Kurzanleitung vor Installation/Inbetriebnahme bitte
genau durchlesen!
Packungsinhalt:
•1x DVB-T PC-Card, digital/analog
•1x Treiber + Software CD-ROM
•1x Kabelpeitsche
•2x Antennenadapter
•1x passive DVB-T Antenne
•1x gedruckte Kurzanleitung
Systemvoraussetzung:
•CPU: 1.5 GHz oder höher
•Hauptspeicher: mindestens 256 MB RAM
•Grafik: DirectX 9.0 kompatibel mit mindestens
64 MB lokalem Speicher
•Sound: AC97 kompatibel
•Festplatte (benötigter freier Speicherplatz):
min. 1 GB
•ein freier PCMCIA PC Card Steckplatz
•Microsoft DirectX 9.0b oder höher
•Betriebssystem: Windows® XP/2000 mit
entsprechenden Service Packs.
Hardware Installation:
1. Laptop ausschalten
2. Hama DVB-T PC-Card, digital/analog vorsichtig in
den freien PC-Card Steckplatz stecken
3. das Berühren der vergoldenden Kontakte ist
unbedingt zu vermeiden!
4. die beiden Antennenadapter auf die
Antenneneingänge (DTV, digital und ATV, analog)
stecken
5. die beiliegende (passive) Antenne kann für
digitalen und analogen Empfang benutzt werden
6. am S-Video-Eingang (befindet sich zwischen den
Antenneneingängen) können mit Hilfe der
Kabelpeitsche analoge Videoquellen wie z.B.
Videorekorder angeschlossen werden
7. Notebook erneut starten
Treiberinstallation Windows® 2000 und XP:
1. evtl. gestartete Hintergrundprogramme schließen
( z.B. Anti-Virus-, Firewall- und Systemüber-
wachungsprogramme)
2. Betriebssystems neu starten (öffnet sich der
Hardware Installationsassistent, auf abbrechen
klicken da die Treiber übers Setup-Programm
installiert werden)
3. beiliegende Treiber/Software CD einlegen
4. das Setup überprüft nun die auf Ihrem Rechner
installierte DirectX Version (sollte eine ältere
Version als 9.0b auf dem System sein, wird das
Programm empfehlen diese zu aktualisieren)
5. nach Überprüfung/ggf. Aktualisierung die Option
Treiber Installation im Autostart-Menu auswählen
6. der Installationsassistent führt durch die
Installation (auf Weiter klicken um zur nächsten
Seite zu gelangen.
7. folgen Sie nun den Anweisungen des
Installationsassistenten
8. die geänderten Einstellungen werden nach
Neustart des Rechners automatisch übernommen
Softwareinstallation Windows 2000 und XP:
1. nach Neustart (Treiberinstallation) die
Treiber-/Software CD-ROM erneut einlegen und
im gestarteten Autorun Menü die Option
Hypermedia auswählen
2. der Installationsassistent wird gestartet und die
Hypermedia Software wird währenddessen
übertragen
3. klicken Sie auf Weiter um fortzufahren.
4. im nächsten Fenster kann der voreingestellte
Speicherort verändert werden(mit Klick auf
Durchsuchen wird der gewünschte Speicherplatz
angesteuert). Danach bitte auf Weiter klicken.
5. die benötigten Daten werden nun auf dem
System installiert

6. folgen Sie den Anweisungen des Installations-
assistenten
7. mit Fertigstellen wird die Installation von
Hypermedia beendet
Weitere Informationen bezüglich der Software fin-
den Sie auf der Treiber CD-ROM
Sicherheitshinweise:
•der Betrieb der PC-Card darf weder in der Nähe
von Heizungen noch in staubiger oder feuchter
Umgebung erfolgen.
•sorgen Sie für dafür das die Lüftungsschlitze
nicht verdeckt sind. (Überhitzungsgefahr!)
•die Karte enthält keine zu wartende Bauteile.
Reparaturen dürfen ausschließlich von autorisier-
tem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden.
•Berührungen der vergoldenden Kontakte sind
unbedingt zu vermeiden!
Garantiebedingungen:
Hama Produkte sind von höchster Qualität und nach
strengsten internationalen Qualitätsnormen geprüft.
Die gesetzliche Garantiezeit beginnt ab Kauftag. Die
Garantie gilt ausschließlich für Material- und Verar-
beitungsmängel und ist auf den reinen Produktwert
beschränkt, nicht auf Folgeschäden etc. Der Garan-
tieanspruch muss unter Vorlage der Kaufquittung
und einer Kurzbeschreibung des Fehlers geltend
gemacht werden.
Das Gerät ist vollständig, d.h. mit dem kompletten
Lieferumfang sorgfältig verpackt, sowie porto- und
frachtfrei einzusenden. Durch die Inanspruchnahme
der Garantie wird die Garantiefrist weder verlän-
gert, noch wird eine Neue Garantiefrist für das Pro-
dukt in Lauf gesetzt.

