Vorbereitende Arbeiten:
Fußrastenhalterung rechts und links
demontieren. Achtung: in Fahrtrichtung
rechts den Bremszylinder nicht von der
Fußrastenanlage trennen!
Spritzschutz des vorderen Ritzels lösen,
um die Schraube der Motoraufhängung
hinten unten besser zu erreichen.
Befestigung des Motorschutzbügels hinten
unten links und rechts:
Die Befestigung hinten unten links erfolgt
mit der Zylinderschraube M10x180mm
(Originalschraube entfällt ) mit der
U–Scheibe Ø10,5.
An diese Schraube wird auch der
Motorschutzbügel auf der rechten Seite
mit der U – Scheibe Ø10,5 und
selbstsichernder Mutter M10 befestigt.

Preparing:
dismantle footrest holder right and left.
NOTICE: Do not disconnect the brake
cylinder from the footrest!
Dismantle splash guard of the front pinion
to reach the bolt of the rear engine mount
bottom better.
Fastening of the engine guard
left and right rear bottom:
For the rear left bolting use the allen screw
M10x180mm (original screw is obsolete)
with washer Ø10,5.
Fix the engine guard right at these screw
and secure it with washer ø10,5 and self
lock nut M10.

Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,
you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screws
should be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observe
the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!
To mount this guard, a second person is helpful.
Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,
wie man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen. Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen
Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf das entsprechende
Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist. Anzugsmomente
beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!
Zur Montage ist eine zweite Person hilfreich.
Beachten Sie die in Ihrem Land geltenden Zulassungsbestimmungen.
Für den Bereich der BRD gilt: Ein Eintrag in die Fahrzeugpapiere ist nicht erforderlich.

Die Originalschraube entfällt.
Die Befestigung erfolgt mit der
Sechskantschraube M10 x 70 x 1,25 und
U – Scheibe Ø 10,5.

Die Originalschraube entfällt.
Zwischen Motorschutzbügel und Rahmen
die Distanz Ø22 x Ø14 x 10mm fügen.
Die Befestigung erfolgt mit der
Sechskantschraube M10 x 70 x 1,25 und
U – Scheibe Ø 10,5.
