Vorbereitung C-Bow:
C-Bows und Halteadapter müssen
vormontiert werden.
Die C – Bow werden mit den Sechs-
kantschrauben M6 x 40 mm und
U-Scheiben Ø6,4 an die Halteadapter
montiert.
Preparing of the C-Bow:
C-Bows and the adapters must be pre-
assembled. Use hexagon bolts M6x40
and washers ø6,4.
Die Unterseite der Lasche am
Halteadapter und die Gegelaschen-
oberseite werden zum Schutz mit
Moosgummi beklebt.

Stick the with foam rubber strip to the
bottom of the tab on the adapter and the
top of the retaining tabs for protection.
In der vorderen Aussparung der
Originalkofferaufnahme befindet sich eine
Schraube.
Diese demontieren, sie entfällt.
Dismantle the screw in the front
recess of the original case holder
- it is obsolete.
Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting
all parts, the screws should be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without
tension. Observe the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for
tightness!
Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung.
Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann
auf das entsprechende Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei
angebaut ist. Anzugsmomente beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!

hinten:
in den Originalkofferaufnahmen.
Die vormontierten C-Bows werden hinten
in die Aussparung der Originalkoffer-
aufnahme eingeführt.
Montage der C-Bows rechts und links
vorne:
in den Originalkofferaufnahmen.
Vorne an dem freien Gewinde M8 wird
der Halteadapter mit der Inbusschraube
M8 x 90mm und U – Scheibe Ø8,4
verschraubt.
Zwischen Halteadapter und Anschraub-
punkt wird die Distanz Ø18 x Ø9 x 60mm
verbaut.

Montage der C-Bows rechts und links
hinten:
An der hinteren Befestigung wird der C-
Bow zusätzlich gesichert. Hierzu die
Gegenlasche von unten am Halteadapter
mit der Inbusschraube M8 x 20mm und
U – Scheibe Ø8,4 verschrauben.
Fastening of the C-Bows left + right
rear:
the rear fixing point of the C-Bows is
additionally secured. For this purpose,
fix the retaining tab at the bottom of the
adapter with the screw M8 x 20mm and
U - washer Ø8,4.
