Mouth sensor
Left foot sensor
To turn on your pet, pull back
the plush ap over the battery
door and slide the ON/OFF/
TRY ME switch to ON. Then
replace the ap. He will giggle
to show he’s ready to play
with you!
To start playing with your
LuvCubs toy, you can pet his
back, squeeze his left foot or
“feed” him his bottle.
A sensor is a part of the toy
that responds to your touch!
“FEEDING”
Place your pet’s bottle
in his mouth and listen
as he “drinks” it! If you
stop “feeding” him and
he still wants more, he
will let you know. But
watch out – if you pet
his back after “feeding”
him, he may have a
surprise burp in store
for you!
If you don’t play with
your LuvCubs bear after
you “feed” him, he may
get the hiccups!
Replace with 3 x 1.5V “AA” or LR6 size alkaline
batteries. Phillips/cross head screwdriver (not
included) needed to replace batteries.

HUGGING
Your LuvCubs baby
bear loves hugs and
will hold out his arms
when he wants one!
When you give him a
hug, be sure to press
his back sensor so he
will hug you back.
PETTING
Petting your LuvCubs
bear on his back makes
him feel comfortable
and relaxed. You will
hear him yawn – that
means he is getting
“sleepy.” Simply press
down on his back for 3
seconds to make him
go to “sleep.”
PEEK-A-BOO
Playing peek-a-boo is
your LuvCubs bear’s
favorite game! Squeeze
his left foot for about
1 second and he’ll hide
his eyes to start playing.
Squeeze his foot again
and he’ll “peek” at you.
Keep squeezing his foot
to play some more!
TICKLING
Your LuvCubs baby
bear loves to be tickled!
Squeeze his left foot to
make him giggle.
SLEEP MODE
Your LuvCubs bear will go to “sleep” and shut
down if he is not played with for about a minute.
You can wake him up by petting his back,
“feeding” him, or squeezing his left foot.
NOTE: The toy uses battery power whenever its
switch is in the “ON” position. When you’re not
playing with the toy, move its switch to the “OFF”
position. This will help conserve battery life.

GROOMING YOUR PET
Just like a real bear, your LuvCubs pet likes to stay
clean. But make sure he doesn’t get wet! Gently
brush his fur with a cloth or soft brush to loosen
any dirt. You can use a slightly damp cloth to
remove stains, but don’t use any cleaners on your
LuvCubs baby bear.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If your pet doesn’t seem to respond properly, rst
try sliding the ON/OFF/TRY ME switch to OFF,
then back to ON. If that doesn’t work, you may
need to replace the batteries.
1. Locate battery compartment
on bear’s tummy. Be sure
ON/OFF/ TRY ME switch
is turned to OFF.
