicado a la
izquierda, junto con otros desperdicios domésticos. El equipo usado debe ser entregado en
punto de recogida autorizado. Las normas indicadas se implementaron para reducir la
cantidad de residuos generados a partir de dispositivos eléctricos y electrónicos y asegurar un
nivel apropiado de recogida, recuperación y reciclaje de equipos de desecho.
El cumplimiento correcto de estas obligaciones es importante, especialmente si el equipo
usado contiene elementos peligrosos que pueden tener un impacto particularmente negativo
en el medio ambiente y la salud humana.

1. En este documento:
a) "Fabricante" – indica la entidad HABYS Sp. z o.o. (Sociedad Limitada), con sede en Jaslo, c/Produkcyjna
16, 38-200 Jasło, sociedad inscrita en el registro de empresarios administrado por el Juzgado de Zona
en Rzeszow, Sala XII de lo Mercantil del Registro Nacional Judicial, con número KRS: 0000513317, con
capital social de 10.750.000 PLN (en palabras: diez millones setecientos cincuenta mil zlotys), abonado
íntegramente, con NIF/CIF: 6852208438 y número estadístico REGON: 180186290.
b) "Comprador" – indica al Comprador final del equipo fabricado por el Fabricante, tanto como
consumidor o como empresario.
c) "Distribuidor" – indica a cualquier entidad que, en base a un contrato con el Fabricante, vende el
Equipo en una zona determinada.
d) "Taller autorizado" – indica solamente un taller que el Fabricante administra o bien, un taller indicado
por el Fabricante y administrado por su Distribuidor.
e) "Equipo" – indica cualquier componente móvil, fabricado por el Fabricante, objeto de contrato de
compraventa al cual se aplica la garantía en cuestión.
2. El fabricante garantiza una buena calidad y funcionamiento correcto del equipo, para el cual se entrega esta
hoja de garantía, por un periodo de: 2 años para elementos estructurales, 2 años para elementos tapizados
y 2 años para accesorios electrónicos e hidráulicos.
3. La reparación en garantía no abarca las tareas previstas en el manual de uso que el Comprador debe
realizar por su cuenta (montaje del Equipo, mantenimiento del Equipo, etc.).
4. La responsabilidad resultante de la garantía, abarca únicamente los defectos debidos a causas inherentes al
Equipo. En particular, la garantía no cubre daños causados por un uso incorrecto o contrario con las
instrucciones de uso, almacenamiento, mantenimiento o transporte del Equipo, así como decoloraciones y
cambios de color entre las partes expuestas y no expuestas a la luz solar, efectos de productos químicos o
abrasivos, contaminación atmosférica o roturas y desgarros accidentes, presencia de manchas o marcas de
sustancias grasas o colorantes (grasas, cremas,
lociones o aceites), teñido permanente con agentes colorantes como tintas, marcadores permanentes u
otros tintes no permanentes, utilizados en la producción de textiles (por ejemplo, tintes utilizados para la
fabricación de vaqueros azules).
5. La garantía no abarca ningún daño mecánico Al. Equipo.
6. El Comprador pierde los derechos de garantía:
a) si el Fabricante constata que el Equipo fue reparado en periodo de garantía en un taller diferente al
Taller autorizado,
b) si el Equipo ha sido modificado de forma alguna, sin el consentimiento previo y por escrito del
Fabricante,
c) si el Equipo se utilizó de manera contraria a su uso previsto,
d) si el Equipo continuaba usándose, incluso después de constatar el defecto.
7. Independientemente de la pérdida de los derechos de garantía descritos anteriormente en el punto 6, el
Fabricante tampoco será responsable de cualquier daño a la propiedad o daño personal causado a terceros,
debido al uso del Equipo protegido con garantía.
8. La garantía no excluye ni limita los derechos derivados de la garantía por defectos. La realización de los
derechos resultantes de la garantía no afecta a la responsabilidad del vendedor que se deriva de la
garantía. El periodo de vigencia de la garantía queda suspendido, si el Comprador presenta una
reclamación al Fabricante, relativa a un defecto cubierto en garantía. El periodo de garantía continúa
contándose, si el Fabricante deniega la responsabilidad en garantía o bien, se cumple el periodo eficaz para
gestionar la reclamación presentada.
9. El alcance de la de garantía se limita al territorio del país donde se realizó la compraventa del Equipo.
10. El Fabricante realizará sus obligaciones derivadas de la garantía (eliminación de defectos o daños en la
estructura del Equipo causados por razones inherentes al Equipo y constatados en período de garantía), sin
cargo adicional, en el plazo de 14 días siguientes a la fecha de entrega del Equipo al Fabricante o al Taller
Autorizado. Si no fuese posible reparar el Equipo en el plazo mencionado, el Fabricante informará de ello al
Comprador, indicando además los motivos de la demora y la fecha prevista de realización de la reclamación
aceptada.
VIII. CONDICIONES DE GARANTÍA

