. Measure from top of storage unit to ceiling.

. Mark that dimension on face of Front Panel and Side Panels .
. Place tape over area to be cut to prevent chipout.
. Mark cut line on tape. Cut panels with table saw or jig saw.

Step 2
. Attach  Side Panel Support Brackets to Base Panel with three / “ long
pan head screws per bracket.
. Attach Zero Side Mount to Base Panel with four flat head screws.
. For ” to ” wide cabinets in run: Use pilot holes closest to front of
Base Panel when mounting Side Panel Support Brackes. Use le pilot holes
for mounting Zero Side Mount.
Step 3
. Install  Zero Side Mount Screws into Front Panel.
. Attach  Front Panel Support Brackets to front panel with three / “ long
pan head screws per bracket.
. For ” to ” wide cabinets in run: mount Front Panel Support Brackets
with inner most pilot holes. Mount bottom center Zero Side Mount Screw into
le pilot hole.

. Aer wall mounted cases are installed, position Base Panel onto cases.
. Mark screw hole locations onto cases. Remove Base panel. Drill pilot
holes.
. Return Base Panel to cases. Secure in place with  # x  /” pan head
screws.
. Position Side Panels onto base panel. Make sure side panels are square
with base panel. Mark Hole location on interlock bracket cleat.
. Remove panels. Drill /” holes through drywall. Make sure there are no
utilities present.
. Insert Toggle Bolt into holes. Orient toggles vertically. Secure to wall.
. Return Side panels to base panel. Secure panels to base panel with two
# x / pan head screws.
. Secure side panel to wall with pan head machine screws provided with
toggle bolt.

. Attach Teather to back of front panel with /“ long pan head screw.

. Attach Zero Side Mounts to RH & LH Side Panels with four flat head screws

. Attach Interlock Bracket Cleats to side panels using / “ long pan head
screws.

. Locate wall stud behind sot with stud nder. Secure end of teather to
wall with screw.
. If Stud is not directly in-line to Tether a Toggle may be used.

. Position Front Panel Support Bracket over screw heads on base panel.
. Push front panel in until all zero side mount screws fully engage into zero
side mounts.

. Remove protective backing from bumpers. Place one on outside edge of
end panel at each end. Place one centered on outside edge of base panel.
. Insert  # x / pan head screws into base panel.
. Leaving them up .” from base panel.
Disassembly and Recycling:
Materials Identication and Segregation:
Where possible, plastic components are marked with ASTM recycling
codes. Use these codes to identify material type for recycling. Non marked
components should be treated as mixed plastic. Ferrous metals can be
identied using a small magnet for recycling. Non-ferrous metals should be
separated and recycled separately.
To disassemble product, reverse the above installation steps.
