How to disassemble your chair.

Step 1
. Slide your ngers between the J-Bar and the cover, gently pry each
corner.
Step 2
. Take out the  bolt screws from the J-bar by using T- torx power drive.
Step 3
. Take out the mesh back frame from J-bar.

Step 7
. Take out the seat assembly by sliding it forward.
Step 4
. Take out the  screws from mesh back frame by using T- trox power drive.
Step 5
. Remove the lambar with sacral by pulling it upwards.
Step 6
. Loosen the cap screws to remove the arms by using allen wrench.

. Take out the old J-bar from tilt assembly by removing the
 bolt screws using T- torx power drive.
. Take out the tilt assembly from cylinder by pulling it hard.

. Take out the cylinder from the base by using rubber mallet.

. Hold base and pull hard to remove caster from base.

Step 1

. Hold base and pull hard to remove caster from base.

How to disassemble your chair.
Step 1
. To remove the caster, grasp the caster with hand and pullout.
Step 2
. Remove the seat by taking out the  screws in the bottom.
Step 3
. Remove the seat.

Step 4
. Remove the  nuts holding the arms using / inch socket.
Step 5
. Remove the arm. Repeat for opposite side.
Step 5
. Using a rubber mallet, gently tap the top end of the arm from underneath
and take out the arm.
Step 6
. Using a rubber mallet, tap up evenly on both sides until the back comes
out of the track.
