Lenkergewichte links und rechts
demontieren, Originalschrauben
entfallen.

An Stelle der Lenkergewichte die
abgesetzten Stahldistanzen
ø30 x ø21 x 34 mm mit den
Spezialschrauben M16x40x1,5
eindrehen und festziehen.
Montage des Schutzbügels links+rechts:
An den zuvor montierten Spezial-
schrauben (Innengewinde M8) mit den
Linsenkopfschrauben M8x30 sowie U-
Scheibe ø8,4.

Preparing:
Dismantle handle bar weights left + right
Original screws are obsolete.
Mount special steel spacer ø30 x ø21
x 34 mm instead the handle bar weights
Use special screws M16 x 40 x 1,5 to
fix.
Fastening of the crash bar left+right:
at the inner thread of the special screw,
mounted before. Use filister head screws
M8x30 with washers ø8,4.
Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,
you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screws
should be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observe
the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!
Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,
wie man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen. Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen
Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf das entsprechende
Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist. Anzugsmomente
beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!

Preparing:
Dismantle screws of the upper fork
bracket left + right.
Original screws are obsolete.
Fastening of the crash bar front:
at the upper fork bracket with allen screws
M8x45 (10.9) and washers ø8,4.
Add steel spacer ø14xø10x13mm
between crash bar and fork bracket.

Vorbereitung:
Die Originalschrauben der oberen
Gabelbrücke demontieren.
Originalschrauben entfallen.
Montage des Schutzbügels vorne:
Den Frontschutzbügel an der Gabel-
brücke mit den InbusschraubenM8x45
(10.9) sowie U-Scheiben ø8,4
verschrauben.
Zwischen Haltelasche und Gabelbrücke
die Stahldistanz ø14xø10x13mm fügen.
