IMPORTANT CUSTOMER INFORMATION
To minimise twisting and warping all Hutton garden furniture products should only be used on firm level ground.
Softwood is a natural material which can twist and split during periods of wet/dry, hot/cold weather. If cracks do appear it is a
natural occurrence and not a fault with the product or material. The best way to treat this is to use a cloth and rub a little PVA
wood glue into the crack and once dry sand the area lightly. This will not affect the treatment of the product.
Assembly Instructions
D2SB/D3SB - Dean 4FT & 6FT Bench
1. Bolt four legs to the two armrests as shown in the picture,
using one 60mm bolt and one 25mm cap for each leg.
2. Using four 60mm bolts & caps, fix one leg set to each side
of the seat with the notch in the armrest facing inwards.
3. The seat should now be stood on its feet so the back can be
slipped into position, locate the middle bolt hole in the
centre of the seat first for easier assembly using 25mm bolt, washer and cap. Then bolt loosely the
remaining four holes using 60mm bolts and caps provided.
4. Finally tighten all bolts.

When assembling, loosely fix together until fully assembled then tighten all the bolts.
