VORBEREITUNG
PREPARING
Die hinteren Schrauben am Kotflügel rechts und links entfernen, Schrauben entfallen. Die Hutmuttern am Federbein
oben entfernen. Die Schrauben der Soziusfußrasten rechts und links lösen und die Muttern entfernen.
Remove the rear screws right and left from the fender - screws are obsolete. Remove the cap nuts at the top of
the strut. Loosen the bolts on the right and left side of the passenger footrest and remove the nuts.
Of course, the assembly requires a certain technical experience. If you are not sure how to execute a determined action,
you should ask your local distributor to do it. First, tighten all screws only loosely. After mounting all parts, the screws
should be tightened to the torque specified. This guarantees, that the product is mounted without tension. Observe
the tightening torques of the manufacturer! Control all screw connections after the assembling for tightness!
To mount this guard, a second person is helpful.
Die Voraussetzung für die Montage ist natürlich eine gewisse technische Erfahrung. Wenn Sie sich nicht sicher sind,
wie man eine bestimmte Arbeit ausführt, sollten Sie diese Ihrer Fachwerkstatt überlassen. Ziehen sie alle zugänglichen
Schrauben zuerst nur locker an. Nachdem alles montiert ist, werden die Schrauben dann auf das entsprechende
Anzugsmoment festgezogen. Dadurch wird sichergestellt, dass das Produkt spannungsfrei angebaut ist. Anzugsmomente
beachten! Nach der Montage alle Verschraubungen auf festen Sitz kontrollieren!
Zur Montage ist eine zweite Person hilfreich.

Montage des Trägers rechts/links vorne:
Den Träger auf der Innenseite über das
Ende der bereits gelösten Schraube der
Soziusfußraste fügen und mit der original
Mutter sowie originalen U- Scheibe
verschrauben.
Fastening of the carrier right / left front:
Place the carrier on the inside over the
end of the already loosened screw of
the passenger's footrest and screw it
with the original nut as well as the original
washer.

rechts/links mitte:
Die Montage erfolgt am freien Gewinde
des Federbeins mit der original Hutmutter
sowie original U- Scheibe.
Montage des Trägers
rechts/links hinten:
Die Montage erfolgt an den nun freien
Gewindebohrungen am Kotflügel mit
den Linsenkopfschrauben M8x25
sowie U- Scheiben ø8,4.
Montage der Gepäckbrücke:
Die Montage erfolgt mit den Sechskant-
schrauben M6x20 und U- Scheiben ø6,4
von außen.
Von innen mit U- Scheibe ø6,4,
Sprengring ø6,4 sowie Hutmutter M6
verschrauben.
Montage des Verbindungsbügels:
Die Montage erfolgt mit den Sechskant-
schrauben M6x16 und U- Scheiben ø6,4.
Fastening of the carrier
right / left center:
At the free thread of the strut with the
original cap nut and the original washer.
Fastening of the carrier
right / left rear:
At the now free threads in the fender
with filister head screws M8x25 and
washers ø8,4.
Assembly of the rear rack:
With the hexagon bolts M6x20 and
washers ø6,4 from the outside.
From the inside with washer ø6,4, snap
ring ø6,4 and cap nut M6.
Fastening of the bracing bow:
Use the hexagon bolts M6x16 and the
washers ø6.4.
