altura necesaria para que la coladera quede al nivel del piso
terminado. / Place the floor drain in the area to be installed.Confirm
and mark the height required for the floor drain to be installed at the

Coloque la coladera encima de una base de cemeneto para
nivelarla y fijarla. / Place the drain on top of a cement base to level
and fixing it.
NOTA: Para nivelar la coladera, retire la tapa protectora y
vuelva a colocarla después de nivelar.
NOTE: To level the floor drain, remove the protective cap and
place it again after to level.
Seleccione una de las dos salidas de la coladera para direccionar el sentido de la descarga hacia el registro sanitario y el sentido de la entrada a la
coladera. Es necesario cerrar una salida para conectarse en la opuesta. / Select one of the two outlets of the floor drain to direct the direction of the
discharge towards the sanitary sewer and the toward inlet of the floor drain. It is necessary to close an outlet to connect on the opposite one.

Coloque tezontle en el plato de la coladera. / Place the gravel over
the floor drain receptor.

Coloque el concreto y cuando seque retire la sección del tubo de
PVC. / Place the concrete and when dry remove the PVC tube
section.
Coloque el adhesivo y el acabado final. / Place the adhesive and the

NOTA: Retire la tapa protectora de la contra para insertar el
acabado final.

coladera y utilizar las salidas como entrada y salida por que ocasionará un mal funcionamiento y perderá la garantía del producto.

Enrosque un tapón roscable en la salida que no utilizará. Enrosque el conector 2" - 11 ½ NPSM
roscado en la salida opuesta e instale la tubería con el 2% de inclinación por cada 2" - 11 ½ NPSM
metro. Enrosque el conector roscado 1 ½" - 11 NPSM en la admisión de la coladera para insertar
el tubo de alimentación a la coladera. / Screw the 2" - 11 ½ NPSM threaded plug in the drain outlet
that will not be use. Screw the threaded connector 2" - 11 ½ NPSM at the opposite exit and install
the pipe with 2% tilt for each meter. Screw the 1 ½" - 11 NPSM threaded connector into the floor
drain inlet to install the supply pipe.

Para el modelo 25-HLI utilice la herramienta incluida para
remover el porta inserto y desenrosque el inserto. / For the
25-HLI use the included tool to remove the insert holder and
unscrew the insert.

Para los modelos 25-HL y 25-CHL utilice la llave incluida para
desenroscar la cúpula y el inserto. / For models 25-HL and 25-CHL
use the wrench included to unscrew the dome and insert. Remove the
bushing to clean the inside of floor drain.

Para el modelo 25-CHLI utilice un desarmador plano para remover el
porta inserto. / For the 25-CHLI use a slotted screwdriver to remove the
insert holder.

Para los modelos 5, 2 CH y 26 desenrosque los tornillos y 2 5-
retire la rejilla. / For models 25, 25-CH and 26, unscrew the
screws and remove the grid.
Retire el casquillo para limpiar la coladera. / Remove the bushing
to clean the inside of floor drain.

*Se recomienda realizar al menos un mantenimiento por año. / *It is
recommended to perfom at least one maintenance per year.
It is very important to follow the instructions below to preserve HELVEX products
finishings shiny and in perfect conditions:
1. Use only water and a clean cloth.
2. Do not use fibers, powders, abrasives, or chemicals.
3. Do not use sharp objects to clean the finishings.
4. It is recommended to clean your device daily.