Please read quick guide carefully before installati-
on/commissioning!
Package contains:
•1x digital/analogue DVB-T PC card
•1x driver + software CD-ROM
•1x multi-connector cable
•2x aerial adapters
•1x passive DVB-T aerial
•1x printed quick guide
System requirements:
•CPU: 1.5GHz or faster
•Main memory: at least 256MB RAM
•Graphics: DirectX 9.0 compatible with
min. 64MB local memory
•Sound: compatible with AC97
•Hard drive: (free space required): min. 1GB
•One free PCMCIA PC card slot
•Microsoft DirectX 9.0b or higher
•Operating system: Windows® XP/2000 with
corresponding Service Packs.
Installing the Hardware:
1. Switch off the laptop
2. Insert the digital/analogue Hama DVB-T PC-Card
carefully into the free PC card slot
3. Ensure that you avoid touching the gold-plated
contacts!
4. Connect the two aerial adapters to the aerial
inputs (DTV, digital and ATV, analogue)
5. The (passive) aerial supplied can be used for
digital and analogue reception
6. Analogue video sources such as video recorders,
for example, can be connected to the S-video
input (located between the aerial inputs) using
the multi-connector cable
7. Restart the notebook
Installing Drivers for Windows® 2000 and XP:
1. Close any background programs which may have
been started (e.g. anti-virus, firewall and system
monitoring programs)
2. Restart the operating system (if the hardware
installation wizard, click Cancel as the drivers are
installed via the setup program)
3. Insert the enclosed driver/software CD
4. The setup now checks the DirectX version
installed on your computer (if the version
installed on the system is older than 9.0b, the
program will recommend that you update it)
5. After checking and updating (if necessary), select
Install drivers in the autostart menu
6. The installation wizard installs the driver (click
Next to get to the next page).
7. Follow the Installation wizard’s instructions.
8. The changed settings are saved automatically
when the computer is restarted.
Installing Software for Windows 2000 and XP:
1. After you restart (driver installation), insert the
driver/software CD-ROM again and select the
Hypermedia option in the autorun menu
2. The Installation wizard is started and the Hyper-
media software is transferred in the meantime.
3. Click Next to continue.
4. The next window allows you to change the preset
save location (click Browse to select the required
location). Click Next.
5. The data required is installed on the system.
6. Follow the Installation wizard’s instructions
7. Click Finish to complete the installation of
Hypermedia

components. • Repair work may only be

Warranty Conditions:
Hama products are of the highest quality and tested
according to strict international quality standards.
The legal warranty period begins on the day of
purchase. The warranty only applies to faults with
product materials and construction and relates
solely to the value of the item itself. Any damage
caused as a consequence of or in relation to its
usage is not covered by the terms of this warranty.
A valid purchase receipt accompanied by a brief
description of the nature of the fault must be pre-
sented for any claims made on the warranty.
The device must be sent to us, postage-paid and
carefully-packed, complete with everything inclu-
ded in the extent of delivery. Any claims made on
the warranty do not increase its period of validity
nor result in the issue of a new guarantee.