11. El ejercicio del derecho de garantía requiere que se cumplan conjuntamente estas cuatro condiciones:
a) el Comprador debe presentar una factura con IVA/VAT, recibo u otro comprobante de compra del
Equipo, y, además fotografías del Equipo defectuoso, junto con una breve descripción de los motivos de
la reclamación en garantía,
b) informar el defecto en el periodo de 14 (catorce) días de su constatación,
c) entregar el Equipo en su embalaje original, con recargo al Fabricante, a la dirección indicada en la hoja
de garantía o bien, a la dirección del Taller Autorizado,
d) indicar lugar de entrega del Equipo, posteriormente a su reparación (limitado al país en el que se
compró el Equipo).
12. El período de garantía se extiende por el tiempo de duración de la reparación, contando desde la fecha de
entrega del Equipo al Fabricante o Taller Autorizado y hasta la fecha de devolver el Equipo al Comprador.
13. El Fabricante o el Taller Autorizado serán responsable de definir el alcance y el método de reparación del
Equipo.
14. La garantía se limita a la reparación del Equipo. El Fabricante se reserva el derecho de reemplazar el Equipo
defectuoso por uno libre de defectos, si la reparación excede el precio del Equipo indicado en el
comprobante de compra. El Comprador, en virtud de la garantía, no tiene derecho a exigir la sustitución del
Equipo por uno nuevo. En particular, la Garantía no abarca la responsabilidad por pérdidas o daños sufridos
por el Comprador, debido a la privación de uso del Equipo.
15. El Fabricante no se responsabiliza del Equipo ocasionados durante el transporte realizado por una empresa
de transporte, hasta que el Equipo sea recogido por el Fabricante y entregado por el transportista.
16. Si el envío del Equipo fue encargado por el Fabricante, es responsabilidad del Comprador verificar el estado
técnico del Equipo técnico, en el momento de su recepción. Si el Comprador constata que el embalaje o el
Equipo hayan sido dañados, debe
a) inmediatamente o a más tardar en el periodo de 3 días a partir de la fecha de recepción del envío,
notificar al Fabricante cualquier daño del Equipo ocasionado durante el transporte, para que el
Fabricante pueda presentar una reclamación al transportista,
b) proporcionar al Fabricante un protocolo de reclamación, redactado entre el Comprador y transportista
17. Las normas de garantía contenidas en este documento son las únicas y exclusivas normas de garantía, para
los productos de HABYS Sp. z o.o. (S.L).

I. APPLICATION
The stationary massage tables HABYS Evero enable the physiotherapists to perfom correct, safe
and effective rehabilitation treatments, physiotherapy, physical therapy and massage aiming at
treating or alleviating the course of illnesses and the results of injuries/impairments. The frame of
the rehabilitation tables Evero enables an easy and complete access to the patient from each side.
II. INSTALLATION
1. Unfolding
• Unfold the table.
• Check whether it has not been damaged during transportation. Should the table be damaged,
do not install the table and inform the seller immediately.
2. Connection to the power supply
Before inserting the plug into the power socket, make sure that:
• the socket is properly grounded and complies with the binding regulations;
• the socket may sustain a load of the maximum power output of the device, given in the chart
of the Technical Data;
• the voltage of the electrical power is in accordance with the data given in the chart of the
Technical Data;
• the plug fits into the socket. Otherwise the socket needs to be replaced.

źDo not install the devices in the open air.
źElectric actuators may work no longer than 2 minutes.
źRestart is possible after 18 minutes of rest.
źAfter installation of the table the power socket should be easily accessible.
źDo not use the extension cords.
źThe cable should not be bent.
źThe cable of the power supply may be replaced only by an authorised
specialist.
źIndependent repairs of the electric actuators cannot be performed.
źAvoid direct sunlight, UV radiations, rain, extensive dust, moisture.

The manufacturer declines all responsibility if the user doesn’t follow the above
mentioned rules.

III. OPERATION
1. Electric height adjustment by using of hand-operated remote control
(option available on selected models).
The tables are raised and lowered using a hand-operated remote control as described:
Control takes place by using of pressing the
buttons marked with arrows – up/down.
2. Height adjustment by using of foot-operated remote control
(option available on selected models).
The tables are raised and lowered using a foot-operated remote control as described:
Control takes place by using of pressing the
buttons marked with arrows – up/down.
3. Height adjustment by means of walking-free foot controller
(option available on selected models).
The tables are raised and lowered using a walking-free foot controller as described:
Control takes place by using of moving the
walking-free foot control vertically (up or down)
with a foot. The walking-free foot control is
located around the base of the table.
By pushing the bar down, the tabletop goes up.
By lifting the bar upwards, the tabletop is going
down.

