IMPORTANT
* Please keep Hex Wrench in a safe place as you may need to tighten up the Head Cap Bolts in the future.
* Do not tighten up all the bolts until each part is properly assembled.
* Use a soft cloth between these parts and the oor.

Cam Lock Screw
STEP 1
Insert the Cam Lock Screws into pre-drilled holes
of Top (A), Side Panel (B), Side Panel (C),
Middle Panel (D), Middle Panel (E) and then tighten.
(See Figure 1)

STEP 2
Attach Back Upright (J) to Middle Panel (D) and
Middle Panel (E).
Attach Front Rail (S) to Middle Panel (D) with
Cam Lock.
(See Figure 2)
Attach Front Rail (R) to Middle Panel (D).
Attach Middle Panel (E) to unit with Cam Locks.

STEP 3
Attach Base (Q) to unit with Cross Dowels and
Head Cap Bolts (long).
Tighten all Bolts with Hex Wrench.
(See Figure 3)
STEP 4
Turn the unit its upright position.
Attach Back Uprights (H) and (I) to unit.
Slide Back Panels (K) and (L) into place.
Attach Front Stretcher (F) and Back Stretcher (G)
to unit.

STEP 5
Attach Casters underneath Side Panel (B), (C) with the
Locking Casters to the front.
(See Figure 4)
Attach Side Panel (B), (C) to the unit with Cam Locks,
Cam Lock Screws and Head Cap Bolts for Base.
STEP 6
Attach Side Bars to Side Panel (B) and (C) with
Head Cap Bolts for Side Bar.
Attach Support Arms (O) and (P) to the unit with
Wood Screws for Hinge.

STEP 7
Place Top (A) onto the unit and attach with
Cam Locks and Head Cap Bolts for Top.
Insert Adjustable Pins into the side panels at
the desired level.
Place Shelves (V) into position.
STEP 8
Attach Pull Handles to Door (M) and (N) with Machine Screws.
(See Figure 5)
Attach Door (M) and (N) to Side Panels (B) and (C) by sliding the
door lift hinges into the side panel lift hinges.
(See Figure 6)
Slide Drawers (T) and (U) into position.

STEP 1
Attach T1, T3 and T4, using
a Phillips screwdriver and long
wood screws (4X) tighten halfway.
Attach T2 to T3 and T4 using
long wood screws (4X)
tighten halfway. (see Figure 1)

Slide T5 into grooves in T3
and T4. Be sure to push T5 all
the way forward so it meets T1.

STEP 1
Attach U1, U3 and U4, using
a Phillips screwdriver and long
wood screws (6X) tighten halfway.
Attach U2 to U3 and U4 using
long wood screws (6X)
tighten halfway. (see Figure 1)
