Your Hill Table comes up olstered in a ig ly durable vinyl material. Its appearance is guarded by Prefixx™
brand protective finis . Your up olstery may be cleaned wit t e Hill Laboratories Vinyl Cleaner or any non-
abrasive ouse old detergent wit out c ange to surface luster. Stubborn stains can be cleaned wit most
common solvent cleaners suc as nap t a (lig ter fluid), rubbing alco ol (IPA type), toluene, Coleman gas,
turpentine (paint t inner), and nail polis remover (50/50 mixture of acetone and water) wit no c ange to
surface luster or color. One undred percent acetone can also be used for s ort periods but it is suggested
t at it first be tested on an inconspicuous area of t e table.
Caution: T ese solvents are ig ly flammable; exercise proper care w en cleaning wit t ese materials and do
not use near open flame or intense eat. Wear rubber gloves during all cleaning activities. W en cleaning ot er
parts of your table (besides up olstery) use only nonabrasive ouse old detergents and water.

Cautio : Be sure to unplug your table before performing any maintenance on t e table.
Cautio : T e table s ould be c ecked once a year to make sure all internal and external bolts are secure.
Cautio : T e table s ould be in its lowest eig t position w en not attended.
Cautio : In case of power outage, t e table will rely on t e generator back-up of t e facility w ere t e table is
installed for powering t e table to its lowest position.
Cautio : T e power cord s all be located to avoid objects being rolled over or placed on top of it and also to
avoid people tripping over it. Damaged cords s ould be replaced wit anot er of ospital grade.

forward-backward direction and up-down.
To adjust t e forward position of t e eadpiece,
loosen t e black knob directly be ind t e ead
cus ion (“A”, p oto 1) and adjust t e cus ion posi-
tion. Retig ten t e knob. Adjustment for t e up
and down position is t e same: Loosen knob (“B”,
P oto 1), adjust eig t; retig ten knob. Rated at
20 pounds and tested with 160 pounds.

W en fold-down armrests
are positioned in t e normal position (P oto 2), t ey are easily folded back by lifting from
t e bottom until t e armrests rest parallel wit t e back cus ion (P oto 3). Rated at 10
pounds and tested wit 80 pounds. P oto 4 s ows ow t e armrests are removed by pulling
out on a spring-pin (see “A”) and t en pulling out on t e armrest.

T e Examination Armboard inserts from eit er side of t e c air
and tig tens wit a knob. It can be positioned and locked at various
angles vertically and orizontally as s own in t e p otos left and rig t.
T e Armboard is rated at 10 pounds/tested wit 80 pounds.

To use t e Gooseneck Lamp, insert t e post into t e
mounted receiver and tig ten t e knob, turning clock-
wise. T e lamp plugs into t e 120 Volt, 5 amp. rated
receptacle located at t e ead-end of t e c air–in t e
center of t e table frame. Be careful to position t e
lamp wire so t at it does not interfere wit free move-
ment around t e c air.
FO OT P EDA L S
Your HA90D as up to four foot pedals mounted toget er on
one control. T e far left pedal, marked Back, controls t e angle
of t e back cus ion. T e middle-left pedal, labeled Tilt, controls
t e tilt angle of t e seat cus ion (Caution: T e lift back cus ion
needs to be tilted up a minimum of 15° to tilt t e table into t e
trendelenburg position. To avoid injury or damage, t e lift back
s ould not be operated wit out t e flat plastic panel in place
on top of t e plastic enclosure.) T e middle-rig t pedal,
marked Height, controls table elevation. T e far rig t pedal,
labeled Foot, controls t e angle of t e foot section from
orizontal to 80° perpendicular.

manual switc located under t e rig t side as you face t e
end of t e c air. Press and old t e switc to freely
adust t e angle of t e cus ion. Release to lock t e
cus ion in place.

T e optional Rocker Foot Pedal operates t e eig t of t e
table from eit er side of t e table base. Press t e rig t side of
t e pedal for “UP” and t e left side for “DOWN”. T e pedal
will return to t e neutral position w en released.
C A S TE R S
T e optional casters are located at bot ends of t e
table base and facilitate easy table movement. T e
p oto s ows t e casters in t e disengaged position.
To move t e table, engage bot sets of casters by lift-
ing t e andles from t e orizontal position (“A”) up to
t e straig t-up position. T e table will lift approximate-
ly 1/2" from t e floor wit t e caster w eels touc ing
t e floor and able to roll. Move t e table to t e desired
location. Wit t e table moved, be sure to disengage
bot sets of casters by pus ing t e andles back down to t e orizontal position.
I M P OR T A NT: Never allow a patient to be on the table while the casters are engaged.
