3. Safety Notes
•The product is intended for private, non-commercial use only.
•Protect the product from dirt, moisture and overheating, and only
use it in a dry environment.
•Do not allow yourself to be distracted by the product, for example
when driving a vehicle or operating sports equipment. Always pay
attention to the surrounding trac and your environment.
•Do not drop the product and do not expose it to any major
shocks.
•Do not operate the product outside the power limits given in the
specications.
•Do not open the device or continue to operate it if it becomes
damaged.
•Since the battery is integrated and cannot be removed, you will
need to dispose of the product as a whole. Do this in compliance
with the legal requirements.
•Dispose of packaging material immediately according to locally
applicable regulation.
•Do not modify the product in any way. Doing so voids the
warranty.

Warning – Rechargeable battery
•Only use suitable charging devices or USB connections for
charging.
•As a rule, do not charge devices or USB connections that are
defective and do not try to repair them yourself.
•Do not overcharge the product or allow the battery to
completely discharge.
•Avoid storing, charging or using batteries in extreme
temperatures.
•We suggest to fully charge the item for at least one time in
two months
4. Getting Started
•The headset is equipped with a rechargeable battery. The battery
must be fully charged before using the device for the rst time.
•Ensure that the headset is switched off before charging it.
•Begin charging by connecting the included USB charging cable
to the charging socket (5) as well as to the USB connection
of a PC/laptop.
•Alternatively, you can charge the headset using a suitable USB
charger. Please refer to the operating instructions for the USB
charger used.
•The status LED (2) lights up constantly in red during the charging
process.
•Charging the battery fully may take up to 2 hours.

Warning
Do not use the headset while it is charging.
•When the battery is fully charged, the status LED (2) remains
lit blue.
•Disconnect all cable and mains connections after use.
Note
If you have not used the item for a few month, it may take 15-30
minutes for the status LED (3) to red when charging.
5. Operation
Switching the headset on/off
•Turn On:
With the device off, press and hold the multifunction button (1)
for 3 seconds until you hear a voice. The status LED (2) ashes in
blue three times. The voice announces the battery charge by the
amount of talking time remaining.

•Turn Off:
With the device on, press and hold the multifunction button
(1) for 5 seconds. The status LED (2) ashes red twice before the
device turns off.
The rst time the device is turned on, pairing is automatically started
– see 5.1 Bluetooth pairing.
5.1. Bluetooth pairing
Note – Pairing
•Make sure that your Bluetooth-capable terminal device is on
and Bluetooth is activated.
•For more information, please refer to the operating
instructions of your terminal device.
•The headset and the terminal device should not be any further
than 1 metre away from each other. The smaller the distance,
the better.
•Ensure the headset is off.
•Press and hold the multifunction button (1) for approx. 8
seconds until the status LED (2) begins to alternate red and blue.
The headset is searching for a Bluetooth connection.
•Open the Bluetooth settings on your terminal device and wait until
MyVoice3000 appears in the list of Bluetooth devices found.
•Bluetooth devices found.
•Select MyVoice3000 and wait until the headset is listed as
connected in the Bluetooth settings on your terminal device.

Note – Bluetooth password
If your terminal device requests a password to establish the
connection, enter 0000.
Note
If pairing was successful, the status LED (2) lights up in blue for
about 2 seconds. A short signal tone sounds and a voice says,
“Your phone is connected”.
•You can now use the headset.
5.2. Automatic Bluetooth connection
(after successful pairing)
Note
•Make sure that your Bluetooth-capable terminal device is on
and Bluetooth is activated.
•For more information, please refer to the operating
instructions of your terminal device.
•Make sure that the headset is switched on.
•After the headset and terminal device have been paired, a
connection is established automatically.
•You can now use the headset.

