1. Put Arm Filler piece (D) into spider arm with pan head screw (AA).
2. Insert Draw Rod Assembly (C) into Spider (B).
3. Attach spider to Work Surface (A) with 4 socket button flange head
screws (E).
4. Insert power pass through part (D) into slot on column (F).
5. Place column (F) over tie rod and into spider as shown. Make sure
notches in column engage over ribs in spider.

6. Position Leg Assemblies (G) onto column.
7. Capture legs with Retainer Cup (J).
8. Position 4-Way Base Plate (H) onto assembly. Make sure notch in Base
Plate aligns with notch in Retainer Cup.
9. Secure in place with 4 Hex Socket Screws (K).

10. Attach flat washer (M) hex nut (L) to end of Draw Rod. Torque to 45 ft. lbs.
11. Press grommet (N) into opening in work surface.
12. Use Cable Clamp (AK) when routing cabling
through base. Secure clamp to base plate with pan
head machine screw (AL).

1. Place Work Surface (A) face down on clean padded surface.
For EXTT.T084 and EXTD.T114:
2. Insert biscuits (P) into grooves in mating edge.
3. Fit surface halves together.
4. Insert Joint Fasteners (R) into cutouts in surface halves.
5. Tighten fasteners with small allen wrench.

7. Position stiffener (S) across surface
halves.
8. Assemble Stiffener End Covers (T)
at end of stiffeners.
9. Secure stiffener and end covers in
place with pan head screws (V).

11. Put Arm Filler (D) into spider arm with pan head screw (AA). Note: Power
pass through part not needed or included with tables other than EXTD.T042.
12. Place spiders on work surface, rotating until arm with arm filler align with slot
in work surface.

15. Place footrest (W) onto work surface.
16. Assemble each foot (G) to
footrest with footrest connector (Y),
flatwasher (M) and hex socket
head screw (Z). See product foot
configuration on next page.

14. Place 3 equal columns (AJ) over Tie Rods and into spiders as shown. Make
sure notches in column engage over ribs in spider. Use notch that makes the
thinest tab face outward.

17. Lift footrest. Engage feet into columns.
(EXTT.T060, EXTD.T072, EXT.T096)
18. Insert Spanner Mounting Blocks (X) into
ends of spanners (U).
19. Secure blocks to spanner with 1 hex
socket head screw (K).
20. Position spanners onto
columns. Make sure
blocks fully engage onto
columns.

24. Install 4 socket head screws (K) through 4 way base plates or 3 socket head
screws (K) through 3 way base plates.
21. Place Retainer Cup (AD) onto ends of legs and blocks.
22. Place 4-way or 3-way Base Plate (AC) or (AB) over cup. Make sure part
number on 4-way plate faces inside of table.
23. Attach hex nut (L) to end of draw rod. Torque to 45 ft. lbs.

26. Go back now and tighten all screws and nuts.
27. Turn table right side up. Level table by adjusting glides on feet.

routing cabling under work
surface. Secure clamp to bottom
of work surface with pan head

29. To install Umbilical Riser (Y1430.WFCG or Y1430.WFSG) to table (if
available):
- Determine proper location for riser.
- Using Mounting Bracket as template, mark screw hole locations Drill pilot
holes.
- Remove screw from riser.
- Position riser to bracket. Re-install screw.
- Attach mounting bracket to work surface with 2 supplied screws.
- Run wires and cabling through riser. Secure to work surface with cable
clamps as described in step 28.

Disassembly for Recycling:
Materials Identification and Segregation:
Where possible, plastic components are marked with ASTM recycling codes.
Use these codes to identify material type for recycling. Non marked components
should be treated as mixed plastic. Ferrous metals can be identified using a
small magnet for recycling. Non-ferrous metals should be separated and recycled
separately.
To disassemble product, reverse the above installation steps.