6. Adjustment of table top (option available in selected models).
Adjustment of table top tilting is made by
pressing one of the buttons marked with
symbols:
5. Armrests adjustment (option available on selected models).
The armrest can be adjusted by releasing the
lock and moving it to the required height. In
order to lift the armrest, just lift it without
releasing the lever.
Adjustment of the back section takes place using
a gas spring. After releasing the lever, place the
back section in the required position.
There is a USB power socket between the control
buttons.
4. Headrest adjustment
Headrest adjustment takes place by using a gas spring:
After releasing the lever, the headrest needs to
be placed in the required position.

!Sitting on the headrest, armrests or side shelves is forbidden.
8. Chassis (option available on selected models)
The chassis is activated by raising the table with
a foot lever. After pressing the lever down, table
supported on wheels can be moved. In order to
lock the table in the required position, lower the
table so that it is supported on feet, by lifting
lever to the upper position.
9. Safety switch
The table is equipped with a safety switch. After
turning the key to the "closed lock" position,
power supply to the table is turned off.
7. Drop-down side shelves of the middle section (option available on selected models)
To lower the side shelves, pull the fastening pin
and reach the required position. To raise the side
shelves to the horizontal position, raise them
and lock with the fastening pin. The shelf locks
automatically.

V. DISINFECTION, MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Steel and lacquered elements: Products that do not contain abrasives are recommended for
cleaning such elements.
Disinfection: Disinfect when necessary and occasionally.
In accordance with the provisions of the law on electrical and electronic equipment waste, it is
prohibited to dispose of used equipment marked with the symbol of the crossed out bin with
other household waste. Used equipment should be returned to proper collection point. The
above statutory obligations were introduced in order to limit the amount of waste generated
from electrical and electronic equipment waste and ensure an appropriate level of collection,
recovery and recycling of used equipment. The correct implementation of these obligations is
important especially when used equipment contains hazardous components that have
especially negative impact on the environment and human health.

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS AND SAFETY RULES
• The table should be operated in accordance with its instruction manual.
• The damages caused as a result of non-compliance of the above-mentioned remarks shall not
constitute a basis for complain.
• The device is not intended for use by the persons with limited physical or mental ability as
well as people who do not have adequate experience and knowledge, unless they use it
under proper supervision or after having obtained instructions from the person responsible
for their safety.
• The table should be used exclusively by adult persons and in accordance with the instruction
manual.
• The table is intended for use inside the dry and closed rooms and for the treatment of one
person only at a time.
• It is unacceptable to move the table with a patient on it.
• Rapid sitting on the table (jumping on) is forbidden.
• Sitting, kneeling and leaning on the headrest, shelves and armrests is forbidden.
• If the patient is laid on the table without clothing, the therapist should use disposable covers
or disinfect the table.
• Long-term contact of the table upholstery with oils should be avoided. For that purpose
oilresistant covers or water-resistant sheets should be used.
• The table should be used and stored far away from the direct sources of fire and heat.
• The table should not be exposed to long-term solar radiation. It may cause discolouration of
the table upholstery.
• The plug should not be removed from the power socket by pulling the cable.
• The device should not be disassembled and there should be no attempts to get into it.
• After bringing from a cold room, connect the table to the power supply after 15 minutes.
• Only after meeting the above recommendations there are no contraindications to use the
product.
• Each serious incident related to the device should be reported to the manufacturer and the
competent authority of the Member State in which the user and/or patient is established.