Note
•If pairing was successful, the status LED (2) lights up in blue
for about 2 seconds. A short signal tone sounds and a voice
says, “Your phone is connected”.
•It may be necessary to change the settings on your terminal
device to enable it to automatically connect to the paired
headset.
Hinweis - Connection impaired
After the headset and terminal device have been paired,
a connection is established automatically. If the Bluetooth
connection is not established automatically, check the following:
•Check the Bluetooth settings of your terminal device to see
whether MyVoice3000 is connected. If not, repeat the steps
listed under 5.1 Bluetooth pairing.
•Check whether obstacles are impairing the range. If so, move
the devices closer together.
•The performance can also be affected by a weak battery.
5.3. Multi-pairing
•The headset can be paired with two terminal devices at once so
that, for example, you can use a private and a business mobile
phone simultaneously.
•To begin with, activate Bluetooth only on the rst terminal device
that you wish to pair.
•Pair the rst terminal device with the headset as described in 5.1
Bluetooth Pairing.

•Switch off the headset as described in 5 Operation (Switching
off).
•Activate Bluetooth on the second terminal device.
•Press and hold the multifunction button (1) for approx. 8
seconds until the status LED (2) begins to alternate red and blue.
The headset is searching for a Bluetooth connection.
•Continue as decribed in 5.1 Bluetooth Pairing.
•Once the second terminal device is connected, open the Bluetooth
settings on the rst terminal device and select MyVoice3000.
•Now both terminal devices are connected to the headset.
5.4. Hands-free function
Note
•Note that support for certain key functions may vary
depending on your terminal device.
•For more information, please refer to the operating
instructions of your terminal device.
Making a call
•Dial the number directly on your terminal device to make a call.
Voice-activated dialing
•Please check if your mobile phone supports voice dialing function.
•Press and hold the multifunction button (1) for approx. 3
seconds
•The mobile phone’s voice control will be activated.
•Start a call as described in your mobile phone’s operating
instructions.
•Say the name of person you wish to call.
•If the voice tags are paired to the related phone number stored in
your mobile phone, the number will be dialed.

Accepting calls
•Press the multifunction button (1) once to answer an incoming
call.
Rejecting an incoming call
•Press and hold the multifunction button (1) for approx. 3
seconds to reject an incoming call.
You will hear a short tone.
Ending a call
•During a call, press the multifunction button (1) once to end
the call.
Redial
•Briey press the multifunction button (1) twice to call the
last number.
•You will hear a short beep.
Forwarding a call
•During the call, press and hold the multifunction button (1)
for approx. 3 seconds to forward the call from the headset to the
terminal device or from the terminal device to the headset. You
will hear a short tone.
5.5. Volume control and mute function
•Press the volume control (-) (3) to reduce the volume.
•Press the volume control (+) (4) to increase the volume.
5.6. Disconnecting the headset
•Switch the headset off.
•Disconnect the headset via the Bluetooth settings on your
terminal device.

5.7. Battery level
•If the battery level is low, the headset beeps and the status LED
(2) starts ashing red.
•Charge the headset as described in 4. Getting Started.
Note
However, the talk and standby times may vary when used with
different mobile phones or other compatible Bluetooth devices,
usage settings, usage styles and environments.
•When the headset is switched off, press the multifunction
button (1) for approx. 1 second to nd out the current charge
level of the battery.
•When the headset is switched on, press and hold both volume
control buttons (+/–, 3/4) to nd out the current charge level
of the battery.
The voice announces the battery charge by the amount of talking
time remaining.

6. Care and Maintenance
Only clean this product with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth and do
not use aggressive cleaning agents. Make sure that water does not
get into the product.