Contenu de l'emballage :
•1carte DVB-T numérique/analogique
•1pilote + logiciel sur CD-ROM

Exigences minimales du système :
•Processeur : 1.5 GHz ou supérieur
•Mémoire principale : au moins 256 Mo RAM
•Carte graphique : compatible avec DirectX 9.0
avec au moins 64 Mo de mémoire locale
•Carte son : compatible avec AC97
•Disque dur (espace libre) : au moins 1 Go
•Un emplacement de carte PCMCIA libre
•Microsoft DirectX 9.0b ou version ultérieure
•Système d'exploitation : Windows® XP/2000 avec
les Service Pack correspondants.
Installation du matériel :
1. Mettez votre ordinateur hors tension
2. Insérez la carte DVB-T numérique/analogique
avec précaution dans un emplacement libre
3. Evitez à tout prix de toucher les contacts dorés
de la carte !
4. Insérez les deux adaptateurs d’antenne dans les
entrées d’antenne (DTV, numérique et ATV,
analogique)
5. L’antenne fournie (passive) peut être utilisée pour
une réception numérique et analogique
6. D’autres sources vidéo analogiques
(magnétoscope, etc.) peuvent être connectées à
l’entrée S-Vidéo (se trouvant entre les prises
d’antenne) à l’aide du faisceau de câbles
7. Redémarrez votre ordinateur
Installation du pilote sous Windows® 2000 et XP :
1. Quittez les programmes d'arrière-plan
éventuellement ouverts (anti-virus, pare-feux,
programmes de surveillance du système, etc.)
2. Redémarrez votre système d’exploitation
(l’assistant Ajout de nouveau matériel est lancé,
cliquez sur annuler car les pilotes vont être
installés à partir du programme d’installation)
3. Insérez le CD pilote/logiciel fourni dans votre
lecteur
4. L’installation vérifie la version de DirectX installée
sur votre ordinateur (en présence d’une version
antérieure à 9.0b, le programme vous conseillera
d’actualiser votre version)
5. Sélectionnez l’option Installation des pilotes dans
le menu de démarrage automatique (AutoStart)
après avoir vérifié/actualisé votre version
6. L’assistant d’installation vous guide pendant
l’installation (cliquez sur Suivant afin de passer à
la page suivante)
7. Suivez les consignes de l’assistant d’installation
8. Les nouveaux paramètres sont automatiquement
intégrés lors du redémarrage de votre système
Installation du logiciel sous Windows 2000 et XP :
1. Insérez à nouveau le CD-ROM pilote/logiciel dans
votre lecteur après le redémarrage de votre
ordinateur (installation du pilote), puis
sélectionnez l’option Hypermedia dans le menu
de démarrage automatique (Autorun)
2. L’assistant d’installation est lancé et le logiciel
Hypermedia est transféré
3. Cliquez sur Suivant afin de continuer
4. Vous pouvez modifier l’emplacement de
sauvegarde dans la fenêtre suivante
(sélectionnez l’emplacement désiré en cliquant
sur Parcourir). Cliquez ensuite sur Suivant

5. Les données nécessaires sont alors installés sur
votre système
6. Suivez les consignes de l’assistant d’installation
7. Cliquez sur Terminer afin de clore l'installation de
Hypermedia
Vous trouverez des informations supplémentaires
relatives au logiciel sur le CD-ROM pilote
Consignes de sécurité :
•N'utilisez pas de carte PC à proximité de
radiateurs ni dans des environnements
poussiéreux ou humides.
•Veillez à ne pas recouvrir les orifices d’aération
(risque de surchauffe !).
•L'appareil ne contient aucune pièce nécessitant
un entretien. Faites effectuer les réparations
exclusivement par du personnel qualifié autorisé.
•Evitez à tout prix de toucher les contacts dorés
de la carte !
Conditions de garantie :
Les articles Hama sont des produits de qualité
testés selon des normes de qualité internationales
rigoureuses. La période de garantie commence le
jour de l’achat. La garantie s’applique exclusive-
ment aux vices de matériel et de construction ; elle
est limitée à la valeur du produit et non à un préjudi-
ce consécutif etc. Toute mise en jeu de la garantie
doit être accompagnée d’un justificatif d’achat et
d’une brève description de la panne.
Tout l’appareil doit être renvoyé (c.-à-d. tout le
matériel livré) soigneusement empaqueté et dûment
affranchi. La demande de prestations de garantie
