Installation of SSQV Return Kit
1. Loosen the C-ring of the SSQV assembly.
Rotate the blow-off valve on the blow-off adapter
180°. (Diagram Dia.1, Dia.4)
The C-ring must be loosened before rotating the
valve. Failure to do so may damage the valve.
2. Install the Recirculation Fitting to the SSQV
assembly referring to the SSQV installation
manual.
3. Remove the SSQV’s plug and rubber cap that
were installed to “A” when installing the SSQV kit.

4. If the factory suction hose is used, install the joint
pipe provided with this kit to “A” using the factory
hose band. (Diagram Dia.2, Dia.3)

5. Install the provided return hose. (Diagram Dia.4, Dia.6)
If the return hose does not fit properly, it may be
necessary to cut the 35mm hose end to the
appropriate length.