Haushaltsgebrauch vorgesehen.
•Schützen Sie das Produkt vor Schmutz, Feuchtigkeit und
Überhitzung und verwenden Sie es nur in trockenen Umgebungen.
•Lassen Sie sich auf der Fahrt mit einem Kraftfahrzug oder
Sportgerät nicht durch Ihr Produkt ablenken und achten Sie auf
die Verkehrslage und Ihre Umgebung.
•Lassen Sie das Produkt nicht fallen und setzen Sie es keinen

Warnung – Akku
•Verwenden Sie nur geeignete Ladegeräte oder USB-
Anschlüsse zum Auaden.
•Verwenden Sie defekte Ladegeräte oder USB-Anschlüsse
generell nicht mehr und versuchen Sie nicht, diese zu
reparieren.
•Überladen oder tiefentladen Sie das Produkt nicht.
•Vermeiden Sie Lagerung, Laden und Benutzung bei extremen
Temperaturen.
•Laden Sie bei längerer Lagerung regelmäßig (mind.
vierteljährig) nach.
4. Inbetriebnahme
•Das Headset verfügt über einen wieder auadbaren Akku. Vor der
ersten Anwendung muss der Akku vollständig aufgeladen werden.
•Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Headset vor dem Auaden
ausgeschaltet ist.
•Starten Sie den Ladevorgang, indem Sie das beiliegende USB-
Ladekabel an die Ladebuchse (5) und an den USB-Anschluss
eines PCs/Notebooks anschließen. Alternativ können Sie das
Headset über ein geeignetes USB-Ladegerät laden. Beachten Sie
hierzu die Bedienungsanleitung des verwendeten USB-Ladegeräts.
•Die Status-LED (2) leuchtet während des Ladevorgangs
dauerhaft rot.
•Es kann bis Zu 2 Stunden dauern, bis der Akku vollständig
geladen ist.

Warnung
Verwenden Sie das Headset nicht während des Ladevorgangs!
•Ist der Akku vollständig geladen, leuchtet die Status-LED (2)
dauerhaft blau.
•Trennen Sie anschließend alle Kabel- und Netzverbindungen.
Hinweis
Wenn Sie das Gerät einige Monate lang nicht verwendet haben,
kann es 15-30 Minuten dauern, bis die Status-LED (3) beim
Ladevorgang rot leuchtet.
5. Betrieb
Ein-/ Ausschalten des Headsets
•Einschalten:
Halten Sie im ausgeschalteten Zustand die Multifunktionstaste
(1) 3 Sekunden lang gedrückt, bis Sie eine Sprachinformation
hören. Die Status-LED (2) blinkt dreimal blau auf.
Die Sprachinformation richtet sich nach der Akkukapazität,
gemessen an der noch verfügbaren Gesprächszeit:

•Ausschalten:
Halten Sie im eingeschalteten Zustand die Multifunktionstaste (1)
5 Sekunden lang gedrückt. Die Status-LED (2) blinkt zweimal rot
auf, bevor sich das Gerät abschaltet
Beim ersten Einschalten wird automatisch das Pairing gestartet –
siehe 5.1. Bluetooth Erstverbindung (Pairing).
5.1. Bluetooth Erstverbindung (Pairing)
Hinweis – Pairing
•Stellen Sie sicher, dass Ihr Bluetooth-fähiges Endgerät
eingeschaltet ist und dass Bluetooth aktiviert ist.
•Beachten Sie hierzu die Bedienungsanleitung Ihres
Endgerätes.
•Das Headset und das Endgerät sollten nicht weiter als 1 Meter
voneinander entfernt sein. Je geringer der Abstand, desto besser.
•Vergewissern Sie sich, dass das Headset ausgeschaltet ist.
•Drücken Sie die Multifunktionstaste (1) ca. 8 Sekunden, bis
die Status-LED (2) abwechselnd rot und blau aueuchtet. Das
Headset sucht nach einer Bluetooth Verbindung.
•Öffnen Sie auf Ihrem Endgerät die Bluetooth Einstellungen und
warten Sie bis in der Liste der gefundenen Bluetooth Geräte
MyVoice3000 angezeigt wird.
•Wählen Sie MyVoice3000 aus und warten Sie bis das Headset
als verbunden in den Bluetooth Einstellungen Ihres Endgerätes
angezeigt wird.
