Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,
you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screws
should be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observe
the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!
Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,
wie man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen. Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen
Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf das entsprechende
Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist. Anzugsmomente
beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!

Befestigung der Rohrstreben links + rechts:
Unten: Soziusfussrastenschrauben gegen die Zylinderschrauben
M6 x 50 tauschen. Auf das nach unten überstehende Gewinde die
Sechskantmuttern M 6 aufschrauben und soweit festziehen, dass
sich die Fußrasten noch klappen lassen.
Über das Restgewinde werden die Rohrstreben geschoben und
mit den U-Scheiben ø6,4 x 3 mm dick nebst selbstsichernden
Muttern M 6 verschraubt.
Fastening of the pipe struts left + right:
Below: Replace the pillion footrest screws with the Allen screws
M6 x 50. Screw the hexagon nuts M 6 onto the thread that protrudes
downwards and tighten them until the footrests can still be folded.
Slide the struts over the remaining thread and screw them together
with the ø6.4 x 3 mm washers and self-locking nuts M 6.

Befestigung der Gepäckbrücke:
Vorne: An der zuvor montierten Adapterplatte mit den
Linsenkopfschrauben M 6 x 16 nebst U-Scheiben ø6,4 mm
und selbstsichernden Muttern M 6.
Hinten: An den Laschen der Rohrstreben mit den
Linsenkopfschrauben M 6 x 20 nebst U-Scheiben ø6,4
und selbstsichernden Muttern M 6.
Zusätzlich wird eine Karosseriescheibe ø6,4 x 20
zwischengeschoben.
Fastening of the rear rack:
Front: To the previously mounted adapter plate with the
filister head screws M 6 x 16 together with washers ø6.4 mm
and self-locking nuts M 6.
At the rear: On the brackets of the pipe struts with
M6 x 20 filister head screws and ø6.4 mm washers and
self-locking nuts M 6.
Additionally a body washer ø6.4 x 20
in between.
