Desenrosque los tornillos para retirar el protector con guía de instalación, desenrosque el tornillo y retire el porta cartucho. Enrosque los
conectores de la tubería de alimentación de agua fria y agua caliente. / Unscrew the screwa to remove the protector cap with installation guide,
unscrew the screw and remove the cartridge holder. Screw the supply line connectors of cold and hot water.

4Inserte el porta cartucho y enrosque el tornillo a tope, inserte el
protector con guía de instalación y enrosque los tornillos para
fijarlo. Nivele la instalación. / Insert the cartridge holder and

Ensamblar la tubería en el cuerpo del monomando e insertarlo en
la ranura de la pared, purgue la instalación antes de ensamblar el
monomando. / Assemble the pipe lines to the wall mount faucet
body and insert the installation into the grooved of the wall, purge
the installation before assembled the wall mount faucet body.

inserte la palanca. / Place the
scutcheon slide and insert the lever.

Coloque el acabado final y retire el protector con guía de

6Para calibrar a la profundidad óptima del porta cartucho utilice la
llave incluida, enrosque y desenrosque si es necesario el tornillo. /
To ensure the optimal depth of the cartridge holder use the wrench
nut to calibrate, unscrew or screw the screw if is neccesary.

Retire el protector de la salida, inserte el
empaque y la salida con el chapetón.
Enrosque la tuerca con la llave (incluida)
para fijar. / Remove the protector from
the wall handle faucet, insert the gasket
and the faucet with the escutcheon.
Screw the nut with the wrench nut

2Desarme la contra como se muestra en el diagrama. / Disassemble
the drain as shown in the diagram.
11 2 Inserte la contra y el empaque, inserte el empaque cónico, la
rondana y enrosque la tuerca para fijarla, finalmente enrosque
el tubo unión. / Insert the drain and the gasket, insert the
tapered gasket, the washer and screw the nut to fix it, finally
screw the tailpiece.

Desenrosque el opresor. / Unscrew the set screw. Retire el aireador con ayuda de la llave para aireador (incluida) y
límpielo con agua y un cepillo suave, ensamble de nuevo. /
Remove the aerator using the wrench (included) and clean with
water and a soft brush, assemble again.

water and a soft brush, assemble again.
Desenrosque el opresor, retire la palanca y el chapetón, desenrosque
la tuerca y retire la salida con el chapetón,desenrosque la tuerca y
reemplace el cartucho, vuelva a ensamblar. / Unscrew the set screw,
remove the lever and the scutcheon, unscrew the nut and remove the
faucet and scutcheon, unscrew the nut and replacement the cartridge.

2Para abrir el flujo de agua levante la palanca y para cerrar empuje
la palanca. Para ajustar la temperatura del agua, gire a la
izquierda para caliente y gire a la derecha para fría. /To open the
water flow lift the lever and to close push the lever. To ahjust the
water temperature, turn left for hot and turn right for cold.

13 Desenrosque la cubierta y extensión superior, coloque el inserto
(incluido) en el cuerpo contra con los o'rings y empaque.
Posteriormente reensamble. / Unscrew the cover and upper
extension, place the insert (included) in the body drain with o'ring
and gasket then reassemble.

2Construya una estructura para instalar la placa soporte. /Fabricate
a structure to install the support plate.

2Barrene con broca para metal. /Drill with metal drill bit. 21 2 Instale el cuerpo del monomando a la placa (incluida), fijando
con los tornillos hexagonales (incuidos). /Install the single
lever body to the plate (included), fixing with the hexagonal

23 2 Instale la tubería y el muro falso siguiendo los pasos de las
MEDIDAS RECOMENDADAS e INSTALACIÓN GENERAL. /
Install the pipe and the the false wall following the steps of the
RECOMMENDED MEASURES and GENERAL INSTALLATION.

Es muy importante seguir las siguientes instrucciones para conservar los
acabados de los productos HELVEX, con brillo y en perfecto estado:
1. Utilice únicamente agua y un paño limpio.
2. No utilice fibras, polvos, abrasivos, ni productos químicos.
3. No utilice objetos punzo-cortantes para limpiar los acabados.
4. Se recomienda realizar la limpieza de su producto diariamente.

It is very important to follow the instructions below to preserve HELVEX products
finishes, shiny and in perfect condition:
1. Use only water and a clean cloth.
2. Do not use fibers, powders, abrasives, or chemicals.
3. Do not use sharp objects to clean the finish.
4. It is recommended to clean your product daily.

Posibles Causas y Soluciones / Troubleshooting
No sale agua. / No water flow.
Existe poco flujo de agua. / Low
water flow.
Hay fuga en la salida. / The faucet
leaks.
La válvula principal del agua se encuentra cerrada. / The
water supply line is closed.
El maneral se encuentra cerrado. / The handle is closed.
Aireador obstruído. / Clogged aerator.
La presión de operación no es la adecuada. / The operating
pressure is not adequate.
La salida está floja, no se aplicó teflón. / The faucet is
loose, plumber’s tape was not applied.
Abra la válvula principal de agua. / Open
the water supply line.
Gire el maneral según la operación del producto
(Pág. 4, paso 14, “Operación”). / Turn the handle
according to the operation of the product (Page 4,
step 14 “Operation”).
Retire el aireador y límpielo (Pág. 4, paso 17 y 18
“Mantenimiento del Aireador”). / Remove the
aerator and clean it (Page 4, step 17 and 18
“Aerator Maintenance”).
Revise que la presión mínima de operación
sea 1,0 kg/cm². / Check that the minimum
operating pressure is 14,2 PSI.
Apriete firmemente la salida, coloque teflón en las
conexiones roscadas (Pág. 3, paso 11). / Firmly
tighten the faucet, apply plumber’s tape around
the threaded connections (Page 3, step 11).