VIII. WARRANTY CONDITIONS
1. For the purposes of the guarantee:
a) "Manufacturer" refers to HABYS Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością (Limited Liability Company)
with its registered seat in Jasło, ul. Produkcyjna 16, 38-200 Jasło, entered into the Register of
Entrepreneurs kept by the District Court in Rzeszów, XII Commercial Division of the National Court
Register, with the assigned KRS number: 0000513317, with the share capital in the amount of PLN
10.750.000 (ten million seven hundred fifty thousand zlotys), the capital has been fully paid up, NIP:
6852208438, REGON: 180186290.
b) "Buyer" refers to the final Buyer of the equipment, manufactured by the Manufacturer, including both
the consumer and the entrepreneur.
c) "Distributor" refers to an entity that, under an agreement with the Manufacturer, sells the Equipment
in a designated area.
d) "Authorized Service Centre" refers only to a service held by the Manufacturer or a service indicated by
the Manufacturer and held by its Distributor,
e) "Equipment" refers to a movable item, manufactured by the Manufacturer, being the subject of the
sales and to which the said warranty applies.
2. The manufacturer ensures good quality and efficient operation of the equipment for which the warranty
card has been issued, for the period of: 2 years for constructional elements, 2 years for upholstered
elements and 2 years for electronic and hydraulic accessories.
3. The guarantee repair does not include the activities provided for in the manual, which the Buyer is obliged
to perform on his own (installation of the Equipment, maintenance of the Equipment, etc.).
4. Liability under the guarantee covers only defects resulting from causes inherent in the Equipment., In
particular, the guarantee does not cover any damage resulting from improper or inconsistent use, storage,
maintenance or transport of the Equipment, as well as colour differences between the parts exposed and
not exposed to solar radiation, the influence of chemical or abrasive agents, atmospheric pollution or
accidental punctures and abrasions, the presence of stains or rings from greasy or dying substances (fats,
creams, lotions or oils), permanent staining with dyes such as inks, permanent markers or other non-
permanent dyes used in the production of clothing (e.g. dyes used to make blue jeans).
5. The guarantee does not cover any mechanical damage to the Equipment.
6. The buyer loses the guarantee rights in the event of:
a) the Manufacturer states that the Equipment was repaired by entity other than the Authorized Service,
b) making any design modifications to the Equipment without the prior written consent of the
Manufacturer,
c) using the Equipment contrary to its intended use,
d) using the Equipment after revealing any defect in it.
7. Regardless of the loss of the guarantee rights, described above, in point 6, the Manufacturer shall not be
liable for any damage to property or caused to third parties, which may be caused by the use of the
Equipment covered by the guarantee.
8. The guarantee does not exclude or limit the rights resulting from the warranty for defects. Exercising the
rights under the guarantee does not affect the seller's liability under the warranty for defects. If the Buyer
exercises the rights under the guarantee, the time limit for the exercise of the rights under the warranty for
defects is suspended on the date the Manufacturer is notified of the defect. The period runs further from
the date of the Manufacturer's refusal to perform the obligations arising from the guarantee or the
ineffective expiry of the time for their performance.
9. The scope of the guarantee coverage is limited to the territory of the country in which the Equipment was
sold.
10. The Manufacturer shall perform its obligations under the guarantee (removal of defects or damage to the
structure of the Equipment arising from reasons inherent in the Equipment, and disclosed during the
guarantee period) free of charge within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Equipment to the
Manufacturer or the Authorized Service Centre. If the repair of the Equipment cannot be performed within
the above-mentioned period, the Manufacturer shall inform the Buyer of the above, and also indicate the
reasons for the delay and the expected date of fulfilment of the recognized guarantee request.

11. The use of the guarantee rights requires the total (cumulative) fulfilment of four conditions:
a) presenting a VAT invoice, receipt or other proof of purchase of the equipment to the Manufacturer,
photographic documentation of the defective Equipment, together with a brief description of the
reasons for submitting a guarantee claim,
b) reporting the defect within 14 (fourteen) days of its detection,
c) delivering the Equipment in original packaging at the expense of the Manufacturer, to the address
indicated above in the guarantee card or to the address of the Authorized Service Centre,
d) designation of the place where the Manufacturer delivers the equipment after repairing it (limited to
the country in which the Equipment was purchased).
12. The guarantee period is extended for the duration of the repair, starting from the date of delivery of the
Equipment to the Manufacturer or to the Authorized Service Centre, to the date on which the Equipment
was returned to the Buyer.
13. The responsibility of the Manufacturer or the Authorized Service Centre is to define the scope and the
method of repairing the Equipment.
14. The guarantee is limited to the repair of the Equipment. The Manufacturer reserves the right to replace the
Equipment with a non-defective one, if the repair exceeds the price of the Equipment indicated in the proof
of purchase. Under the guarantee, the Buyer shall not be entitled to demand that the Equipment be
replaced with a new one. The guarantee, in particular, does not cover liability for losses or damages
incurred by the Buyer in connection with the fact that one is not able to use the Equipment.
15. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any damage to the Equipment caused during the performance of
the transport service by the delivery company until it is collected by the Manufacturer from the delivery
company.
16. If the shipment of the Equipment was ordered by the Manufacturer, the Buyer is obliged to check the
technical condition of the Equipment upon its receipt. If the Buyer finds that the Equipment has been
damaged during the transport, the Buyer is obliged to:
a) immediately, not later than within 3 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, notify the
Manufacturer of any damage to the Equipment that occurred during transport, in order to enable the
Manufacturer to submit a complaint to the delivery company and pursue related claims,
b) provide the Producer with a complaint report drawn up between the Buyer and the delivery company.
17. The guarantee regulations contained in this document are the sole and exclusive guarantee rules for HABYS
limited liability products.
